Taiba Lounge in Leicester

The waiters came across rude and did not do their job as we had to serve ourself. I’m confused on why they we’re even present when they couldn’t even do the job properly. We also called the owner multiple times who decided not to pick the phone up.

This is such an amazing venue! The service provided by Salman is outstanding. He always makes sure that everything is on point, from decor set-ups to catering the food, organising his staff to be on point for each event to ensure everything runs smoothly with no complaints. First time at this location. Parking is a nightmare with limited spaces on site and set in a busy area of Leicester on road parking is difficult. Inside the hall is brightly decorated and clean and tidy. We were at an Indian wedding meal and there were tables for 200 at least. The food was really good with a sticky chicken starter with lamb biryani as the main. This was hot and spicy, nice!! Ice cream to follow as the dessert. Once your plate was empty more kept coming. Soft drinks were also in plentiful supply. Toilets were ok but there was a lot of people. I think for a big event this was good.
