This is a worst restaurant ever, the drinks look alright but the tacos begin falling off and other food tastes bad and salty, I don’t recommend and never ever come back again!

Playlist was a 10/10 Felt like I was listening to my on repeat spotify playlist. Person on the till was super sweet (loved all the pin badges on their hat)

Visited Taco Bell last night and didn’t receive our order and paid for it. The order was quite large. The place was busy and clearly understaffed however was very unprofessional. Ordered food on the self service and at least waited an hour. Enquired about our order and it wasn’t even on their system even though we had paid. Attempting to call for refund and no answer after ringing multiple times.

It was all okay But the employee at the checkout, on 08/08/2024 at 19.00, who calls the orders definitely deserves a raise!!

sorry to write this, but: - had to wait 10 minutes for small fries, during what was the definition of not-busy time - someone was constantly trying to sweep the already-clean floor around me, making me feel like I should step aside - the printers in self-checkout kiosks never work there, which makes me feel they're either trying to save paper, or they just can't be bothered to change it in mcdonald's across the street I would get the small fries in an instant, busy or not

Food was lovely. First time in Taco Bell.

Being an American and moving to Newcastle this was a dream lol. My only complaint is no taco bell sauce which was smart bc I would have had a purse full 🤣. Food was wonderful, employees were kind, it was clean and my british husband now loves taco bell!

The worst food I have ever bought in my life. I bought a meal for 20 pounds. They sent me the food cold, and there was almost no meat in the sandwich. They sent me the sandwich empty inside. They stole my money. 💔🤬

I have placed an order on the 30-06-2024 and when it got delivered to us it was absolutely shocking I would not recommend it to anyone there was not beef or chicken in the burritos and you could tell that they wasn’t bothered about presentation. I would love for a refund so if someone could get back in touch with me that would be great.

The self service machines need to be scrapped because they are not printing any receipts at all. Another thing is that they should allow people to use cash as well as card.

This was a first visit to taco bell. The food was priced against MC Donald well. The quality of ingredients was okay however there was no salad or lettuce etc in anything we purchased making the food heavy and stodgy. Quality was okay Quantity was okay Price was okay. Needs salad in the wraps.

Enjoyed the first and second visit, food is priced cheaper than the Maccys opposite the road! It's even tastier as order up a burrito, nachos didn't have much crunch yet the meat and sauces... All complimented each other - 5 stars Definitely be going gere more often than Mac D's for food. Prices are much cheaper and the food compliments the cravings quite a bit.

Ordered from Uber Eats. Took 2 hours to arrive. Food bag was not sealed shut, food was very cold. I also received the wrong burrito. Usually order from here a lot and never had an issue but tonight was bad. Was on the way to walk to the restaurant to pick it up myself when the driver rang me and was very rude.

Food was nice but took over half an hour to come, staff were miserable and the toilets were absolutely vile. Visited again 2 days later at opening time and the toilets hadn’t been cleaned from 2 nights earlier, no soap in the dispensers or toilet roll. Absolutely vile

As a very VERY regular customer (I’m kinda fat lowkey)’ i’m extremely disappointed by the fat worker on the tills today. Before ordering my ‘Fill it up’ meal, I asked to switch the taco to a hard crunchy leng taco as I have gluten intolerance and this snakey lady said she would switch it for me. I proceeded to wait 25 minutes for my food, (legit 2 tacos, some stale nachos and a drink), whilst watching the large sized man throw away someone’s full meal. When I eventually got my meal, after aging 2 years because of the premature stress of being hangry, I received a soft taco which i COULD NOT EAT. I went to go switch it, but I was told no? After i already was told i could. Waste of money mate. ON TOP OF THIS… My food was cold as skibidi. I am big boned so I go to taco bell a lot, and this has been my worst experience so far. Do better as at least half my paychecks go towards taco bell.

Honestly don’t know why I even wasted my time and money, since it’s pay day this weekend I thought I would treat myself to cheese fries on my way home from a 13hr shift. 30 minutes later got my fries which were ice cold and had sour cream all over when I edited my order to not have that. Further more the workers were stood laughing and carrying on with each other instead of doing orders. People were walking out after paying as it took so long and I shouldn’t have spent my money or time there (learnt my lesson)

Regular Taco Bell. It can't be helped, but because the prices are high and there are no special services, satisfaction inevitably goes down. Maybe I'm just too used to Japan's cheap, good service, and delicious food...

Nice food . Filthy place mess everywhere.

I had a small complaint about my meal which I politely pointed out- I cannot recall a time where I have been treated with as much disdain from a member of staff. I work in customer service myself, so I empathise that it can be tough, however that does not excuse speaking to people like they're dirt. I was given filthy looks throughout my meal, completely hostile environment so didn't stay very long.

Decently quick service and solid comfort food, although my quesadilla wasn't cut all the way through so had to resort to tearing.

Food's fine. But recently went back to find they no longer accept cash and any business that doesn't accept cash doesn't receive MY business any longer.

Best one yet. Food was amazing. Very clean and tidy. Staff were polite and friendly. Definitely will be going back.

Kinda sad to be writing this tbh as my previous review a few years ago was 5⭐️. I usually love Taco Bell. My partner and I visited recently and we waited 45 minutes for our food. There seems to be a huge focus and priority on delivery orders instead of in store orders - the customers who are standing there in the shop. We were very disappointed as we noticed that they’d finished our order (I could tell by the exact items on the tray) but they just left it to sit on a bench for 20 minutes before eventually calling our our number. Our food was freezing. All of my recent visits have been like this as of late unfortunately :(. I’d there a staffing issue? Why aren’t they employing more employees? It seemed empty, there was food all over the floor and tables too.

