"I just found out that this place has closed down, and honestly, I’m not surprised at all. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a young man, who we assume was the owner's son. He was apathetic and condescending, making the whole experience unpleasant right from the start. When we were shown to our table, it wasn’t even set, and no effort was made to fix that. The food was mediocre at best, and the service was lacklustre. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of money. Definitely won’t be missing this place."

First time here, the staff are friendly and efficient. The food was lovely and there are some delicious dishes on offer. There was a live music event when we went, a George Michael tribute, it was entertaining but, it’s a pity the venue isn’t really large enough. Conversation wasn’t really possible while the music was playing. But apart from that I would recommend you try this restaurant, but maybe check their Facebook for events if you want a quiet dining experience.

87 New Road, Rubery B45 9JR EnglandI do not usually leave many reviews unless I think its worth it but please read this as I needed to share. This is definately the best food for miles. The menu is full of different and must try dishes. We had a mixture of balti, bhuna & massala dishes and WOW !!!!!. It is obviously made with care and an experienced chef. If you want to try something special then ring them now and you wont be disappointed.👍😋 Food: 5/5

Chennai Lounge, Crossroads, Dodford, Bromsgrove Kidderminster RoadI have been eating here for years, although it is slightly out of the way it is definitely worth the extra time. I recently moved out of the area and after eating at half a dozen other restaurants I will drive 45 minutes to visit as the food is excellent and consistent.

86 Worcester RoadWe had a fantastic meal on Tuesday evening. We were celebrating our Silver Wedding Anniversary (25th). This restaurant is very local to us but we hadn't visited until now. We were waited on with the right amount of attention. The food was delicious. After dessert 2 of the waiters approached our table and presented us with a complimentary bottle of wine wrapped in silver paper with a handwritten note on it wishing us a 'Happy Silver Wedding Anniversary'. They also gave me a single yellow rose. So thoughtful. We will be revisiting 😊 Thankyou Shenapur for helping to make our Anniversary so special
