Burger King in Bexley

Literally the worst Burger King in UK. Ordered food and waited for over an hour, it was nobody available to pick it up for like 40min and then arrived with half of the order and still it was wrong! 😑 never ordering again, just the lack of care of that place..

I placed an order with this place through just eat and got the usual preparing bit and code to give the delivery guy when he arrives, next thing i get order delivered but no food has arrived. Just eat said to contact the restaurant which i did only to be told by some woman who answered the phone (who I might add seemed amused at my situation) that there system has been down for over an hour and they have not been taking any orders. Why the hell did I get the preparing bit and more to the point why did they take my money if they knew they could not process any orders. It's like they have some kind of scam going with just eat as I now have to jump through hoops with just eat in the hope that I get a refund as by googling this issue the general consensus seems to be that just eat declines the refund pushing you back to the restaurant and they push you back to just eat. What an absolute joke. I'm done with the both of them as they can kiss any future business from me goodbye. And I will be speaking to my bank if I don't get my money back as I am not gonna be robbed by these people. I would not use this place unless your going to get it directly and avoid just eat as there customer service might as well be non existent. What an absolute joke these people are. Beware.

This is probably the WORST Burger King in whole of UK. Came here with my little one-and she pulled the seat next to me. And the Duty Manager just got on us-telling it is not the way. He kept repeating it at the top of his voice .. and kept telling me instead not to shout when i told him not To repeat the same thing over and over- and kept emphasising that he is the DUTY MANAGER. This was an embarrassing moment at Burger King- never experienced such shameful behaviour by any team member or staff here. Pathetic customer service and outlook. No wonder people prefer McDonalds over Burger King- cause everything about Burger King is sad and pathetic.

The staff is really slow for a franchise like berger king is a shame one off the main manager he can't even hear you and he gets rude and aggressive very disappointed the fries gets cold in their hands while listening to their songs and talking

My grandchildren wanted Burger King for dinner so I ordered on line, which was nice and easy. However when we got our food it was cold and very badly packaged.

I have ordered this before, and it was nice, but it wasn't the same for this occasion. Unfortunately, it was dry and lacking in flavour, which was disappointing.

I think the staff need a refresher on food hygiene. There was a woman with long hair halfway down the back, not tied up. Her split ends were going to fly into the food surely. And one young man was biting his nails by the chip fryer. Just shocking honestly. I can give grace for slow service due to busy times but not the lack of hygiene.

Ordered 7:39pm and delivered at 9:14pm . Was waiting for long time .also food is not hot but it’s okey

0 stars across the board if that was possible. Ordered on Deliveroo at 7:20pm, food for four people. Estimated delivery of 30-45 minutes. An hour goes by and still no food, check the app and it says assigning rider. A cycle of assigning rider, rider heading to restaurant and then rider waiting to pick up started. This lasted for about an hour and a half before the order was forcefully cancelled. Looking around the recent reviews seem to indicate this place has fallen off and is no longer worth giving business to. I would strongly advise to order elsewhere and avoid the hassle.

Excellent service, the McDonalds order I had at the same time for my daughter took 35 mins to come from 3 minutes away yet this took 30 mins to come from 13 minutes away and was excellent. Courier arrived and couldn’t find the address so politely asked for directions and when I mentioned about having my one month old baby inside that I couldn’t come outside he made a good effort at delivering to the doorstep and greeted me with a smile and polite and quality service so well done to this driver.

He stopped at Abby Wood Cafe for 25 minutes my food is stone cold. The driver was very rude.

It never arrived! I ordered 2 hours ago and it’s saying it got delivered at 17:00 it is currently 16:44 so that’s impossible

Complaint Regarding Employee Sarpreet and Manager Azmal Misbehaviour I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred on 18/03/2025at 11:45 atBurger king Broadway shopping centre Bexleyheath. During this incident, Sarpreet Kaur and manager Azmal misbehaved with a delivery driver, in a manner that was unprofessional and unacceptable. I was there for pickup and And the way the Sarpreet was talking ,it was disrespectful And rude. when I explain the matter to her Manager Azmal , He was also very unprofessional man He also doesn’t deserve the post as a manager of the venue .if the manager doesn’t respect how we expect to other staff.This behaviour is not only disrespectful but also reflects poorly on your establishment. I request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to address the behavior of the individuals involved. Please let me know what steps will be taken to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

Forgot the sauce and for my autistic son sends him into a melt down and he won’t eat it

basically no star for this venue .staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional. they don't know how to talk with customer and other people's. especially manager ajmal and girls staff sarpreet. so bad worst burger king ever seen.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Burger King. Sarpreet and Azmal were rude, inattentive, and completely unprofessional. I was left waiting way longer than necessary, with no explanation or apology. They acted like they couldn’t care less about customers. No greeting, no eye contact, just bad attitude and poor service. If this is how they run things here, I won’t be wasting my time again. Management seriously needs to step in and fix this.

