Taco Bell in Guildford

If I could give it no stars I would, took 20+ minutes for me to get my food, whilst waiting I witnessed staff arguments, poor hygiene, management and training, when I got my food I was missing my cup for my fountain drink that came with my meal, I then got back to my car, to find cheese sauce all over everything I’d ordered. I went back in to ask if they could remake it and Ofcourse they ask for a receipt, but you’d never guess what!!! The self service machine didn’t have any paper. Honestly the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. The staff were also extremely rude when I asked for this situation to be resolved, they refused and was looking directly at me whilst speaking in a foreign language and hardly spoke to me, no apology and then continued to berate the only good colleague in the establishment. Highly regret going, I love Taco Bell but that was awful.

I recently stopped by Taco Bell and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The staff greeted me with a smile and efficiently took my order. The food was great and restaurant was clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend Taco Bell.

burritos amazing as ever. cheesy chips not really made for delivery and were soggy

Food served felt like it came from a corner shop and was not fresh. Very disappointed with taste from such a well known brand. Also had vomiting couple of hours later which is most likely due to the food which tasted like it was from last week. Nothing against the staff, it’s more to do with the brand. but might just never go taco bell again. Fries were nice though.

Taco Bell Camberley always offers good quality food and fast service times. Do check your order, especially when ordering for more than one person. I have had a couple of occasions where item have been left off.

First ever Taco Bell. Very nice and lots of good flavours. Good value for money and the guacamole tasted very fresh.

A great place to have a bite to eat and have a break. The food and drinks are great, service is excellent and the place is neat and tidy.

Avoid this place. There is a reason it is always empty. I have nothing but problems with the Guildford branch. Food is just about edible but sometimes hardly any fillings, better value/quality to get a burrito from one of the other Mexican places. Deliveroo orders are hit and miss, food is cold and missing items. I found bits of ground beef in a so called vegetarian burrito in store so food hygiene is lacking and is unacceptable. On a couple of occasions loyalty points have not been added and head office are useless at trying to help. The point of sales terminal to order food is not fit for purpose, slow, clunky and took payment from my bank multiple times but voided the orders out of their system so I had to leave without food. Staff mocked me for not being able to order and would not come from behind the counter to help to see that it was the terminal that was faulty. Staff then tried to charge me for "free" items so I gave up. Head Office customer services are not fit for purpose. They refused to refund me when I was charged twice for food I did not receive and they then wanted me to incur additional costs if I wanted a refund. Look at reviews on Trust Pilot, it is a common problem with Taco Bell. Avoid.

My son loved that they had Robinsons apple and blackcurrant juice as one of the drink options.

I just called over the phone to make a delivery instead of telling me where I can order from he hung up 2 times in my face and the third time he told me I can’t order , such a bad service , which reflects badly on Taco Bell. Such a shame.

First time trying a Taco Bell. Certainly different, will definitely be trying the other menu items. Filling and tasty.

Constantly turning off deliveroo orders even on a non busy day is a bit of a disgrace tbh. Not just once or twice, constantly. MANAGMENT Please get this sorted out otherwise I would need to turn to the head office due to lack of supply for demand. Thank you

With tacos, they need to be fresh (especially the hard shell options). Great food and great value, but need to be eaten within a few minutes of preparation or the hard shell options will fall apart. As long as you remember that, this is a great value for money, tasty and relatively healthy fast food option!

Really fast delivery. Was a little cold when it got to me but was still warm enough to eat. Was on time for the delivery and wait time. And would definitely order it again was my first time having TacoBell and would 10/10 recommend

My order was never delivered to me even though the driver clicked delivered , I called Taco Bell and they confirmed my order was sitting in front of them and had not been picked up by the driver . I reported this on the day and as of yet still have had no response from you . I would like the £14.44 refunded to my bank account please and not a credit on my just eat account . I ordered around 19:15 and I only just got my order and it’s 20:30. The delivery time kept changing. I don’t blame the driver he was fast but the time it took to prepare was absolutely ridiculous. I hope I will get some sort of compensation for this as I had to order food elsewhere and now I have no need for this Taco Bell.

Second time an item is missing, please make sure you have trusted delivery people , that's just unacceptable!!!!!

Despite ordering the food yesterday, to be due for 13:05, it was dispatched at 12:59 and the food didn't arrive until almost an hour later; to then which it was cold.

My food was really cold chips wer very dry and send and extra portion of chips instead of nachos hardly any filling in my tacos very dissatisfied

The crunch wrap was good but the nachos were way too over seasoned with salt and the cinamon twists which I absolutely love in other Taco Bells tasted really bad. They tasted like they were cooked in engine oil, it made my mouth feel like a grocery bag absolutely horrible

Food was delivered over an hour after ordering even though restaurant is 10km minutes from me. Would’ve collected myself but called and they told me they are closing. Food was slivered stone cold and tasted extremely poor. Never ordering from this place again. When calling on the phone to get an update the employees were very unhelpful and didn’t have a clue.

Bought 1 burito. It was too small, and poor quality. The price was quite low, but not low enough to justify how bad it was.

I love taco bell 😍 I got a chicken wrap with fries 🍟 and a drink. I recommend to greet large portion. The staff is friendly they cleaned my table. Also I want to point out that it is delicious and that if you come to eat you will leave with a smile on your face and you will be full for the rest of the day.WELL DONE 🔥🤩😍!!!!

Missing items yet again and food is cold

Good service but not happy with a dirty table. Dirt was dry and that means that was there for a long time.

The food is always tasty but more often than not I receive the wrong order or something is missing. Also it tends to be on the cooler side, even if being eaten in, rather than takeaway. I don’t know why, but it consistently happens, which is a real shame because the food itself has a pretty nice flavour.

Absolutely divine food and reasonably priced! The chips smothered in nacho cheese sauce, mince meat and sour cream are to die for! Absolutely obliterated everything that was delivered! Keep up the great work guys!

The crunch wrap and the fries were fine, however the cinnamon twists were inedible. It had an AWFUL bitter taste also it was awfully oily, went into the garbage can. :(

We did not receive some items from our order

This branch keeps missing items. Today they missed a large fries and gave me the wrong drink. Last time the missed out the burrito in a burrito meal.

Mostly tasty food for a decent price. Although felt the ‘large’ fries were more the size of a small or medium portion. Dip pots could be bigger in size. Food unfortunately wasn’t that hot as driver couldn’t find our address and we had to walk 5 minutes in pouring rain to collect from him.

The burritos were very good but maybe small. Delivery was very fast.
