Taco Bell in Newcastle upon Tyne

Went into here today (4th November 2024) and ordered some food but soon as I saw the cashless sign said no to the person behind the till and walked out and went to McDonald's instead. Absolute disgrace!

I love the food, esp Vs price etc. But the last 5 orders I've made through Uber have consecutively had MULTIPLE items missing. I've reported this so many times I'm fearing I'm going to get banned from Uber eats because it's actually a joke at this point that they never get the order right. Just please check and double check the order tickets before you send. You can have all of my hard earned money I just want the items I've paid for man.

Great fries. Pity the staff were entirely clueless.

Never got burritos disappointing after paying 30 quid

Food was stone cold when arrived, and order time kept changing and jumping around continuously.

Order placed at 4.30, it then didn’t arrive till 6.15 after originally giving me an estimated time of 5.10-5.30

4 missing items in order, very disappointing and no way to get the food delivered only a refund available - not helpful as people left without their meals.

Didn’t know there was a bunch of r-tards as thick as McDonald’s staff to be let loose to deal with the public but here we are

food was stone cold and very unhappy chips where stale i would consider compensation i forgot to order cheese sauce i then rang up to see if there was any way i could add it on the staff said they where going to ask management they then ended the phone on me. I then had to ring back i was then told it wasn’t possible .

Payed 34.67 too not even receive any of the food we like, got some random order, will not be back absolute joke!

Ordered 2 meals only received one drink.

Food was delivered 1 hour 30 after it was ordered, it arrived cold with stale chips, the delivery time was constantly increased as we waited to be disappointed with the food once it eventually reached us.

It says delivered but I haven’t got it?

order was confirmed at 12:38 and was not assigned a driver until 15:14

Ordered a meal for for 2 picked nachos (two) got none! Got extra dessert cinnamon twists (chips would’ve been preferred if you don’t have nachos) only one taco arrived should’ve been two! Burrito was tiny and asked for guacamole (paid extra) didn’t get it! Never been so disappointed! The driver had said he’d just got a £40 fine for being parked outside waiting and told us the service was awful… He wasn’t wrong! I hope your refunding him the £40

The food is always good. Love a volcano burrito. Normally served fairly fast. No not drink choices however.

The lady at the ordering counter didn’t give us good service, I was there with my family and she gave us disgusted looks. The bin was full and we couldn’t fit any of our rubbish and she called us lazy. Please do something about this.

every single item was freezing cold, missing chips aswell, shouldn't have to order food and then heat it up your self at home makes no sense

This is a worst restaurant ever, the drinks look alright but the tacos begin falling off and other food tastes bad and salty, I don’t recommend and never ever come back again!

Food says delivered! Did not arrive, driver was parked in street according to app for over 5 mins then it came up delivered, i have nothing, what happened to them having to take a code to stop this happening!!

Playlist was a 10/10 Felt like I was listening to my on repeat spotify playlist. Person on the till was super sweet (loved all the pin badges on their hat)

Order time kept getting pushed back and when it arrived it was cold. We had no Crunchwrap supreme - no one to get in touch with about this so now my girlfriend just doesn’t have a meal. Also £4.75 delivery/service charge to order another Crunchwrap even though it was their mistake???

1st time trying, won't be back again. Burritos are very small, missing seasoned fries and churros weren't very nice either. Asked for no lettuce one taco and it still had lettuce on

I stated I wanted no tomatoes but found a bit of tomato in my food when I’m allergic, I asked for 2 pots of cali ranch sauce only got one I would like an refund as I couldn’t eat my food due to there being something I was clearly allergic to in my food

Burrito was lacking in filling (nowhere near as full as the example picture). Chicken trendies are okay. Rice was also okay but I'd recommend some kind of sauce. The cheesy fries are also alright. Value for money? Go to a chippy instead.

2hrs and 25minutes from ordering to delivering. Food was cold and inedible. Taco was soggy. Attempted to cancel several times with no avail. Rang restaurant and it rang out. Very poor service and food.

Just a gimmick now, they actually did used to try when they first arrived. Don't bother now though.

Visited Taco Bell last night and didn’t receive our order and paid for it. The order was quite large. The place was busy and clearly understaffed however was very unprofessional. Ordered food on the self service and at least waited an hour. Enquired about our order and it wasn’t even on their system even though we had paid. Attempting to call for refund and no answer after ringing multiple times.

1st time ever and WOW did not dissapoint! Food was delicious, delivery was super fast and driver very polite! Great job Taco Bell thank you!

Food arrived at room temperature, chicken taco was awful, the new burrito (chipotle chicken) was mid. Churros were excellent with the caramel sauce.

Food was beautiful however the state they just got throwed into the bag

sorry to write this, but: - had to wait 10 minutes for small fries, during what was the definition of not-busy time - someone was constantly trying to sweep the already-clean floor around me, making me feel like I should step aside - the printers in self-checkout kiosks never work there, which makes me feel they're either trying to save paper, or they just can't be bothered to change it in mcdonald's across the street I would get the small fries in an instant, busy or not

Food missing items AGAIN from Meal Deal

The food tasted horrible, I threw away half of my meal. The tacos were disgusting and the burrito wasn't a burrito it was a wrap. The best part of my food was the drink which wasn't even created by them. The nachos were alright but they didn't really taste nice. I still can't get my mind off the tacos. I thought they would taste nice. Absolutely disgusting. Never ordering from this place again unless I want a drink.

Being an American and moving to Newcastle this was a dream lol. My only complaint is no taco bell sauce which was smart bc I would have had a purse full 🤣. Food was wonderful, employees were kind, it was clean and my british husband now loves taco bell!

I have placed an order on the 30-06-2024 and when it got delivered to us it was absolutely shocking I would not recommend it to anyone there was not beef or chicken in the burritos and you could tell that they wasn’t bothered about presentation. I would love for a refund so if someone could get back in touch with me that would be great.

I still do not have my order I ordered this at 10:34 and I still do not have my order and it is now 12:44am. I love the food from here it is my favourite place to eat at but waiting for my food for this long is not worth it. My order now says it is delivered and I still do not have my food

The worst food I have ever bought in my life. I bought a meal for 20 pounds. They sent me the food cold, and there was almost no meat in the sandwich. They sent me the sandwich empty inside. They stole my money. 💔🤬

The crunchy taco would have been better if it was warmer and twice the size. Literally, just twice the size and would have been perfect. The churros, cold. But the caramel sauce was nice. Cinnamon twist, awful. Taste like how I'd think bleach would taste. Wasnt a fan. Nice ideas, however I think I'd give this place a miss next time I order.

The self service machines need to be scrapped because they are not printing any receipts at all. Another thing is that they should allow people to use cash as well as card.

This was a first visit to taco bell. The food was priced against MC Donald well. The quality of ingredients was okay however there was no salad or lettuce etc in anything we purchased making the food heavy and stodgy. Quality was okay Quantity was okay Price was okay. Needs salad in the wraps.

Enjoyed the first and second visit, food is priced cheaper than the Maccys opposite the road! It's even tastier as order up a burrito, nachos didn't have much crunch yet the meat and sauces... All complimented each other - 5 stars Definitely be going gere more often than Mac D's for food. Prices are much cheaper and the food compliments the cravings quite a bit.
