Burger King in Bexley

The lady was very unhelpful she needs to work on customer service, I needed help to order and she wouldn't take order so I walked out with the family

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED We went to the Bexleyheath Burger King branch for Dine In on the 07th of March 2024 around 18:15. The lady at the counter refused to take orders because they were doing take-away only as her colleague already cleaned the Tables and chairs. If you don't do dine-in why are you guys advertising and opening the restaurant until 21:00 on weekdays? We were extremely disappointed and ended up going to McDonalds. This is the 2nd time happened like this. The management must take immediate action on the managers and staff.

Not happy the app only does the best deals on delivery and not eat in customer 😒

Food itself was great. Unfortunately the app wasn't working on multiple devices - meaning I couldn't get my reward / discount. When I got there and ordered via the touchscreen, it wasn't very busy at all (3 orders including mine). I waited 15 minutes for my food, with no apology for the wait - toilets shut yet they were still operating as a dine in restaurant? Clear priority to Deliveroo drivers rather than customers who have actually travelled to get their order - perhaps a separate area for takeaway delivery drivers would be good?

Food cold also have to pay for sauce. Ie mayonnaise

Got to the store 15 mins before they closed. Placed my order and went to wait outside. When I tried to go back in to check on my orders progress I was confronted by a very rude Mo. Who was hysterically waving his arms at me to tell me that the store was closed. When I told him I’d already placed an order he reluctantly let me into the store and then went to check with his staff to see if I was being honest and that I had in fact placed an order. There are ways of talking to customers this is not it.

Feb 2024: Sickening oily stench! This business is a total menace to the environment of the local area and a hazard to the health of people nearby. They continue to belch stinky greasy fumes into the gym upstairs, the shopping centre and the high street. A glowing example of how the UK became a 3rd world dump where large corporations have exemption from safety standards and act with impunity without consequence. Have a feeling this will become massive class action case once the cancer, heart and breathing cases start piling up abruptly.

Had the vegan royal meal with onion rings, had to wait a bit for them to cook it which is fine because it was nice and fresh. Found seating easily even though it was busy.

Great food , quick service as well

Had too wait 2 house for the food!!! And it finally came freezing cold. Very disappointed!

Sarpreet was very attentive and helped with a quick transaction. Food was hot and fresh.

Waited 20minutes to get served there was only 3 people in front of me and the staff were dawdling around with no sense of urgency, when they eventually opened a second till, the staff member kept messing up my order, terrible service. If I had to give a positive, whe. The food actually arrived it was ok.

Smells oily! Even from vents outside building!

Long waiting times even when it’s not busy ! Plus food hygiene is really low !!! I’ve seen staff members touch their hair then carry on working -_- avoid at all cost !!!

When we went in we were warned that the seating area was closed and only take away orders were being taken. My husband asked for a 500ml bottle of coke from the fridge as I was having a diabetic hypo and needed Glucose quick to avoid collapse. The guy behind the counter said said no they are for home delivery only... Even during a medical emergency. So my husband requested a cup of coke. The guy behind the counter then tried to keep it behind the counter until he had made the food. Hubs was not having it and leaned over and grabbed it and passed it to me. It had been a quirky set of events that led to this hypo (one of the worst I had ever had) and Burger King employee's obviously don't care even after being told it was an emergency. The guy working there made our food and we went out on to a bench in the wind and rain and eat our purchase. Don't think I will use Burger King in the future. In general it wouldn't bother me but I was quite ill at the time and having already taken Glucose to try and avoid a diabetic episode I realised I really needed more. I didn't expect the guy working there to understand what was going on but when two people tell them it is an emergency I would expect to be listened to. Won't bother asking for help from them again. NO THANK YOU.

I came here on a saturday evening to find the place filled with delivery drivers (as you would expect) and was told it would be about a 20 minute wait for my food. Happily accepted and ordered. I sat back and watched delivery drivers argue and stress for thier orders, some waited longer than others so I can see the frustration. The restaurant manager - Mo was beyond rude. He had 5 staff that were rushed off thier feet and orders were coming in at such a fast paced and instead of helping and leading by example, he stood there shouting. Mo argued with drivers stating "if you dont want to wait cancel the order". This is how food apps get messed over because restaurant managers have attitudes like this and we think the drivers are at fault. Pathetic behaviour from the manager Mo, has no leadership or management skills and surprised he hasnt had a smack in the mouth...from staff aswell!

