Subway in Bexley

Got to be the meanest Subway in the country. Half measures on fillings only 2 slices of tomatoes and cucumber Horrible penny pinching owners Don’t bother go to the next town and enjoy a real full subway

I’ve had Subway many times and had a great experience, but this particular Subway, in Crayford, was appalling. The service was terrible, the man who served me was dismissive, didn’t listen to my order (I had to repeat everything multiple times) and made me feel like an inconvenience even though I was the only customer in there. To top it all off coughed all over my food before he wrapped it. The whole place looked disgusting, nothing looked clean. Do not go to this Subway.

Just went into subway for my lunch - there was no customers in there and one member of staff on his mobile phone - seeming to help a friend or relative with directions (she was sitting in the store). The only member of staff in the shop didn’t stop what he was doing a tend to the only customer - he ignored me, continued speaking in his own language on the phone and with the woman in the store. Needless to say, I left.

Worst subway i’ve ever had. Man was rude and had an attitude for no reason. Literally the only person serving in the whole place. Couldn’t understand what he was saying and he got annoyed because of it. Once got the food it was already cold, dry and disgusting. The sauce and cheese was in one part of the sub and the rest was dry. He clearly did not want to serve us.

STAFF WERE SO RUDE. Overcharged my friend and very unwelcoming not helping us at all, told us to just read the sign after we couldn’t see it on there of the prices.

Having seen other reviews about Subway Crayford and Just-eat,I was a bit sceptical but needn’t have been as everything was delivered as ordered. Perfect!

Waited over an hour for an awful lunch. The food order was wrong - mixed up the sandwiches, there were only a few fries that were stone cold, the wrong drinks were delivered that were hot! Spent a lot of money, NEVER again will I order from subway. Delivery guy was friendly though.

Rude rude man. I’ve been here twice and never bought anything as he was sooo rude, he clearly didn’t want to serve me. Would not let me pick my own ingredients and nothing allowed in oven apart from bread?? Reading previous reviews maybe I’ve had a lucky escape. Rude rude rude. Not a good representative of subway. Sack him ASAP

Wrong sub delivered, I got given literally 2 slices of bacon in a 6 inch roll instead of a stacked sub? criss cross fries were soggy not crunchy, churro was okay but not crispy. new foot long cheese melts were good.

Rude staff, prices not visible, the sandwich is made like they are running out of salad...

1 of the sandwiches is completely wrong we ordered steak and they sent chicken.

The rider picked up the food ok and on time but then went to another restaurant to pick up more food and delivered there food first before ours which ment our food was cold. Not good service as the app said that the rider was on the way 10mins later our food turned up. Unhappy customer !!!!!!! We at least expect our food to be hot or at least warm.

The bread and lettuce was stale

Worst Subway in the world, I've eaten Subway in lots of different countries never had a problem with people understanding me I went there with my disabled son. It was laughable. seems the people in this shop. Don't care are arrogant. And just fob you off very, very rude, will not eat there again. Avoid like the plague. Before you catch it.

I am so disappointed with this Crayford subway. The man in the shop was so arrogant and he down not even know what customer service is. I am a frequent customer as well. Me and my son went inside. Shop was silent and this man was sitting and talking over the phone, saw us coming in. He did not acknowledge or asked us to wait. When we questioned he shouted at us saying he is doing something important and we need to wait. Really… I don’t know if he is the owner or working, he needs to take a break.

Excellent service from Mr. Ravi today. Thoroughly appreciate his hospitality and friendly attitude. Will happily return to this charming location.

Sandwiches were cold when arrived, and sandwiches were wrong.

Had this been my first experience of Subway I would never step foot inside one again. I know Subway can be better, so it was a disappointing visit with small , not overly fresh portions & order difficulties. Removing the (pointless) covid screens may help with the ordering process.

The manager who served me was arrogant and rude. Awful.

This is the worst subway I have ever visited. Tom who was serving me was arrogant, rude and he had no manner to speak to a customer. When I asked for the price cookies and about cookies deal, he replied look at the price… it’s written here. When I said why you are rude he said go away. Disgusting place. I will not go to this subway again.

Don’t ignore any of the reviews, you’ll see why this place is always empty. Not only is the food subpar compared to other branches but the staff’s attitudes are abysmal and they try to overcharge in any possible way they can. They do not allow you to choose your salad like other branches, will try charge for a bag which should come as standard (takeaway) and the cleaning standards are piss poor. Avoid at all costs,

Absolute joke of a subway. Worsr one ive ever been to. Can't understand a word the staff is saying. Ordering was stressful. Very expensive then told I can't have salad on my meatball baller. Only peppers. Jokes. I complained and she put some salad on like she was doing me a favour! Don't touch this subway . Waste of time and money. !!!!

Sandwiches seemed like they'd been made and sat for a while as the packaging was wet. And they were very squashed.

Where do I start. How can someone screw up making something so simple as a sandwiche! And don't even get me started with the attitude from the staff! Just do all of us a favour and shut it down! Please! I've been to many subways in many different areas of the country and thankfully I've only had the pleasure of going here once, and nothing in my life has made me run faster to the loo until I walked into this subway and bit into what they call food! I had gone in at lunchtime and was expecting it to be busy like many other subways, but I should have taken the red flags into consideration; the empty abiss, the dilapidated so-called vegetable on display with the fridge doors open welcoming the local flys to eat. Then there was the bread I had chosen, for a slight moment thought I was at B&Q buying bricks. Do take anti-diarrhoea tablets if you intend to eat here, and best of luck. P.S. You will find toilets 2 minutes down the road at a McDonald's.

Bread, not cooked, bread fell apart, all filling came out. New subs and they haven't learned the ingredients 2 main ingredients missing. Wasted money as unable to eat.

Really poor quality for so much money

Worst Subway I have ever visited. Very slow and poor customer service. Very sparse with fillings. They rushed me to place my order and then took a long time to make the food with the customer behind me having to wait and was not happy either.

Poor customer service, rude employee, eye rolling and huffing and puffing because I changed my order slightly. Rude to the next customer. It was not busy to even warrant a stressed out employee, unacceptable! Never experienced this in any other subways. Looks like the guy that served me has left a good review!!

I gave the place my benefit of doubt and returned to get a sub. I was so disappointed. Compared to other subways this is by far the worst. They are so singy on portion size . I asked for a little more cheese was told you pay extra. The filling were mizly. It's awful. Never again. .

The food arrived and it wasn’t toasted and was missing cheese. Very disappointed with this. But the delivery was amazing.

Staff were rude and didn’t care, doubt they could understand English even after repeating the same thing multiple times. Got “still water” from the dispensing machine, picture below: looks mank; didn’t drink any. Place wasn’t too clean either. Barely any people walked in at midday, all seemed to know the staff pretty well; they didn’t even buy anything… After watching them make the subs, I was scared to even take a bite, flies surrounding the counter and the food while they were making it. Never been so scared to try any food my whole life. Will never go again and no one should either.

charged for 1.5lt tango got 500ml, ordered 2 margarita baguette things they come with the paper over the cheese and completely squashed, with no toppings as it was stuck to the paper, absolutely terrible
