Cool looking place, but slow service and awful food. Like actually trash, completely different to how it is in the USA, Mexican food is hard to get wrong and theyve managed it.

I wanted to try the burritos, tacos and tenders. I liked all three.

First time eating at Taco Bell and glad we chose a quieter time to peruse the menu in a bit more detail and turnaround of order was quick less than 5 minutes. Little bit more pricey than Mac Donald’s but feels like I’m eating healthier, mince not greasy, loads of salad reminded me of what I make at home. The mince portion could be a little larger, had to keep ordering seconds as 1 I loved the flavours but 2 i wasn’t full up at all. The server left a couple of bags of fries off the order but this was soon rectified with the receipt. The fries were lovely nice and soft inside crispy on the outside and well seasoned not greasy. The restaurant seemed clean enough, but as before it was super early so not busy enough to get messy. I would try other branches to compare definite my new fast food.

It was really quiet when we went in and staff were just stood around on phones whilst the seating area was very dirty, food all over the floor and tables dirty, lots of flies around the entrance and seating area

Definitely the best fast food restaurant in Cheltenham! The quantity and quality of the food relative to price is excellent. My go-to is the crunchywrap supreme although the quesadillas are also good. For those on a budget, I'd recommend the £1.99 wraps!

Ordered through deliveroo. The order arrived, but was mostly all wrong and different to what I had ordered, the food that had arrived was stone cold. I tried calling and calling to complain but no answer and no other way of getting in touch.

I ordered my food at 6:30 and was told it would be here by 7:00. It’s now 8:30 and I’ve heard nothing, I’ve not been contacted and they aren’t answering the phone. I only ordered two items as well. Will never be ordering from here again. Awful service.

If I could provide a 0 start view I would due to the fact that online it says they are open till 11pm but to my disappointment after walking to the place I could turned away at the door by a rude employee tonight although they were still doing deliveries. In extremely disappointed and I can understand opening hours may change but this needs to be updated online if that is the case and as for the rude employee working tonight I’m not impressed as this is very different from the good experience that I normally have here. Safe to say I have been let down by Taco Bell. 😡

Food fantastic service not going at all

For a restaurant that was dead when we went in I can’t believe they managed to miss out 2 items. Was given the order. One drink was Mountain Dew, which was in a bottle. Wasn’t given to me so asked where it was. I was told it was in the bag, it wasn’t so had to go back to the counter to say it wasn’t. Person behind didn’t listen and just nodded to say yes. I had to explain twice the bottle was missing. Finally got it. Walked to the car to find the chips for one meal were missing. I only ordered 2 meals and an extra chips. How can that be missed? To top it off, food was cold! Not a good first visit.

I ordered a volcano box and some other foods from here. It was delivered to me on time.. The food was very tasty and cooked to order. Along with this, they had sent me several sources of various types. Their service is really excellent. But I had to think twice before placing this order. The reason for that was because there were some bad comments. But because of my desire to eat Taco, I placed the order. Everything is fantastic🌮🌮🌮

Service and cleanliness are fine, the problem is the food; fake American cheese, movie theatre seasoning, weirdly mild for supposed Mexican food. There's no way to make items spicier, other than ordering jalapeños separately on the side or asking for more little sachets of spicy ketchup stuff. A squeeze of real lime and proper chili sauce and it'd be so easy.

The delivery was 20 minutes late, all the food was cold. Chips were very cold. The churros tasted like cardboard, clearly stale. No cinnamon sugar on top. Only good thing was that the drinks were cold. Overly priced.

I ordered for a delivery and the large fries were missing! There was nothing I could do as it seems impossible to find a phone number for them! Very dissapointed, let down and out of pocket! I will not order from here again 😡😡😡

The taco bell said that It was open 2am on a saturday, but was closed at 11pm?? I have travelled 30 minutes by car to get some food but the doors were locked. The times on the website lied and could not find phone number to call them.

I had just eaten here, and the food was OK, nothing special; however, when I went to the toilet, it was disgusting: faeces under and on the seat, a dirty toilet pan, a grubby room, and a dirty floor. If I had seen this before I had eaten, I certainly would not have eaten here, If you can't keep your toilets clean, I dread to think about your kitchen. 🤢🤮 disgusting; please don't eat here unless hygiene doesn't bother you; I feel sick thinking I've eaten here. Taco, sort this out, as I'm sure the health inspector will !!!!!!!