Great food, nice lattes, there are a couple of downfalls about litter, but that is mainly other people leaving their own trays on the table and now throwing it away, so some tables may not be cleaned in a hurry. Did not notice any Disabled toilets either. I know there are some on the MALL, but they are up the other end. Am I blind, or are there any toilets in BK

Ordered Whopper with chips over £8 dor a burger that collapsed in my hand leaving mayo n lettuce onions n tomatoes in the wrapper n over my hands.

The service is awful, and this lady in particular, she appeared to be a senior manager, wears glasses seems to be from South Asia, long black hair tied up in a bun, she is so unexplainably rude, extremely ill mannered, she had this “ I don’t want to be here attitude”, so impolite while she was serving me, her behaviour was just ridiculous, I wonder how she even got promoted for a management position because it definitely was not due to her customer service and professionalism.

The interaction and communication with ordering was a really needlessly difficult experience. My server who appeared to be a senior member of staff, was not helpful. They spoke too quickly. I could not read the automated menu as it changed too quickly. I only went for my son, but this is genuinely one of the worst burger king's I've had to use.

I was hungry in the Bexleyheath and decided I wanted to indulge myself into some succulent nuggets of the chicken. I walked into the venue and was greeted by a greasy haired, gothic figure. The IT deserves a 1 star hygiene rating. My food was placed in a Sainsbury's carrier bag with no boxes for my nuggets of the chicken to let loose on the micro plastics. My daddy, will get this whole operation shut down expeditiously.

First time being at this burger king needs a good clean kids didn't enjoy their meal throw it in the bin and walked out. Staff need to go on customer service training

The staff is really slow. I don't understand what they doing cause it seems the doing nothing. There were only 2 people with delivery waiting, and it took them 5 minutes to take my order and another 5 minutes to give it to me (20 cheese bites). And this is not the first experience like this, they are always slow here.

Ordered at 19:03, food was being prepared for THREE HOURS. It was only two burgers and chips. Tried to contact the restaurant but the number online doesn’t work, you can’t get in touch with them at all. We were left hungry and had to give up to go to sleep to wake up for work. Don’t know what the hell they do in that kitchen but it certainly isn’t cooking any food, I feel sorry for the poor soul who ordered later than I did and was waiting in limbo for any kind of update. It’s a shame because they have great vegetarian options, I would say it put a bad taste in my mouth but I haven’t tasted anything all evening!

It’s the forth time they get my order wrong! Please pay attention people!

Cashier told us it would take 30 minutes to even take our order as one Deliveroo guy was her priority THERE WERE 4 PEOPLE IN THE BUILDING!!! Wish I could give it 0 stars. Gave up after 10 minutes after trying to get the attention of 1 of the 3 employees who clearly couldn’t care less in the restaurant and were staring vacantly at the till.

So I ordered my dinner at 6:52pm and I’ve been waiting patiently it didn’t let me for 3 hours to get my food and nothing they left my food on the side for 3 hours then I look at when it shuts and it didn’t let me cancel my order so I left it until I got my order which I didn’t get so now I am starving and so is my dad so maybe instead of making me wait give me my food. I’m expecting my refund to be coming back soon if not I’m coming to your restaurant and getting it myself

standard service, food was out in under 5 mins, more on the expensive side compared to other fast food places, chicken nuggets were oily and the exterior was covered in grease, shiny inside due to the high oil contents. same goes for the burgers, very greasy to the point it's unappealing. you can find better food places in the area for cheaper, wouldn't recommend due to the prices and greasiness

Filthy unhygienic restaurant. Tables and floors are dirty and covered in food and wrappers. The toilets are filthy.

I only had a drink and it was as flat as anything

Was dirty and the manager lady had such a rude presence and wobbled around the restaurant ignoring the mess on the floor - had a 'don't want to be here' attitude. Oh and my burger was slapped together and fell apart on the 2nd bite

My Food was fine not so much a bad review but a helping plea for the staff , they were massively understaffed , inexperienced staff on the counter doing the best they could , a manager or supervisor who just kept shouting at everyone trying to do everything herself and worst part was a burger fell on to the floor from the rack and the colleague from the kitchen pretended to put it in the bin but could clearly see her put it back in the rack .. despite it being wrapped i feel it should have been binned .. place was abit of a mess but i will chalk that up to being visibly understaffed .. normally have no problems when i come here and everythings fine but today was clearly more than just an off day , hope the staff get the support they need

Stale buns and cold burger. Driest worst burger I've ever had, then trying to charge 35p for a bbq sauce. £27 for three bacon cheeseburger meals accompanied by awful afternoon gut aches. McDonald's 2-minute walk away they don't charge for bbq sauce.

Food was perfect, and staff were great

Perfect start of the day. Cheesy Double Bbq Stacker and a portion of hash browns crispy on the outside and meaty on the inside enjoyed in the cosy BurgerKing Bexleyheath restaurant.

