“Delivery orders are always left waiting because the restaurant prioritises walk-in and drive-thru customers. Those of us who can’t go to the location and rely on fast delivery end up waiting over 40 minutes, and by the time the food arrives, it’s cold. This is very frustrating and unacceptable for a delivery service.”

Got the McCrispy Chicken burger and it’s nothing like the advert, it tastes awful and is sloppy with too much mayo and lettuce. I actually wanted the McCrispy BBQ and ended up with the wrong one. Fries are also too salty

It is disappointing that McDonald’s employees are not required to wear gloves or maintain a clean appearance. This lack of hygiene and professionalism can be off-putting and unappealing, especially when handling food that customers are going to consume. Because of this, I have never eaten there😤

Terribly positioned, Drive through blocks all the roads in crayford. Rubbish dropped all around the place. Though staff do make an effort to address this. Late night.. people sit in the near car park and eat and sound their horns for no reason.

A bit bipolar at times can be good can be bad Atmosphere is great Food is good but can come slow

My food got delivered to another address

Stone cold food, tasted like it had been made an hour before my order and took over an hour to be delivered.

All good. Breakfast at 8:30am on a Saturday... Food Hall calm and quiet... Before the crowds arrive...

Food was cold. Milkshake was upside down & spilling. The fries were missing!

genuinely feel like a karen but they miss items every single time i go or give me the complete wrong order. I went through the bag last week and saw one item was missing so they gave it to me, i opened my pancake sausage meal and there was no sausage. What is the point of paying extra if you can't even add it into my order. I shouldnt have to check my order because the staff can not provide. Its happened 3 times in the past 2 months. They must be under staffed because they take over 20 mins with orders sometimes

charged us for double cheese burger but forgot to pack it

This is THE worst McDonalds in the area - really long wait times, nonexistent customer service, consistently long queues at the drive through which eventually result in being sent to a parking bay anyway, and staff that just don’t care - if you’re able to, you’ll have a better experience at any other nearby McDonalds

I ordered a double Quarter pounder and a chicken Sandwich, I recieved a quarter pounder. What is wrong with this lot, how hard is it to get something right

Completely wrong order received, rang restaurant and was told that the drivers are taking out 2 orders at a time and are delivering wrong order!! This is surly not that difficult and unacceptable to customer especially when you have to provide the pick up number at the door for order - which was accepted by the driver!

Driver was nice as told him I was deaf so he pointed to the phone for code & sausages wasn’t that warm so had warm them up but apart from that. All good

This place is a joke. Ordered 4 meals which appears to be too complex to put into a bag. Missing a Mcplant and mozzarella dippers.

twice I have ordered breakfast from here and they keep forgetting to put items in, last time it was all the hash browns, this time they haven't even added the wrap and the double sausage and egg mcmuffin that I ordered, they just need to get better staff who actually know how to read a ticket and actually place the food in the bag.

I phoned McDonald’s as was waiting for an hour with no delivery update, I was told food was cooked & had been waiting for collection for an hour. I was told that my food was cold & to cancel via just eat. Couldn’t cancel via app as food had already been made, tried calling just eat and established they do not deal with order query’s over the phone. Had to just sit and wait for food to finally arrive. Food came and was freezing/not edible and was only credited (not refunded) £5.22. Ridiculous.

This place is probably the worst managed restaurant I've seen for a long time, they close the drive thru randomly without updating the app. When they close up early, they don't make any effort to inform customers only cones blocking off the drive thru. They have so many issues with the headsets they close lane two because of it. Recently I was sat waiting in the drive thru and an Indian man came out wearing his dirty/ unkempt uniform, a clear plastic apron, clear gloves, he then proceeded to pick up dirty cones next to the bins and then close the drive thru. He then walked back inside. I got to window when I saw him back inside wearing the same apron/ gloves. There's no way he changed them in the few seconds.. When I parked up I saw another man walking out to re open the drive thru no more then 5 minutes later, but the icing on the cake after a few cars got stuck on lane 2 another male walked outside to close just lane 2.. It blows my mind how disorganised this place is.

Considering McDonalds has been in this area for a long time no real thought has gone into the demands of the growing area. Traffic both into and out this site has become an issue. McDonalds needs to build up and make more room for the kitchen and more room for the delivery Driver pick ups. Food from this site is inconsistent.

My order took 2 hours to be delivered I tried to cancel after 1.30mins but was unable could not find the option I went to McDonald’s and I was told I could not collect my order or have a new one made as it was cold, McDonald’s staff and the driver did not care about poor service and late delivery. I had to stay up late 2 hrs waiting for cold food. Terrible service , I tried to contact just eat customer service, no option. This is really poor and should expect refund/compensation ASAP.

I had a completely wrong order delivered to me. I had ordered a McPlant meal but was delivered a beef and chicken burger. When I tried to contact the restaurant to let them know, there was no answer. After 4 attempts to call I gave up. I have contacted Just Eat for a refund.

The driver was on the wrong road and ignored my texts so I had to go get it myself very unprofessional especially as he was on call when I got there

The five stars is for Fatima - I visit fairly often and without a doubt everytime I see her she greets me, tells me to take a seat and she will bring my order to me, and is just the loveliest and most welcoming crew member to every customer that comes in the door. Fatima goes above and beyond at her job and she really is a credit to the restaurant.

Staff, especially the younger ones, need to learn how to smile and be friendly to customers - good old customer service. Some improvement in waiting times.
