Used to love but just eat deliver cold. As taco bell think they are above having a phone number, they have to share the blame. Used to be nice but cold beef is vile and I certainly will not be returning. In think any restaurant with a 3.3 average is not good, but I did enjoy the first meals. Now the cold grease has completely turned me off

Very poor service - kept saying food will be later 3 times. When arrived - one whole meal missing which meant no one had food . No one answered after several attempts calling the restaurant. I will not be ordering or visiting this restaurant again…

I made my order before 7pm and it took over 2 hours to arrive and when it got here not one thing was even a little bit warm . Ive requested a refund

Food was bland and expensive. The place was soo messy and disgusting the tables weren't cleaned and it was just an unpleasant experience.

We ordered food at 6.30 and the app said it would arrive at 7.10-7.30, it got to 8.30 and the app still said the same, rang the restaurant 3 times and no answer, we drive down there and it’s empty, go in and explain the situation. Whoever I spoke to said a driver hadn’t been confirmed yet and that I would need to cancel my order and wait for a refund, but still pay for my food at the counter. Not happy for all of that when I just wanted to chill at home.

Never arrived yet app said it had so we had to drive down to order it ourselves and pick it up

Taco Bell use to be really good when they had the spicy Mexican chicken option don’t understand why they took it off the menu. Over the years I feel it’s definitely gone down hill nothing to do with the staff who work there but the franchise as a whole has which is a massive shame

Lovely food and very friendly staff one of our favorite Dushantha who is always have big smile very attentive and nothing is to much trouble for him and for his collage to Manoj.We will come back very soon .

How dare you send me a taco with no meat in it! I’m absolutely fuming. I wish for a refund or a new taco as it cost me £2.49.

The food was over an hour late, they kept pushing the time back. The food was cold and soggy and not up to standards. Waste of money, never again. I would like the manager to contact me to resolve the issue.

My food was not delivered. Ordered at 12:00 and expected at 12:30 the delivery time was constantly pushed back until 3 o’clock at which point the order said delivered.

Also didn’t bring half of my order

The pot of cheese sauce was spilt all over the chicken and chips so they were completely inedible as they were ordered for a child . I expect a refund for these items please two lots fries one pot sauce two chicken fillet.

Takeaway was completely cold and had to heat everything up. the chips portions are rlly tiny as well do not reccomend at all for takeaway.

Didn’t give the fries despite ordering and paying for them which is the second time they have missed items off from the order not happy

If bland overpriced food is your thing then Taco Bell is for you. The best part of the meal was the small pot of cheese sauce to dunk my cold fries in.

Chicken was burnt, fries were undercooked and soggy. Food was nearly 10 minutes later than latest expected time. Awful.

I was really looking forward to trying the food from here and came away underwhelmed. Ordered a volcano burrito meal (£9+) for myself from drive thru, partner had a chicken one. Mine was basically a flat wrap with next to nothing in it, and there was no heat to the volcano. The chips were a nice flavour but only warm considering we ate straight away in the car park. My partners chicken one had a nice flavour and the contents was fuller. I really expected more and won't be going back, one and done for me.

Cool looking place, but slow service and awful food. Like actually trash, completely different to how it is in the USA, Mexican food is hard to get wrong and theyve managed it.

First time eating at Taco Bell and glad we chose a quieter time to peruse the menu in a bit more detail and turnaround of order was quick less than 5 minutes. Little bit more pricey than Mac Donald’s but feels like I’m eating healthier, mince not greasy, loads of salad reminded me of what I make at home. The mince portion could be a little larger, had to keep ordering seconds as 1 I loved the flavours but 2 i wasn’t full up at all. The server left a couple of bags of fries off the order but this was soon rectified with the receipt. The fries were lovely nice and soft inside crispy on the outside and well seasoned not greasy. The restaurant seemed clean enough, but as before it was super early so not busy enough to get messy. I would try other branches to compare definite my new fast food.

It was really quiet when we went in and staff were just stood around on phones whilst the seating area was very dirty, food all over the floor and tables dirty, lots of flies around the entrance and seating area

Definitely the best fast food restaurant in Cheltenham! The quantity and quality of the food relative to price is excellent. My go-to is the crunchywrap supreme although the quesadillas are also good. For those on a budget, I'd recommend the £1.99 wraps!

we decided to order 3 orders and it all came squashed in a small bag which meant the food went everywhere and chips were all over the place. the quality of our tacos were squashed and the food wasn't even in the taco shell.

Ordered through deliveroo. The order arrived, but was mostly all wrong and different to what I had ordered, the food that had arrived was stone cold. I tried calling and calling to complain but no answer and no other way of getting in touch.

Excellent well presented hot delicious food!!

If I could provide a 0 start view I would due to the fact that online it says they are open till 11pm but to my disappointment after walking to the place I could turned away at the door by a rude employee tonight although they were still doing deliveries. In extremely disappointed and I can understand opening hours may change but this needs to be updated online if that is the case and as for the rude employee working tonight I’m not impressed as this is very different from the good experience that I normally have here. Safe to say I have been let down by Taco Bell. 😡

An amazing and affordable place to grab something fabulous. The food was fantastic and the staff members were really friendly. Would like to recommend anyone who crave for real stuff.

I placed my order waited 2 hours for my food and nothing happened so I went to the shop in my car to pick it up and they still hadn't made it. When I then wait home I checked the order and two of my wraps where missing

there’s an error on here when ordering the fill up meal you can’t order the chicken tenders and the wrong this has now been sent

I got most of my food but was missing 2x nachos and 1x fries.

We made two orders at the same time (mostly so we knew which burritos was whose) we each ordered 4 burritos and only received two. We each ordered two fries and only received one. 6 items were missing in total.

Bag come wet and ripped however ordered no drinks the driver said it was a problem with the restaurant and not him it turned up 52 minutes after I ordered it and cold. I’m expecting a full refund

For a restaurant that was dead when we went in I can’t believe they managed to miss out 2 items. Was given the order. One drink was Mountain Dew, which was in a bottle. Wasn’t given to me so asked where it was. I was told it was in the bag, it wasn’t so had to go back to the counter to say it wasn’t. Person behind didn’t listen and just nodded to say yes. I had to explain twice the bottle was missing. Finally got it. Walked to the car to find the chips for one meal were missing. I only ordered 2 meals and an extra chips. How can that be missed? To top it off, food was cold! Not a good first visit.

Ordered a Bean Wrap… they put chicken in. This is twice now. Not hard to just follow the order but a step beyond for this branch

Waited over an hour, and when it finally turned up the food was cold. Delivery driver was quick and efficient but the food must of been sat waiting in the store because was stone cold.