It was very good experience after long time and the manager and his team were very warming and friendly. I like to place to busy over the sometimes more now. Thank to the manager Rushal and his team.

Incredibly friendly staff. Excellent service. Actually had a lovely chat with the staff since it was quiet. You don't get this kind of service and friendly atmosphere in the Taco Bells back in the United States. I will definitely be eating here again!

So poor, sorry guys but this was terrible! The self service machines didn’t work; then after eventually ordering the chips came out freezing cold. Followed by some luke warm stale churros… had obviously been sat around a while. Sorry guys but this just was not good enough, won’t be returning.

Update: Just wanted to say Taco Bell has officially ruined KFC for me. Ordered the naked chicken taco at midnight after a long and stressful day. WOW absolutely the best chicken sandwich I have eaten. Absolutely clears KFC double down and the McDonald's saver menu chicken and bacon burger. It was so juicy and got it with spicy wild sauce dripping everywhere but I was not complaining. It was just so good and the quality was just as good as if I ordered mid day. Don't know how busy they were as it was a Friday night but it was really well done. Extremely impressed with Taco Bell. I also didn't realise that they close at 2am on Friday and Saturday which we found quite shocking but I think that the staff deserve a raise as this is the 3rd time that they have been fantastic and especially pulled through at such a late time. Don't normally write reviews but this was amazing. Keep doing what you are doing! I am 20 but didn't get free food for my GCSE results but I think the food alone is worth paying for!

This store is a find! Not only is the food competitively priced, but the food taste is simply amazing. Fresh lettuce and tomatoes and the burritos and tacos 🌮 are simply the best we’ve had. Service was also quick and efficient. Tables were clean and so too the toilets. An example of fast food at its best! ❤️❤️❤️😘😘😘

We had an amazing lunch at Taco Bell on Thursday afternoon. The two staff on duty were very friendly, especially this one employee that was in charge of calling out order numbers. We sat down and after a while he checked up on us to see if everything was ok and that really touched us as we have never experienced this kind of touch and service from any other fast food restaurants ! Really well done to those two young men that were on that shift! We will be back again for your warm hospitality and nice food !

Chalk and cheese from the first time I went there to today. The manager working there now is incredible, super friendly helpful . The store is spotless and the atmosphere is really good. 10/10

Ordered 2 Taco Supreme Meals, they tasted very pleasant. However, only 1 of the 2 ordering screens was available. The toilets aren't a clean place, but then everywhere else was very clean.

Granted I mostly use just eat to order from this restaurant however, 95% of the time they miss items from said orders when it is clearly written on their systems, I'm not sure how it is possible for people to not be able to read three lines of text and make sure they all go in the bag. My just eat delivery driver even just said "he had many orders yesterday and lots of forgotten drinks" there's no way to contact the restaurant so I have to deal with trying to get through to just eat customer service instead, which is just as bad. I will admit the food is always decent when it actually does turn up but it defeats the object if half of it is missing the majority of the time.

I did order for my kid and me long waiting almost 30 to 45 mins and then when i asked for the food so the guy who got tatto and had an green eyes who was so disrespectful and rude not just to me even with the delievery drivers as well not going to this place just coz of this guy i forgot to take photo or make a video from that guy and i already pass the complain to the cheltenham council .

In my opinion a bit underrated place. I have order a meal that included a taco, chicken bites, chips, drink and some sweet things (I didn't remember the name of them, but they were served with caramel). For some people the food is not that good quality, however, it's the cheapest one I ever had! That's a huge benefit as you pay not much for having plenty of filling and decent fast food! Ideal option for economical but acceptable option to choose. That makes me attend this place oftentimes. Of course, because of the cheap food you don't really expect brilliant service and atmosphere inside, though, it still has a decent one. The only highly noticeable drawback is that the rooms are usually very messy and not cleaned at all that sometimes is inconvenient as you attempt to find a clear table to enjoy your food. Liked the way you are free to take as much sauce as you want from the service table as well as napkins without interaction with staff.