Another great lunch at Burger King Bexleyheath today. I had an incredibly tasty, juicy double whopper with a portion of delicious french fries and a large cold coke. All served quickly by happy members of stuff. Well done guys.

Staff a bit lost cleaning not great

Bk standard in terms of food so you know what to expect, but the restaurant seemed short staffed so where very busy, I tried to explain when ordering a whopper without tomato that this wasn't the same as a plain one. Staff also being busy meant the bins were near full and the tables not cleaned frequently.

The vegan burgers with bacon need more vegetables in them - lettuce and tomatoes !

Ordered the double bacon cheeseburger XL meal, my food was hot and tasty. I was served quickly and there were plenty of seats available. However, it is not made clear that meals are served without condiments.

The Indian female slim manageress with the ponytail of thinning hair & glasses is the rudest "delusions-of-grandeur" human ever, even others in the queue agreed with me when I told her she was rude, two men & a woman agreed with me & none of them was together & then she refused to serve me, because I told her she was rude for "HER" Behaviour, not mine, she's infamous for being at best moody & downright rude to plural customers. She told me I had to queue to be served by someone else because I told her that she's rude but it was due to her being gratuitously rude. She acted like she was a silver-service head-waitress/Maitre-d in a Michelin starred restaurant, let alone a fast food takeaway manager. I have more respect for Cleaners than her, absolutely outrageous that she thinks she's above her customers displaying the Caste System in Bexleyheath Burger-King. I would of complained but because it's a franchise she carries on with her vile behaviour as there's no number to phone and complain to & she knows it too.

Don't waste your money, not a good place to eat,this place desperately needs a change in management pronto

Gone massively downhill, purchased a double bacon cheeseburger meal for about £8 to be greeted with a burger with no sauce, cold and the size of a child's burger, it was ridiculously small, this also had a standard portion of chips which is tiny. Wont be going back.

First of all the food is very expensive compared to other fast food restaurants. Second of all the staff need to smile a little bit more. Disappointing experience.

No coffee was available in the morning i went , and the 2 staff members looked wasted only me in the restaurant need I say any more.

Really disappointed with the level of service received at this branch. This hasn't just been an isolated issue, multiple visits there is a particular individual that is consistently miserable and has a serious attitude problem. Her level or service is abysmal and I'm shocked she still works at the branch (potentially the manager). The branch doesn't always provide or allow purchase of all items or deals that Burger King offer which is frustrating, including from the app. They only want to sell you the most expensive items.

Mostly atmosphere or the ambiance, it's smell really oily most probably coming from the kitchen,it felt really greasy. I hope they will have more ventilations so as not to stick the oily greasy smell on the chairs and walls,too. I know it's winter hence the close door but the place should still smell grease-free :⁠-⁠(

My favourite fast food place in Bexleyheath. Great customer service, always clean restaurant, I can use app vouchers and the best vegan range ever.

The best chips and burger, I particularly loved the chips.

I'm so disappointed, if I could've given them 0 stars I would've. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets and got 20 chilli cheese bites. I'm lactose intolerant. Absolutely shocking behaviour, I want my money back. Do better.

Terrible food, greasy and cold. Staff don’t seem to care. Never again

When i arrived the queue was quite long only 2 girls serving at the counter but they were quite fast so it went down quickly within about under 10 minutes we were served and our food came quickly and it was fresh and hot. tables were cleaned and it was easy to find a clean one food was as delicious as always

I downloaded burger king app on my phone 📱 went there and asked staff. she said no click and collect but I just wanted to use an offer on my order at the spot. 3 staffs, 2 females and 1 male useless. Staff not helpful but love vegan chicken burger, vegan Nuggets and chips. I'm here only for food. Staff not good but excellent food 😋🍔💖

This was the third time of ordering a delivery of veggie Whoppa meals. This was the first time that it had been hot, however, my Whoppa, which was ordered with an extra patty, only had one patty it also had barely any lettuce, no tomato, no onion, no mayo, no pickles and just a splash of ketchup, in other words i did not get what we paid for. If the staff can't be bothered to serve the food correctly I suggest that the manager has a word if HE can be bothered and having read the reviews that's doubtful. Last time of buying from Bexleyheath.

Not a good experience at Bexleyheath today. Handwritten note on counter saying ‘cash only today’. Whoppers not what I would call flame grilled. Burgers rather flabby and underdone. Food generally warm not hot. Not much filling compared to Whoppers I had in Eltham recently. Sign on stairs saying upstairs seating and toilets closed. Had grandchildren with me who needed the toilet. Took them anyway and found toilets open but no soap in dispenser in gents.

