Staff were extremely friendly and the food was fresh, hot and made in a very quick manner

Understaffed store is packed but orders are flying out at 1 per 5 minutes with few people on it but food is what you’d expect

When order arrived they asked for the order number, we showed them it, theysaid yes that’s it and left and it was completely wrong order, not even the same delivery number. Tried to contact the shop and the phone just rings and rings, no one answers.

Came for a quick lay afternoon after school lunch with my boys. Food was quick, hot and delicious. What really made my visit worth coming back was the team, Jay to be precise. Very good customer service - definitely asset to the business. Well done - we will be back!!!!

Nice food as ever. Quick delivery. But first time ever, 1 of the 4 meals was missing. Had to put some freezer pizza in the oven to compensate. Thankfully JustEat has a system of refunding easily now.

Taco bell has gone downhill, sometimes you don't get all of your order and they don't care when you call them up just excuses. It's always delivered cold as well.

Lady at the counter was very rude in ignoring customers with complaints of their late orders. Literally waited more than 20mins to get my fast food order. She was not sorry or acknowledged the complaints. She was busy in priotising delivery orders. Very disappointed with management

Unbelievably small portion for the cost and does not come anywhere near the images advertised to represent each item. I ordered burrito meal, the burrito was a snack/starter size at best. Paid extra for cheese topped fries… I opened a small kids portion and I see cheese flavoured sauce had been spat on 2 chips. Saw to say I won’t be spending £13 on this again

If I could give zero stars I would have. We didn't even get a chance to order our food as we were told to leave because our children were eating a different brand of food as they don't like Taco Bell. Given their autism they are very particular about what food they will eat, so we'd got them something different and were about to place an order for our own meals! Terrible commercial decision! Staff clearly need training around neurodivergent individuals. Shame on you Taco Bell. I certainly won't be returning.

Food showed as delivered when it had not arrived.

The only problem is that they cook the vegeterian food also in same oil which they already used for non vegeterian. In such a scenario the veg doesn't remain veg any more. They should disclose this clearly, but they aren't. I would suggest vegeterians to avoid taco bell.

The whole meal was cold, there was hardly any chips, the soft taco was basically just a lettuce taco. Definitely not worth the money, not the wait. Please refund.

Employee of the store (Jay) was massively helpful in taking me through the menu and when my app was not working to allow me a discounted item he resolved my issue by using his own rewards instead. He went above and beyond to ensure I got good service I was very impressed. Seating area was rather small but all food was correct and tasty. Good quick place to eat.

Met Jay and his team! Very friendly gave me some good advice on what to try!! I am 64 years old so not a regular!! Was very with the food very tasty! In fact the fries are better than five guys!! First time visiting and trying tacos 🌮. I do like it. Food was fresh and delicious 😋. Service with a smile. Sunday late lunch -it wasn't crowded which was good for me. Definitely going again even though it's a bit out of my way.

The driver got my food and went to kfc over the road and done another delivery and then sat in Dartford for 5mins didn’t move when I asked him he said my other delivery was more close food is freezing ! £27 later gutted terrible service

To inform the staff when I asked for the disabled toilet. Invisible disabilities, also known as hidden disabilities or non-visible disabilities, are disabilities that are not immediately apparent. Many autistic people have sensory sensitivities that can make using standard toilet blocks challenging. For example, noise from other people and hand dryers can be loud and overwhelming. Accessible toilets are typically calmer spaces and usually offer quieter paper towel dispensers as an option. Maybe it will be nice to educate them instead of giving me a funny look. Thank you

would have been a 5 but I ordered 5 chicken tenders with dip & sadly there was no dip in the bag.

Food is okay, but service is horrible. Last time I went, the staff refused to give the lady in front of me an extra bag even though she ordered a considerable amount of food for herself and the 3 children with her. The woman even offered to pay for the extra bag but staff were rude and dismissive and argued with the lady.

Unfriendly staff missed FOUR items worth nearly £10 off my collection order, which was for my birthday. Submitted feedback requesting a refund and was told I had to go in store to receive it. Also, feedback form kept giving me an error code so I ended up filling it out 4 times only to discover they'd all been successful. Then instead of emailing you like normal people, you have to sign into a customer dashboard that doesn't work properly on phones... After asking for contact details of head office to escalate my complaint they stopped communicating with me. If you can't refund online orders without making people go back to the store, then don't take online orders! I shouldn't have to go 15 mins out of my way and deal with unpleasant staff to be refunded for their mistakes! Order at your own risk basically

Love the food, but FOUR items were left out of my collection order, totalling nearly £10 value. Staff were also unfriendly at collection. When we realised food was missing, I used the online feedback submission which kept giving me an error message so did it 4 times, only to then find out they had worked after all! Then instead of responding via email like normal,they only deal with you on a customer dashboard which doesn't work well on a phone. I was then told I should go in store and they'd give me the items. Asked specifically for no lettuce on the beef tacos and a chicken quesadilla - instead loads of lettuce and a beef quesadilla! Asked to swap cinnamon twirls for Churros received the twirls! Arrived cold, threw the whole meal out for the fox

Delux box was not in a box and tacos were not wrapped well and taco fillings were falling in to the bag. very disappointed.

This taco bell is very too busy, so always space to sit down. Just wished staff cleared tables or wiped down more- saw other people leaving their own food trays out with clearing the table. Not nice to view. Bathroom toilet seat has seen better days too...

Food isn't bad. But the building is covered in pigeons and pigeon poo. Outside is a health hazard. The windows and pavement are absolutely vile. Please put spikes on your signage yo stop this!
