McDonald's in Bexley

An absolute long wait to get served. When the order was given at the driveway, we went home to find that the burger was missing items inside. We tried to call but no answer. This isn't the first time this has happened to us. AVOID MCDONALDS CRAYFORD

Service not satisfactory today we had to park up and wait for our order. When the order arrived, it was cold, especially the fries, bigmac, and cheese quarter pound my wife had. I returned my order for a replacement but by this time our meal was spoiled! Disappointed today 😞

The service in this McDonald’s is appalling the staff are rude the waiting times are ridiculous and the food is definitely not worth your money it was the worst mcdonalds I have even been to in my life I would avoid it at all costs the food was cold and don’t taste right and the manager was just pure rude when we tried to complain he just completely disregarded it and carried on

Crayford McDonald's is pretty good better than most !

Standard McDonald's, sometimes gets orders wrong which can be frustrating if you forget to check before leaving. Recently tried to pass off criminally undercooked (almost white) chips as a 'new recipe'. Bit of a bad area, often a lot of commotion and fights at or around the place in the evenings.

I was tempted to try the McRib after seeing the huge advertising boards. Now we all know that the food is never going to look as good as the signage but I expect it to look somewhat similar. I've attached a photo of the McRib on the McDonald's website along with what I recieved, it's simply a pork patty with a smidgen of bbq sauce on the bun. Not the dripping with sauce ribs that the advertising makes you think you'll get. I'd rate the McRib 3/10. Really disappointed.

Like the one in Erith, revamped "not", to cater more for drive through and crap uber eats orders its now a poor imitationof its former years, no one on counter at 9pm. I ordered via the screen, waited over 20 minutes before asking for a refund. A V O I D !!!

Regular order mix ups. No proper queue of orders - you might wait for an hour when it's busy while someone else walks in after you and gets their order within 10 minutes. There's no room to wait when it's busy. Delivery services and drive-through seem to have a priority over any other orders. Overall, it is a standard UK McDonald's experience.

From time notified driver on way I tracked driver. He had several stops on way. Food was hardly warm. Had to reheat chips and cheese sticks. Had to reheat burgers in microwave which didn't help flavour. Will not order again

Nice if you get in the restaurant and eat immediately but i got it delivered stone cold never get it delivered ever

Chips cold one cheeseburger and large fries missing no sauce that was requested and no straws for drinks shocking considering it cost £30 pounds will not be using Crayford again

Ordered food last night and it turned up 3 hours late and stone cold, we opened the bag and found two of the meals missing. I rung the store and they offered me a meal as compensation for the £33 pounds of food we didn't eat. The food was made at 19.30 and sent out at 22.30, we have had no explanation from either McDonald's or just eat

Food was cold, took over an hour from ordering and then drink spilled on delivery. Thank goodness for our driver who was polite, apologetic and had a can of drink to save our disappointment.

the order is three and half hours late and stone cold, it should of been cancelled at your end and we would of made an alternative meal plan, this is absolutely shocking we have paid over £33 pounds for this, the customer service is below poor and we as a customer can even contact the store in question, I'll be taken this order back in the morning.

I was not even able to eat this, it was all stone cold. I understand the weather but something should be put in place my lunch should not turn up like it’s been kept in a fridge and not able to eat it. I would like a refund on this.

ordered food 2 hours ago!!Food arrived COLD and drink split the bag and fell all over my floor when delivery person handed me the bag!! food freezing cold. large coffee had spilled in the bag less than a regular left and mad the bag wet so when the driver picked the bag up it collapsed and the cold hot chocolate went all over the customers drive which I had to clear up!

The driver could not find house could not speak English !! We called him to give him directions but he wouldn’t listen to instructions saying google sent him elsewhere the food was cold and had to be thrown away I have spent over £35 for food and not received it in a timely and warm manner. Ordered at 4.35pm and it was finally delivered at 6.25pm! Food freezing cold (chips were 32degrees so even less than body temperature). Ice creams were fully melted and leaked everywhere. Absolutely SHOCKING all went in the bin.

Delivery driver kicked my door instead of knocking

Messed up taking order. Said I would have to queue in drive thru again to sort it! They then decided to give me the items they missed off my order for free even though I offered to pay for it. When I got my order home there were several items missing and burgers with cheese and sauces missing. Would not go back, not worth the hassle . Boxes were damaged. The burger was FALLING OUT of it. The drinks were double stacked for a strange reason. I would rather have account credit than not have any sort of refund. Also the big mac boxes were damaged at the front and it was ripping apart.

I took my kids to have a fun day out and then enjoy some McDonalds to my surprise my order was completely wrong I believe I got someone else’s order when I asked a staff member ‚Blake I believe was his name’ he rolled his eyes and scoffed and proceeded to walk away and talk to some other employees after 10 minutes he asked me for my right order I gave him my order and after 30 minutes we finally got our food the restaurant wasn’t busy at all this was very disappointing and I don’t think we’ll be coming back.

Unfortunately Crayford McDonalds is not a good example of Maccy Ds. Customer service is very poor and senior staff simply rude. We've tried it several times now but won't be returning. I sent an email to the Complaints' Department following our last visit because it was so bad. Even the food was not acceptable this time. Managers clearly need to be trained again, otherwise younger staff will be experiencing very poor role models :-(