Absolutely PATHETIC. Worst Burger King I have ever experienced. The staff were slow and still didnt serve me. Priorities are all over the place with them focusing on Uber eats or Deliveroo. Waste of time. You wont get served even when not busy. P*ss poor service. Won't go back there.

This Burger King only does hamburgers as kid's meals and doesn't have any mustard or pickles. This is extremely disappointing and the staff gave me a Jersey 50p as part of my change and weren't that friendly or helpful, it cost me about 17 pound something for me and my friend, it's not usually that expensive. I felt the staff only liked customers who only want 1 thing that they want to sell on the menu. Doesn't Burger King's slogan say "Have it your way"? People should be allowed the freedom of choice when ordering food at a place. I now know to avoid this branch as well as Bluewater and Kippings Cross as they're both like this as well. It's so annoying. It seems they've engineered this to get more money. No wonder this branch was empty. The Burger King at Crawley, Lakeside and this Burger King at a service station in Hampshire on the eastbound side are very good. I had no such issue there. I really love Burger King hamburgers when they do 1 normal hamburger meal with 3 hamburgers and they usually put lots of mustard, ketchup and pickles in them and this makes them taste absolutely perfect.

Never have a good experience here the only star is for the Burger King food but the staff take no more than an order or 2 at a time before it gets too much and holds the queue up by 5-10 minutes before even ordering. The staff seem lost behind the cash desk and if there's a lot of customers rather than embracing that and speeding up and getting the orders in the till they resolutely walk off and deal with the 1-2 orders at a time. Ontop of this the most recent trip we walked in the door and immediately told sorry we are closed even though its 7:00pm on a Tuesday evening and the sign says closes at 9:00pm and the door was open and delivered drivers were in the building waiting for orders. A bad branch which is a shame as the food from Burger King is always good but the time it takes and the lack of care makes me not bother with the place that often.

"Home delivery only sir" - as I was standing at the counter with cash in my hand, utterly ludicrous - would rather turn people away than serve me without some delivery driver getting his mits on it first! - won't be bothering again.

Haven't had BK for a while so decided to grab a double whopper go hard or go home right food was really nice but the state of the tables was horrible had to get a baby wipe out and wipe down the table

Home delivery. The burger bans were so old that they crumbled, cold frozen burgers and half empty chips boxes. what a let down.

3.30pm on a Saturday afternoon and hardly any customers. I was told I had to have a kids meal If I wanted a plain hamburger with ketchup. £4.49 is expensive compared to the competitors isn't it ? No nice atmosphere here

Always closed even though it states open until 9pm. Happened 2 or 3 times so won't bother again. Only added 1 star so I can post the comment so that other people don't waste their time.

The manager is very efficient and friendly.

Food was great. Completely ruined by the terrible service and queuing system. The gentleman serving me sadly couldn't be understood clearly which would normally wouldn't be an issue, bit made him very upset that he had to repeat himself. The hostility from the man would of made me leave if not for my wife. I will not be coming here again.

Food was lovely except when I told one of the staff not to put ice my drink she didn't listen, I dont know if she heard me properly or just got bad listening skills..

Enjoyed the food all the while but stopped during pandamic. Due to their clumsy delivery process. But extremely happy that they have started dine in and take aways !!!

The manager is a nightmare should be fired ASAP. So rude and no manners at all, i found some hair in my ice cream and simply asked for a refund or a new ice cream and the MANAGER was arguing with me and showing so much attitude for no reason at all while on her phone and ignoring what i was saying. Poor customer service will never be going back. Absolutely terrible staff. Just lack of manners in general, ruined my day overall.

Nice fast food restaurant inside the Shopingncentre Would benefit from some refurbs as all looks dated and old Plenty of disabled parking spaces in front and good ramp for access

I'm not really a regular in this particular restaurant had a poor quality meal while back the burgers had a very dry bun, but this visit was a very pleasant experience the food was excellent quality and tasted very good.

Ordered via just eat a Vegan katsu royale and received a chicken katsu royale. I am absolutely disgusted that this has happened. I havnt eaten meat in 5 years and nothing like this has ever happened to me. Not only this, but the phone number on burger king bexleyheath website is invalid and when i got the correct number from just eat, my phone calls went unanswered 7 times.

Doesn't accept mobile order yet. Katsu was a new launch which I saw on mobile app but it was not even listed in the store, though available.

Can not fault my burger, but for the 3rd time of ordering from Bexleyheath the order was incomplete.

Great Staff and quick service. Food got and really tasty.