I will admit I love KFC, McDonald's, Burger King, Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, Dominoes. (KFC being my favourite.) I have however, never tasted anything quite like Taco Bell. The flavours are amazing in the tacos and burritos. The churros seemed to have changed recipe as they taste like perfume (which I quite like reminds me of Turkish Delight if you don't dip in the Taco Bell caramel sauce.) Really nice food second time I have tried never let me down. 10/10 would eat again :)

Restaurant and toilets are filthy. Staff are just standing around. (To be fair the restaurant is short staffed). We had to get the spray and clean the tables ourselves. Not a great experience.

Mine and my little girls first ever experience dining in a Taco Bell. Great service, friendly helpful staff when not having any idea on what to order for us. Went above and beyond to help. Very clean restaurant, felt relaxed and we really enjoyed our meal. Will definitely be paying another visit. Thank you for making my first experience a positive one

They really accommodated my dodgy food choices leaving out stuff that affects my IBS, also being vegan which is a real challenge and barrier for eating out. I usually feel trapped worrying about what to eat that may affect my stomach and they put in different things and made a scrumptious burrito for me. One of our group was a Taco Bell virgin and they are definitely going to come again.

Delicious food and absolutely amazing service from the GM! Sorted out a special food request for us and even carried my food upstairs for me as I had shopping to carry. Makes a huge change from the normal indifferent service in most places! Highly recommended.

I attended the Cheltenham Taco Bell branch with my family and was met, as per usual, with great food, speedy, efficient service and kind staff. The branch was clean, accessible and decorated well. The price point was great, you are able to get more food for the price than McDonald’s! Not only that, but the taste is impressive and amazing. I will continue to be a regular customer! Many thanks to the staff at Taco Bell Cheltenham for their service, I recommend for you to visit this Taco Bell!

Slowest Tacobell in the world. My Nan could make burritos quicker. Guy was sat on tinder in kitchen rather than making food. He had like 10 orders to do but he had his priorities.

45 minute wait for order as only 2.5 staff more concerned about deliveries than serving in-store customers. Food was Luke warm from where it was prepared and left standing for 20 minutes.

What an amazing experience, i went in to grab a meal and was kindly greeted by a worker by the name of Iman, he was very friendly and made sure my food was well put together and even went out of his way to ask us if our food is ok and i was satisfied . Iman treated us amazing! He deserves a raise for sure :)

Popped in today for a quick bite to eat . Very impressed with the food . Even more impressed with the service . The man serving us was chatty , very helpful and kind . I think he was Spanish but just wanted to say what excellent service and it made my day . Definitely recommend.

Food was ok but the wait for it was 45 minutes for a "quick" takeaway! Shocking honestly the staff were not particularly bothered and going in reverse.

I had taco bell today.. tried something new.. Sam made me a personalised crunch wrap. Said if I don't enjoy everything it's free of charge.. I did enjoy the wrap l, just not one of the ingredients in it.. Sam kindly gave me my meal free of charge and stuck to his word.. however food was great and I was happy to pay full price 😋

My 1st time in a taco bell. Loved it

Shambles!!! Used uber eats, half order was missing. Ordered 2 bottles of pop, got one can. Ordered chips got none. Should of read the reviews on here 1st before ordering. For a £25.00 Order of food I got about £15.00 - and that was a rip off for what I got. I asked the delivery driver where was the rest, he told me that's all he was given and that the restaurant is under staffed.....??? Won't be ordering from here again

Really poor experience. Forgot to include the drinks and fries in the order, the churos were stale and hard the tacos had very little filling except for lettuce,the burrito was passable. The person serving refused to take my rewards voucher saying I had to use the ap to order it despite the voucher saying show this to the cashier to redeem. No apologies for the terrible service. Very unlikely I will return

