Had this been my first experience of Subway I would never step foot inside one again. I know Subway can be better, so it was a disappointing visit with small , not overly fresh portions & order difficulties. Removing the (pointless) covid screens may help with the ordering process.

This is the worst subway I have ever visited. Tom who was serving me was arrogant, rude and he had no manner to speak to a customer. When I asked for the price cookies and about cookies deal, he replied look at the price… it’s written here. When I said why you are rude he said go away. Disgusting place. I will not go to this subway again.

Don’t ignore any of the reviews, you’ll see why this place is always empty. Not only is the food subpar compared to other branches but the staff’s attitudes are abysmal and they try to overcharge in any possible way they can. They do not allow you to choose your salad like other branches, will try charge for a bag which should come as standard (takeaway) and the cleaning standards are piss poor. Avoid at all costs,

Where do I start. How can someone screw up making something so simple as a sandwiche! And don't even get me started with the attitude from the staff! Just do all of us a favour and shut it down! Please! I've been to many subways in many different areas of the country and thankfully I've only had the pleasure of going here once, and nothing in my life has made me run faster to the loo until I walked into this subway and bit into what they call food! I had gone in at lunchtime and was expecting it to be busy like many other subways, but I should have taken the red flags into consideration; the empty abiss, the dilapidated so-called vegetable on display with the fridge doors open welcoming the local flys to eat. Then there was the bread I had chosen, for a slight moment thought I was at B&Q buying bricks. Do take anti-diarrhoea tablets if you intend to eat here, and best of luck. P.S. You will find toilets 2 minutes down the road at a McDonald's.

I gave the place my benefit of doubt and returned to get a sub. I was so disappointed. Compared to other subways this is by far the worst. They are so singy on portion size . I asked for a little more cheese was told you pay extra. The filling were mizly. It's awful. Never again. .

Staff were rude and didn’t care, doubt they could understand English even after repeating the same thing multiple times. Got “still water” from the dispensing machine, picture below: looks mank; didn’t drink any. Place wasn’t too clean either. Barely any people walked in at midday, all seemed to know the staff pretty well; they didn’t even buy anything… After watching them make the subs, I was scared to even take a bite, flies surrounding the counter and the food while they were making it. Never been so scared to try any food my whole life. Will never go again and no one should either.

Last time I walked in here I walked straight back out as the gentleman serving wiped his nose on his sleeve. I walked past today and saw 2 women serving and thought I'd give it another go. The women were busy so the same guy from before came out from the back and he had an awful attitude. Frankly he was rude. Despite the sub being toasted it was still stone cold. I love a nice sub but this branch is awful. Will not be buying from here again.

Staff very rude, the old guy behind the till seems to be enjoying arguing with customers. Also he does not want to put any salad in the sandwitch, and keeps telling me it costs extra and the sandwitch prices on the menu are prices without the salad? Been in quite a few subways, but this one is the worst. Hope you sack the old guy that makes the sandwitches.

Shocking. The manager told two young boys to “F Off” for putting rubbish into the bin that was from their pockets. They were in the que to order food and the manger went crazy at one of the poor lads. Disgusting. We left having just ordered and won’t ever return. They could serve the best subway in the world, but this behaviour is simply unacceptable.

Worst Experience, don't eat from this store. The franchisee treated my family rudely. Our subs had hardly any ingredients and they have put tables near the counter so you can't see how little ingredients they are putting in the subs. One 6 inch sub had ONLY TWO OLIVES AND TWO CUCUMBERS!!! The cookies we all broken and when we complained, the staff said they don't care if we post negative reviews on social media! No respect for customers. Never spending any money at this store again!!!

