If I could score zero I would. To the patronisingly unmotivated member of staff who I believe might identify as a manager which makes this feedback even more amusing. I suggest potentially reevaluating your attitude before walking into your place of work. Or alternatively potentially a career choice if serving drinks makes you that unhappy at 07:00. Especially when in a customer service role after taking the money for a drink you turn out you can then not provide? Also, don’t act surprised and hard done by when you receive a response as sharp as the one that you gave. Training all round required.

Whilst I am not a huge fan of chain coffee shops. I am a huge fan of great customer service. And the guys here really excel! They, in particular Ezrae, Josh & Kyle, make each and every visit an enjoyable one. Making great conversation and ensuring I have everything I need to do some work for an hour or two. Not just those guys, but each member of staff goes out of their way to smile, be polite and deliver a great service. I choose to come here out of a potential 4 other coffee shops that are within a stones throw of each other. And it is all because of the service! Keep it up team 👍 - AJ

Asked for a Flat White, paid and told to collect at end of the counter. After several minutes I collected this beverage that was served on a dirty cup, I took it back and asked for a new one. Again it was served in a disgusting cup, place not busy and staff unaware of what was happening. Paid for a coffee that never consumed....

By far my favourite Starbucks (I drive a ways out for this one). Usually I'm not a fan of the Starbucks drinks and pastries but as I've been going there to sketch recently I've changed my mind! Really friendly, attentive and professional staff and phenomenal tasting drinks, I trust the staffs recommendations and have discovered a delightful peach iced green tea with lemonade (thanks Jess) and a amazing gingerbread chai latte (thanks mason). Overall it's a great environment to relax or work in and I'll enjoy continuing to come here.

Been going to this Starbucks since they opened, so inconsistent with everything. Different prices for the same drink each time, drinks not tasting of anything or bitter, queues as long as your arm. There finally seems to be some order over the last few weeks, the quickest I have ever been served here and that seems to be down to the new Manager Kyle. Well done that Man even if my drink had no syrup they were quick to remake without any issues. Let's hope this continues. 👍

Everytime I go to this Starbucks I am disappointed. The drinks are always made so poorly and don’t meet the same standards as the other locations. I have tried these drinks several times and over the years and they consistently are bad. They taste like water and have no flavour even when they have syrups in. I don’t know why this Starbucks in particular is so terrible but Starbucks isn’t cheap.

Absolutely shocking customer service today, from a member of the staff who was unwilling to listen to me explain that my sons drink was incorrect. My son did not want coffee but got coffee, the barista couldn’t care less and spoke with such rudeness, i could not believe it. From someone who goes through the drive through 2/3 times a week, I will not be giving them my money again.

Order over the counter, no one in front of me and it took 10 minutes to get my coffee as they kept serving the drive through first, three staff on duty two stood in kitchen talking. After I got my coffee it was burnt and taste horrendous. After getting it remade it was fine. Would avoid this Starbucks next time.

Had a really bad experience this time. Only one staff available to make the drink whilst the other staff looks new and did not know what to do. Ordered salted caramel cream cold brew which was mentioned unavailable after the payment. Had brown sugar oat shaken espresso as substitution come full of ice and taste no oat milk in it. Had a great drink days ago however this time was really disappointing me. Would not come back in the near future.

Poor experience today, the staff try there best best but still very poor. They said they are very very busy , however the shop was not busy inside, its busy because of the delivery and drive thru , how about looking g after the customers inside the store? I was charged for a double choc chip frappe, to then be told there was no choc chips or cream! And wasn't offered a refund d until I complained, I won't be visiting again. The cinnamon swirl was dry!

Agree with other people about lack of service - people who are in drive thru or ordered by app given priority over those waiting in cafe. Two supposedly raspberry frappes which was basically a pile of tasteless ice with whipped cream and my straw fell apart which meant I had no way of drinking it. Sandwich to be fair was ok but drinks were an over priced waste of money.

Poor sat in the drive through for 15 mins where they didn’t take our order . When we got to counter they tried to charge us for the car behind . We was ask to move as we had to wait for our drinks . We asked how long she said she didn’t know and aint my fault I’ve just come back . The team leader or manager also couldn’t tell us the wait time either . I explain the workings of making a latte and 1 minute was amply still he was not sure . Total of 28 mins to get a coffee . With only 4 cars in front of us when we joined the queue . Will not return rude staff that don’t now what they are doing .

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They only bother with drive thru customers. Took 45 minutes to be served toasties and drinks dining in. Little genuine apology received. Not even a free drink offered..... They also had no vegan cream and my Caramel Machiatto was awful with no froth or syrup on top. Don't bother......

