McDonald's in Bexley

unfortunately at first i receive one wrong item in my food but one of the staff her name was laxmi she aplogized and gave the right items to me and she was coming again and again if i wang anything she was so polite and nice .

Today me and my partner got two medium meals, not only did it take long to arrive but when it did and my partner took a bite out of his steakhouse burger we discovered poop laying on the bottom of the box they proceeded to deny it was poop. this is unacceptable.

Food very cold and very dry. Taste got lost on its way. No sauces for nuggets or cheesy dippers.

Missing items from order and missed ingredients in wrap.

What an absolute joke of a place staff cannot follow simple instructions on a recipe or screen as per normal yhe miss items even whole meals charge you and you go back to complain and get told should of checked before you leave one shouldn't have to if staff were trained properly this isn't the first time and probably won't be the last time they rob people of yhier money and give them orders that aren't complete. If I could rate negative 5 stars I would.

The restaurant was preparing my food, time kept jumping for 15mins down to 2mins then back to 15mins, assumed this meant it would be fresh and hot. It wasn’t, awful food clearly sat waiting to be collected. Also requested no pickles due to allergy, burger came with sticker detailing removing pickles…. But they sent one with pickles. Can’t be eaten - how can this service be acceptable?

Today I ordered the minecraft meal at this mcdonald’s. It is advertised as 9 chicken nuggets, chips, drink, nether flame sauce, and a collectible. They did not give me or the people I was with the sauce or the collectible. The meal is more expensive due to this so I was disappointed. The service wasn’t good either. We ordered takeaway and our food came as a tray. My friend asked for a bag and the manager gave her an annoyed look and handed her the bag so my friend had to pack it herself, even though we specifically picked take away. The mcdonald’s was also unclean. This is such a shame as we always use this McDonalds.

The ketchup is watered down the staff are rude and I won’t be returning

Took 90+ minutes to arrive and was missing half the items, Crayford McDonalds is the WORST McDonalds in the world.

I received someone else’s order

Got the McCrispy Chicken burger and it’s nothing like the advert, it tastes awful and is sloppy with too much mayo and lettuce. I actually wanted the McCrispy BBQ and ended up with the wrong one. Fries are also too salty

Received completely the wrong order, even after I gave the order code over to the driver twice, this was not checked against my order and therefore ended up with somebody else’s food. This caused a serious inconvenience as I had to go to the restaurant and reorder. It was then too late for my elderly grandmother to eat and my daughter was in tears. Wish I hadn’t bothered in the first place.

All food cold wouldn’t mind only few minutes away from restaurant.

The drink spilt in the bag and all of my food was covered in Coca-Cola. Extremely annoyed!

The time just kept going up. Be realistic with delivery times. The time went up by half an hour. If I knew it was that long I would've got something else

First the milkshake wasn’t with the order! When sat down to eat food the chips were cold and half empty. The rest of the food was at a good temperature.

Hot on time great courier a rare win for McDonald’s Crayford

It is disappointing that McDonald’s employees are not required to wear gloves or maintain a clean appearance. This lack of hygiene and professionalism can be off-putting and unappealing, especially when handling food that customers are going to consume. Because of this, I have never eaten there😤

The guy was useless taking his pretty little time now my food is cold yet again who and what are you hiring these days absolute abysmal

meal was normal macdonalds standard, eat it and you still feel hungry nothing to shout about, but the delivery service and driver were good and on time.

The driver went to an additional drop off before delivering my order that was far away from my house. Then he got lost and couldn’t find my house. He called me and had limited English so didn’t understand where to go. Then it took two text messages. My food was completely cold and 45 mins late. He also didn’t have a bag to keep it warm. Terrible service and total waste of my time

Food took over an hour to arrive from a restaurant that is 5 mins away in the car and was a simple one meal order with no amends. Turns out the food never even came from the restaurant it had been ordered from and was sent out from a different location. It arrived freezing cold and inedible.

Terribly positioned, Drive through blocks all the roads in crayford. Rubbish dropped all around the place. Though staff do make an effort to address this. Late night.. people sit in the near car park and eat and sound their horns for no reason.

genuinely feel like a karen but they miss items every single time i go or give me the complete wrong order. I went through the bag last week and saw one item was missing so they gave it to me, i opened my pancake sausage meal and there was no sausage. What is the point of paying extra if you can't even add it into my order. I shouldnt have to check my order because the staff can not provide. Its happened 3 times in the past 2 months. They must be under staffed because they take over 20 mins with orders sometimes

Ordered a Delivery through Uber Eats. Tracked delivery and it took 20 minutes without stopping anywhere on the way but seemed to take an indirect route. Thought it was maybe the traffic until the delivery turned up on a push bike!!! Needless to say the food was cold. I opened the burger which should have been a double but it was a single and it looked like someone had trodden on it.

This is THE worst McDonalds in the area - really long wait times, nonexistent customer service, consistently long queues at the drive through which eventually result in being sent to a parking bay anyway, and staff that just don’t care - if you’re able to, you’ll have a better experience at any other nearby McDonalds