We tired this place yesterday 14/01/23 As my daughter was so excited to try this place I treated her to a surprise visit. We arrived first impression was oh dear! It was so dirty messy and all the tables was full of people’s empty food containers and food splattered on the tables we went upstairs to the toilets opened the door one of the toilets I wasn’t going in at all was disgusting toilet completely disgusting needed cleaning toilet paper all over the floors in both toilets tap constantly running I didn’t even sit on the toilet it was that disgusting. The tables agin upstairs was full of food containers and mess everywhere the floor was covered in dropped food awful. All the bins where over flowing with food waste. We proceeded to make an order as we had traveled 30 minutes to come here. The self service machine didn’t print out my order or ticket so I had to explain this to the cashier. I did tell him about the place desperately needed cleaning and it wasn’t good. He did get a member of staff to proceed and clean up he did tidy the tables no wiping or sweeping up the food mess just bagged up the rubbish so it was still looking dirty. We sat down I had to remove the food rubbish left by previous people and I wiped the table myself. It’s a shame as the food we had was actually really good tacos tasty burrito spicy but tasty so that’s a plus side. I think they need to employ a cleaner to keep on top of the restaurant at all times that would make this place so much nicer to visit. I would have marked this place higher as we enjoyed our food but the low marking was down to the cleanliness of the restaurant. Fast food place or not cleanliness is very important.

Absolutely love taco bell since trying it it the 90s! Burrito here was superb, the fast food restaurant is just not kept clean enough inside.

The food was just so bland and had no taste with not very atmospheric music Overall it was a waste of money and the best tasting meal they had was a cheese roll up. I'm never going again. 3 of the 4 ordering machines don't even work plus broken menu screens. So I couldn't even see the full menu and had to ask the staff who then took 10 mins to get my food when there were only 2 orders being prepared.

Honest avoid at all costs. Waiting an hour and a half for a meal for half not too turn up and the other half to be stone cold. Ended up going to a burger van where it was much nicer.

Two members of staff working, had to wait 30 minutes to get a taco, people sat at tables eating McDonald’s and Burger King!!!! Needs a good clean, children sat not eating food from there and vaping, would not recommend or visit again 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Not very happy this time. Very dirty place, even after someone “wiped” the tables with something extremely stinky, were still not very enjoyable to have your food on it! The staff didn’t payed attention at all at what I have ordered. Of 3 tacos I received 2, out of 3 cinnamon twists, received none, and my “chicken “ Crunchwrap, never seen the chicken…because they put beef…. At least when I asked for that taco and cinnamon sticks, I have received them. In general the food was nice, tasty, but a bit cold some of the products, as the cheese wasn’t even melted. Also, been very shocked when another client who was waiting for more than 20 min to take his order, when he asked how long will take until he’ll get the order, he was accused that the order was handed to him and been asked to give him bag to the staff and check if it is there or not! Unbelievable!!! Kind of disappointed…..

Love Taco Bell, however I’ve tried Cheltenham Taco Bell takeaway multiple times and every time the food has been delivered ice cold, with full main dishes missing. They need a lesson in restaurant service because theirs horrendous. It’s not hard to do a checklist before you send food out, and it’s not hard to send it out while it’s hot.

PROPER TASTY! So went here as was walking past with my nephew and he said let’s try it out just a snack until we get home. So I had hard taco £1.49 he had soft for £2 and change. Soo first of all it was a bit oily BUT that’s it other than it was absolutely sublime and really looking forward to going back for a full on meal. GO HAVE A TACO BELL I KNOW I WILL Follow for more reviews.

Cheltenham Taco Bell Food was actually quite nice upon eating it, can’t really go wrong, typical take out food and it was nice enough when you’re hungry and tired from a day of shopping. Until I’ve been up most of the night clutching my gut in agony. Haven’t eaten anything else. I’m usually fine with other taco bells. The foods just not even close to being worth this pain. The restaurant itself was dirty, FILTHY even, there were unclean, sticky tables with food all over the floor and under the tables. Tried to get an iced tea and some heavily watered down weird brown stuff came out of the machine. Service was slow and terrible and I Shan’t go back thank you.

I usually like taco bell but after my last order I am put off. Even though my delivery was on time, my food was cold, there was no chocolate dip with my churros and two of my quesadilla's were empty, just two pieces of plain tortilla. absolute joke!!!!

Food is good, but it’s so slow right now. I’m sure they’ll figure it out, but it’s disappointing they didn’t launch stronger. Update: for a brief period, they were awesome. Lots of kitchen staff and smashing out orders rapidly. Last few weeks though, they’ve regressed and only have 2-3 employees covering the busy lunch tim period. There’s a laughable amount of us waiting right now. It’s been 20mins since I paid for take away and there’s no end in sight!

Mainly just lettuce. Hardly any meat at all! 2 self serve kiosks out of 4 are broken and place is dirty. Could be a lot better.