The owner was very stingy with the fillings etc. I had to ask him to top up my coffee as he only served half a cup. Then I had to ask for sugar as there was none on display and I only wanted 2 sachets. Same for the milk for my wife's tea. He only put 2 strips of peppers in my roll. I had to ask for more. Only 3 little bits of onion I had to ask for more. I ordered a chicken tikka salad sub and a rotisserie chicken and salad sub. Both were upgraded to the meal deal. Honestly.... I've never really more like Oliver twist. MOOOOORE BOY!? I think we can safely say that although I love subway and eat it regularly. I will never return to this store. They're too tight.

Very bad experience at subway today the staff were very unwelcoming and we felt like hindrance and they wanted us out from the beginning. When we was making are sandwiches the choice of bread was appalling 3 out of the 6 subs and they was dead with no reasons behind it. When checking out we had to pay separately even though we wanted to pay together we also had a voucher that they refused to take because they hadn't seen it before even though we provided proof that it was valid and work in this store. This was appalling service and I hope the service improves for my next visit as this is my local store and the other times I've put this down to being newly opened then busy and now they had no excuses.not a happy customer.

A half-term lunch delivered the perfect opportunity to try a new pizza sub that I keep seeing advertised everywhere - YES! So off we all went to get a subway, actually a joint family guilty pleasure. I'm in first, while the others decide on the various different options...6-inch Spicy Pepperoni Pizza Sub please (had to fight hard against my inner-greed for the 12 inch!)...the pictures advertised looked right up my street. ...and then it all started to go wrong, the older guy serving me was almost reluctant to stop his own eating and serve me. Then he didn't have the 'new' bread I wanted, no probs I'll have a tried and tested one...then he put the pizza sauce on and it was the thinnest spread of sauce ever - didn't even cover 50% of the bread - on to the cheese, if there was 15 strands of grated cheese on the sub I would've been amazed, so sounding almost like Oliver "please sir can I have some more?", I pointed to the picture just above the guy which showed the same sub oozing with cheese and sauce...the very images that prompted the visit! To which he replied "it's just a picture!" - he then put 6 additional strands on the sub and moved on. Meanwhile the rest of the family were being served by a younger lady and were quite clearly getting a better deal. At this point I have made the assumption that he was the franchise owner and her possibly his daughter. Anyway we all prompted for meal deals and paid and sat down to eat. In fairness my sub was pretty tasty, could've done with more sauce and cheese though. Toilets were spotless also. I understand that as franchisee's they work hard to try and maximise the profits, but this is the worst 'cost-cutting' I have ever seen and will turn left out of my road next time and go to the Dartford Branch where things are much less miserly and don't leave me asking "Please Sit can I have some more!"

I have visited this subway twice now and of both occasions was disappointed with salad portions size. Today I ordered a sald asked for double meat when open it diffiently wasn't not double meat although I was charged. When asking for large amount of gherkins he put 4 slices on when asking for more he added too. I think its such a shame there is such an inconsistenty in which subway you go to.

One star is too much as well. Using this subway for over a year now, but new management is completely bad. Charging full money and give very small portion of salads. when you ask to add a proper portion, lady made a silly and angry face. Completely disgusting. I asked to changed the hand gloves as we order vegetarian, but she ignored that. I will rather now go to dartford subway or use McDonald but wont go here back. I live in crayford, work in crayford but this kind of shop ownership has seen no-where. Will most definitely write to subway as well regarding the same. waste of money...

Worst service ever! Order didnt arrive via Uber eats, my details were correct and the driver went to the wrong house. Dealt with by ubereats. I would never order from this subway again. Spoke to a really aggressive and rude man named Raj who refused to give me the managers details. Then claimed to be the manager, Raj is not the manager. Raj is a very rude little man, I was abused by him over the phone. He kept talking over me. Was supposed to be contacted by the owner who has still not done so, shows a complete lack of customer care.

Friendly staff who make the sandwiches well; about the only Subway who ask what cheese you want instead of defaulting to slapping American cheese on. I also find that the staff unlike most other Subway shops speak and understand English perfectly. One of, if not the best Subway in the area. :)
