If I could give it less than one star I would. Went in a month ago and the manager is stood at the side doing NO work, unless you count screaming and shouting at staff, work. The place was OVERRUN with Just Eat bikers and so actual customers are left to wait unable to put in an order. When you are finally served it was over 45mins before you got your food. Absolutely appalling! Went in again last night at 7.30 where there was NO customers other than Just Eat bikes.... surprise surprise. The staff were absolutely run off their feet and surprise surprise the exact same manager was to the side barking nonsense rather than lifting a finger and helping to lighten the load of his staff. Absolutely appalling! The machines weren't working and the only way to make an order was the approach the till, if you could make your way through a sea of bike helmets. When you eventually got through the staff were too busy in the back making up orders to serve a paying customer. The manager REFUSED to take an order and said it would take 10mins for a member of staff to do so. Disgusting attitude from the manager. Has absolutely no manners and is rude. The way he treats his staff is abhorrent! The fact they put Just Eat over paying customers is sickening and I'll never go in there again.

Ordered 5 burgers and 5 portions of chips. Waited over an hour + for someone to even pick up the order from Uber Eats. Driver found, oh wait, no, he doesn’t want that delivery, so waited for another driver. The order finally arrives. First I have to reheat it in the microwave, as I’m getting each order out. I realise that there are only two portions of chips within the order. Surely this is basic maths; a child could do this, but no, these numpties can’t add up to 5. 2 is the limit for those who work at this Burger King, even when the receipt on the bags tells them to put in 5!! I will not be ordering from there again. Also, the phone number for the restaurant does not work, although that is probably deliberate as they would get so many annoyed, hungry customers.

Incredibly slow. So many orders waiting and no staff seemingly doing anything. Seems like there is no structure and no urgency at all from staff leaving people standing around waiting and waiting and waiting. Food was as good as any Burger King so at least that’s was fine.

Two small burger for 25 pounds! În the boundle it was with 2 soft drink, none of the drink was in the bag! Definitly not ordering again!

It cant be late when ur delivery time just keeps going up. I am always delivered to last even tho i tip, and he sat at the other address for about 10 minutes AND HE WAS IN A CAR!!!!

My first time trying the new burger!!! It was cold but nothing a microwave can’t fix - absolutely delicious burger. Chimmichuri-yum!! 100%!

Always fresh and deliciously tasty only place on a Sunday, where you can order from main menu or breakfast menu. (Great when you have fussy kids)

I had 15 minutes waiting for a bus so I popped in an ordered and paid for 1 item. After nearly 10 minutes there was no activity from staff members. I raised the issue and onehelpful staff member was telling the others that it was unacceptable that I had to wait this long. She informed me that it would be another 5 minutes and I had to leave without my food. I returned the next day to raise the issue, I would've been happy to have taken the food I didn't receive, but the manager wasn't apologetic and stated there was nothing he could do, even when I provided proof of purchase and my collection number. Instead criticising me for not waiting around.....

Took over an hour to come and then was missing my main burger in meal. Disappointed as they use number system to help them remember. Yet still somehow manage to miss items.

Cold and chips were all balled together. Burger was nice but cold.

I ordered 3 large hush brown and I got 2of them only 1/3 packed.

We had a bad experience. Specifically manager he doesn’t know how to talk with customer. Closing time is 10pm. we are in 9:15pm but manager is shooting is closed. This is not the right way to talk with someone.

I ordered from Uber eats and waited almost 1hour 30 minutes for food. Not happy at all. I have also been to this branch before and staff have been very rude and unhelpful.

ordered two meals and they only sent one of them, on the receipt they put an x through the one I didn't receive. No phone call to sat they didn't have it available and no refund. disgusting, won't be bothering again.

We ordered take away a Burger King near Bexley shopping centre the service was good, but the food was appalling. The plant based burgers were all burnt both of them. The cheesy chips size were less than small there was literally no cheese on it. Bottle of coke was not cold. The large chips ordered separately were the portion of small not happy with it. I'll a disabled person by law they should have access to a ddisabled toilet but there were none and the services were non-existent signs on the counter telling people to use the machines no staff on the front counter not many compliments we heard a staff member being rude to a customer. makes you wonder if there’s a robot in the kitchen cooking because with no staff members

Missing one of the nugget pack of 6, food was squashed. Stored in a bag too small for the order.

There’s always something significant missing from my order with this restaurant, how did they forget a whole burger as well as a dip separately paid for? Not worth risking ordering from here it ruins the whole meal when they leave things out, one of us couldn’t even eat!!

What a bunch of pig slop. Food was horrendously cold, order was wrong had to redo it twice, and I asked for takeaway but was given eat in. Staff look like they'd rather be at home and gave no interest in customers. Honestly though don't know what I expect for a slop of a restaurant such as burger king. Will be back to complain again.

Had to wait ages for my order. Said driver at the restaurant for ages before it actually moved on the map. When it arrived all the food was stone cold. I think the driver had another deliver or deliveries before mine. This always happens if I order from burger king. I am going to stop ordering from this trader.

Food was delicious so happy they now deliver to Abbey Wood! The halloumi fries were very overcooked and rubbery and the delivery driver was rude. But overall happy!

I was speaking to the driver for 12 minutes on my phone to where he needed to deliver too. he wasnt listening to the instructions I was giving him even though he was within the my road and rode back out. As a result, the food was cold.

Bit crowded and lots of kids. Disappointed that a water bottle issue meant we could only have bottled water as coke zero in bottles was being reserved for deliveries! Tasty food, the vegan royale was lovely and I'm told the burger meal was. Bit mean with the fries portions compared to other shops like Neat Burger.

I was tracking the driver who went in the opposite direction, presumably with another order. The driver kept moving further away.