I went there this afternoon there was a some problem on kiosk for oder ghdn i asked for help to the person who works their Azmal .he refused to help me also the staff was very rude.there was not busy on that time. Verh very poor servcie.

Missing items and food was cold

I had a really disappointing experience at this Burger King location. The staff, particularly Sarpreet and Azmal, showed a complete lack of attention to customers. I was left waiting for an unreasonably long time, even though the place wasn’t busy. When I finally got my order, it felt like they couldn’t care less about customer service. No greeting, no courtesy just bad attitude and slow service. Definitely not what I expected from a well-known fast food chain. Won’t be coming back.

I had a dine-in experience at the Burger King in Bexleyheath, and since the machine wouldn’t accept the app, we opted to use the till. However, we weren’t warmly welcomed. When we asked if we could order at the till because the machine wasn’t working, we were met with a blunt “WHY?” From that moment, it was clear that the worker was visibly disgruntled. The service was very blunt and rude—even receiving our order felt like it was given with frustration. When we bit into the food, it was lukewarm, which was really disappointing. We normally eat here often, but this experience has let us down.

Unfortunately there isn’t an option for a zero start because that is what I would like to put. I ordered my food at 7:25pm and after multiple delivery drivers chose not to pick up my order even after accepting them I was left waiting for over an hour. Finally at 8:40pm a driver accepted the delivery but then they were left waiting for around 20 minuets for what I can only assume was for the staff to remake the order as it had been so long. After all this my order arrived at 9:10pm and despite the order being remade it was still cold. In conclusion an absolute joke. They had almost 2 hours and still couldn’t complete the simple task of delivering warm food to my house (kind of the point of a home delivery). Best believe next time I’ll be going McDonalds because as hard as it is to believe even they could provide better service

I chose this restaurant as they were advertising 20 min delivery. Took 1 hour 20 mins.

Food was cold but it was edible. I received all items I ordered. I would order here again because I do love the chicken royale's.

This restaurant is the worst i have ever been in for 1 the chips were salty it looks like thay put aprox 250g of salt for a small pack of fries the burger was frezing cold the chips was hot this amount of salt is bad for me becuse i have got hart probloms and it was strange thay asked us to move frome an seat in whilse thay closed of a section when sat ther also thay put chars to block the toilets it was the one of the worst food i ever had! Whilse i left to find another seat one of staff members frome the fast food chain sit in the closed off zone what dose she want buckinghampalace your majesty!

The Delivery guy was Rude I had to screen shot our conversation because I couldn't believe how he was talking to me as a customer and he begged me to meet him at number 96 and I live at 152 my food is cold I'm fed up till I don't even want it again I'm Very unhappy .

1 star is far too generous. No customer service and poor quality food. The middle aged woman with glasses is extremely rude and an overhaul of staff should be considered. The way the staff speak to customers is completely unacceptable!

The 'manager' at Bexleyheath Burger King couldn't grasp a simple task. My order had not arrived and after giving my order number, she said the order was not there and told me to contact Just Eat. I told her what items were in my order, and she admitted that the order was in fact there but she still couldn't deliver it. When I asked why, she kept saying to contact Just Eat. Realising I was dealing with someone extremely thick, I just gave up in the end. Then the order turned up, 45 mins late.

I ordered at 19.44 it’s said it would be delivered at about 20.16 in the end it was delivered at 21.16 and it was cold so I then needed to warm the food back up before we could eat, when looking at Burger King delivery it still said 15-30 minutes for delivery all the time I was waiting for my food.

they have changed the flavour of the chicken royale… it’s a southern fried fillet now which I’m so disappointed at because I hate southern fried. there was no indication that they even changed it, unless they ran out of the actual fillet for the royale. Disappointed