Fast, tasty enough - quite wrap heavy

Came in on a Thursday night. Google indicates that it wasn’t busy at all. Capacity is roughly around 25% occupied. Order a Volcano Burrito meal and it took 15mins for an order. I thought this supposed to be a fast food restaurant ?

I do enjoy a good beefy melt griller! But the premises is not my favourite out of all the fast food places I've visited in my time. The seats are not particularly comfortable and the tables & floors seem to be in need of cleaning more frequently that not. But I've never had a notably bad experience with the food here, so I guess it's not a focal point of the experience. There's only so much you can expect from a fast food restaurant.

Just… so slow??! The workers look so confused when there are more than a few orders in the works. How do they not prepare for large events in the city??? A huge gig just down the road but 3 members of staff who look like they’re moving at a sloth’s pace. It’s bizarre. We’ve been here for over half an hour and they’re 15 orders away from mine - announcing one order every 5 minutes or so. Very strange, would avoid if something interesting is happening in Newcastle 😨

Went there a few nights ago with my partner. Food was ok for me, however, my partner had tacos and she's been puking her guts up since we got home. Definitely never going back there again and I would recommend you do the same.

Lovely change to the old routine.

Used to love this place but TWICE I’ve been ill from the food here. It is now Sunday and have had diarrhoea since Friday night. When I got my food there was hardly any meat in the crunch wrap I thought they were rationing, good job cos they probably would’ve killed me. Should rename this place Taco Bellends

Great food, loved the Volcano Burrito, no where near as spicy as it sounds but still tastes delicious. Bit of a wait for food especially during busy times but that's due to everything being made fresh (maybe not the churros - bit too chewy). Fries were great, nice coating of their own seasoning and their sauce packets were really good. Very well priced! 👏 Can fill up here for half the price of McDonalds! Loved the food and price but the decor and atmosphere is a little lacking, could maybe do with some music and a separate waiting area for all the Deliveroo people.

Food was brilliant, however, when taking an order the staff should be more polite and not be huffing when taking the order. The team leader Vicky was on the till yesterday when I put 2 orders in and she made it seem like it was such a big issue that we were ordering. Therefore customer service could have been better for 5*

I ordered a plant based Crunchwrap with an upgrade for churos for some kids and this was not in the order. I have been ringing them they don’t answer. The driver can’t do anything and when I got through to them they were awful. They said they won’t let me reorder this for free considering I have already paid for this with the delivery fee waived. Absolutely pathetic. They said they can’t hear me several times when they have stupid music blasting in the back. Pathetic service. Never again.

Every time we go to Newcastle it's taco bells " used to be McDonald's over the road but it's now taco bells . for one adult one child I spent £19 and we came out with full bellies and that was including the coke 2 box meals and one panini so just as cheap as McDonald's over the road

I've been to taco bell a few times and can say that every time I have had a decent experience. Without a doubt the food is the main high of the place. From what I've had I can thoroughly recommend ordering from here. The meat is well seasoned and the tacos/burritos come with plenty of filling so I can comfortably say it is good value for money. The seasoned fries were also very well done with the flavouring being one of the best I've had from a fast food place. The wait for the food, if busy, can be a bit of an issue but at most 15-20 minutes is the most I've had to wait personally. The staff have, for the most part, been positive as well. I have had some staff be very friendly and some be just ok. However, I haven't had any negative experiences with the staff as my orders have always been completed with no missing items and quick enough to where I have no complaints about staff effectiveness. The main problem comes in the form of the building itself as it is very poorly lit making it seem like it is closed from the outside. The tables are clean but the chairs are quite uncomfortable at times with them being metal and wood as opposed to a more cusioned variant. Though this isn't too much of an issue if you aren't sitting there for long. Some of the tables even have outlets to plug devices into if the need arises. Overall, despite the flaws with the building itself, I can recommend this place to anyone looking for food in the area. Even over the Mcdonalds which is across from it as often the food and wait times outrank it.

Unfortunately Taco Bell is one of the worst offenders in the corporate "let's see who can up their prices the most and blame it on the cost of living crisis" game. Good food, used to be good prices, now they're too much for fast food

Disappointing visit. Ordered veggie nachos grande, fries, and churros. Grande came without guacamole. Churros came with order when I told the server I wanted them later. Cold churros is never good. Tables were not cleared or cleaned either. Bins were full. Need I say more?

Amount of meat in my taco was 1/2 of what it should of been! Scandalous! I could barely taste the meat at all. I came here especially and you’ve ruined a long time customer of Taco Bell. I won’t be back. Rethink your quantity control here!

Got a chicken burrito and my grandad had a nacho beef burrito with chips... and they were AMAZING especially for the price. My grandad doesn't typically enjoy international food but he LOVED the burrito. Was walking to the station eating it throughout the whole time saying how good it was, and I definitely agree. Only real issue I had was the chairs there, they felt like cast iron and weren't that comfortable, but extremely heavy to lift and pull out from the table.

Food was good, as it always is. We were waiting for a while at the counter for staff to serve us even though they could see we were there and kept avoiding us it seemed. Restaurant needed a clean on every table which was covered in food. Will most likely just order out rather than in the restaurant.

Went through the drive through spent £25 on my meal, there was the wrong meat in my 4 tacos which was beef. Which wasn’t what I asked for, the food for my partner was correct however it had a long black hair inside one of her tacos. Tried calling up to get it solved but no answer after 4 calls. £25 wasted won’t be coming back.