No service in the cafe for 5 mins despite cafe being quiet and no queue. They seem to prioritise drive through and not be aware of other customers waiting. If they found and maintained a balance it wouldn’t seem so skewed. As for the coffee?..it’s coffee and it’s from a chain franchise. Average and overpriced coffee and snacks…. But that’s the same for all coffee franchises isn’t it? Verdict…. Trying hard but getting the balance wrong and not aware of customers inside when feeling busy at the drive through.

Absolutely fantastic experience with this particular Starbucks drive-thru. The barista who gave his name as "Luke" managed to make our non standard order taste great everytime. Cannot get enough of the place compared to the sometimes tepid brown water served elsewhere. The service and taste have earned a longtime customer. Very pleased.

Was Told that my "custom wasn't welcome" by Lewis,but he was under"instructions" by Luke poor show,but then again no reasons were given as to why I was refused service so thats a breach of Consumer Law right there,Luke may think that as a SUPERVISOR he has the right to ban someone from the shop,but that is the MANAGERS duty,absolutely disgusting treatment if I was able to give them a 0 star rating i would.

Last three attempts have been shocking. Tried drive through, sat there 20 mins between ordering and being served couldn’t leave because we were boxed in. Next time I went in figuring that would be quicker. Wasn’t even acknowledged standing waiting to order for 5 minutes before being told someone would be with me shortly. After another 5 I left. Tried ordering via the app to save the wait. Told 5-7 mins. Drove down in 7 mins and was stood there for another 20 minutes having already paid still waiting for drinks. Asked again and then got chastised by the staff for not asking at the till for them. Which I had, about 5-10 mins into the initial wait.

Waited 20 mins for a coffee I ordered online!! When the app said 5-7 minutes. Ignored by staff, even after we asked about our order we waited another 10 mins. The drive thru is just as bad, we’ve waited a seriously long amount of time before now. We’ve also waited 15 mins at the front of the queue in the cafe and not been spoken to before now. Currently I’m sat in the cafe as I write this and there are 5 staff working and it’s not exactly busy, yet they’re all floundering. Don’t bother, it would be quicker to walk into town center and order one there.

We always have an underwhelming experience here, but thought we’d give it another go. Ordered a couple of hot chocolates with syrups and a seasonal cookie… shouldn’t have bothered. Nothing tasted of chocolate and one of the drinks just tasted really weird. Drove back and went in to ask for refund… even that went badly… The assistant didn’t look at the drinks before refunding so we were about £2.50 short. Queried it… and we’re given another £1 back. Cookie was just strange tasting crumbs. Never again. Seriously… maccies manage better in a hot chocolate emergency 😂

Convenient for a drive thru but it is THE most hit and miss Starbucks. Today’s was a huge miss, an iced mocha which was bitter, burnt and undrinkable. Occasionally you get a decent coffee from this one, but it’s probably one in three! I must stop wasting my money here, I never learn!

Don't drive through if there is a queue. I'm writing this in the queue for the drive through, after 25 minutes of being in said queue. There were about 8 cars total, two pulled out but we didn't and we're boxed in now. I even had time to get it and use their loo. There are 3 people working very hard, but not many customers in there. I have no idea how it is so slow. Won't be dropping in for a "quick"coffee again.

Not a lot has changed since my last review, no issues with the food or coffee, but someone really needs to clean once in a while. Food all over the floor and furniture, broken chairs, dirty windows, minging window sills, cob webs up the side of the windows. Has the air of being slightly shabby and uncared for.

First time at this Starbucks, male on the intercom sounded quite rude mmming after I had made my order. Received the order quite quickly which is nice. Ordered a Caramel Frappuccino which is my usual order wherever. Got home had a sip and thought I had lost my sense of taste. Got my friend to try it and no I still have my taste. I literally drove all that way and paid for water. No taste of coffee, caramel or cream just pure water. If I could give no stars I would but I couldn't post without at least 1.

Have been twice in the recent week - wanted to revisit before reviewing. Visit one - took 25 minutes for 2 drinks (one hot, one iced) and a mac n cheese. I was the only customer waiting everyone else had been served. When drinks arrived, no flavour and incorrect milk. Luckily it was my friend's drink, and not mine to which I suffer with but allergies. Today's visit, only ordered drinks as the fridge had barely any items. Drinks done in timely manner, though arrived and had too much syrup in meaning we couldn't drink them. The three stars is purely for the staff. They are always happy to serve and help, and forever polite. Maybe the corporates need to start hiring again, and giving these guys some help. Two staff for a busy lunch isn't helpful to them!!

Ordered as a takeaway a few times now, we always get the flame mixed special for £19.99. Amazing value and really tasty meat, comes with pittas and salad, such good portion sizes too! Friendly staff when we have gone to collect but also quick delivery when we’ve ordered it to our home. Great value for money overall and great place for a Kebab takeaway!

The negative comments always seem to come from those who have received a delivery. Perhaps if you got off your overweight arses, and actually went to the premises, you'd experience a very satisfactory meal like I have.
