On a push bike coming all the way food was cold

No crispy onions on the Steakhouse Stack, no bacon on the crispy chicken and bacon salad and no Balsanic salad dressing to go on side salad and chicken and bacon salad. Will be ringing Crayford Mcdonalds to make a complaint

the delivery driver needs to be dismissed. I have never experienced such a bad service from here. my order didn't arrive and the driver has submitted it has delivered!

Driver was great, delivered fast. Food was however inedible, cold and stale. Awful

The sweet chilli wrap had everything in when we asked for the lettuce and cucumber to be removed as well as the sweet chilli sauce. Chips was cold and soggy as well

Today me and my partner got two medium meals, not only did it take long to arrive but when it did and my partner took a bite out of his steakhouse burger we discovered poop laying on the bottom of the box they proceeded to deny it was poop. this is unacceptable.

What an absolute joke of a place staff cannot follow simple instructions on a recipe or screen as per normal yhe miss items even whole meals charge you and you go back to complain and get told should of checked before you leave one shouldn't have to if staff were trained properly this isn't the first time and probably won't be the last time they rob people of yhier money and give them orders that aren't complete. If I could rate negative 5 stars I would.

food absolutely COLD as a slab. I ordered a normal apple pie they sent me a raspberry white chocolate pie which I don't eat. awful.

This has has got to be the SLOWEST McDonald's on earth. The food quality is also poor.

The restaurant was preparing my food, time kept jumping for 15mins down to 2mins then back to 15mins, assumed this meant it would be fresh and hot. It wasn’t, awful food clearly sat waiting to be collected. Also requested no pickles due to allergy, burger came with sticker detailing removing pickles…. But they sent one with pickles. Can’t be eaten - how can this service be acceptable?

Part of order not received. Wasn’t able to contact Restaurant by telephone as it just rang out and still waiting for refund for FOOD not delivered. Not happy at all

Today I ordered the minecraft meal at this mcdonald’s. It is advertised as 9 chicken nuggets, chips, drink, nether flame sauce, and a collectible. They did not give me or the people I was with the sauce or the collectible. The meal is more expensive due to this so I was disappointed. The service wasn’t good either. We ordered takeaway and our food came as a tray. My friend asked for a bag and the manager gave her an annoyed look and handed her the bag so my friend had to pack it herself, even though we specifically picked take away. The mcdonald’s was also unclean. This is such a shame as we always use this McDonalds.

Got the McCrispy Chicken burger and it’s nothing like the advert, it tastes awful and is sloppy with too much mayo and lettuce. I actually wanted the McCrispy BBQ and ended up with the wrong one. Fries are also too salty

I received someone else’s order

Took 90+ minutes to arrive and was missing half the items, Crayford McDonalds is the WORST McDonalds in the world.

Received completely the wrong order, even after I gave the order code over to the driver twice, this was not checked against my order and therefore ended up with somebody else’s food. This caused a serious inconvenience as I had to go to the restaurant and reorder. It was then too late for my elderly grandmother to eat and my daughter was in tears. Wish I hadn’t bothered in the first place.

gave me a box of chicken selects instead of nuggets and a big mac instead of a double quarter pounder

The drink spilt in the bag and all of my food was covered in Coca-Cola. Extremely annoyed!
