Ordered a drink today ( with no ice ) and received a half full cup 😂 considering it cost nearly £6 I was rather disappointed as this is absolute daylight robbery- atleast it tasted nice

Whilst I am not a huge fan of chain coffee shops. I am a huge fan of great customer service. And the guys here really excel! They, in particular Ezrae, Josh & Kyle, make each and every visit an enjoyable one. Making great conversation and ensuring I have everything I need to do some work for an hour or two. Not just those guys, but each member of staff goes out of their way to smile, be polite and deliver a great service. I choose to come here out of a potential 4 other coffee shops that are within a stones throw of each other. And it is all because of the service! Keep it up team 👍 - AJ

Asked for a Flat White, paid and told to collect at end of the counter. After several minutes I collected this beverage that was served on a dirty cup, I took it back and asked for a new one. Again it was served in a disgusting cup, place not busy and staff unaware of what was happening. Paid for a coffee that never consumed....

Expensive cakes , not worth the money , taste like been out all day and not restocked during day , under bright lights will dry out .

Regularly order from here, all the staff are lovely and welcoming. I will say that they do seem to have a lot of stock missing most of the time but they always do their best to accommodate requests even so.

By far my favourite Starbucks (I drive a ways out for this one). Usually I'm not a fan of the Starbucks drinks and pastries but as I've been going there to sketch recently I've changed my mind! Really friendly, attentive and professional staff and phenomenal tasting drinks, I trust the staffs recommendations and have discovered a delightful peach iced green tea with lemonade (thanks Jess) and a amazing gingerbread chai latte (thanks mason). Overall it's a great environment to relax or work in and I'll enjoy continuing to come here.

Been going to this Starbucks since they opened, so inconsistent with everything. Different prices for the same drink each time, drinks not tasting of anything or bitter, queues as long as your arm. There finally seems to be some order over the last few weeks, the quickest I have ever been served here and that seems to be down to the new Manager Kyle. Well done that Man even if my drink had no syrup they were quick to remake without any issues. Let's hope this continues. 👍

Fantastic customer service. The barrister who dealt with my request (toffee nut syrup) was super, he was very professional, even when I was a little rude in my responses. The manager gave up his time to come and speak with me too. Very impressed, thank you.

Everytime I go to this Starbucks I am disappointed. The drinks are always made so poorly and don’t meet the same standards as the other locations. I have tried these drinks several times and over the years and they consistently are bad. They taste like water and have no flavour even when they have syrups in. I don’t know why this Starbucks in particular is so terrible but Starbucks isn’t cheap.

One of your colleagues (ezrae) was so polite to me and my partner when we messed up our order 😬 they were kind enough to remake my drink for me. You guys are doing really well, keep up the good work 😊 (I know the pain)

No tills working so had to order via the app and then had to wait over 20 minutes for two drinks.

Absolutely shocking customer service today, from a member of the staff who was unwilling to listen to me explain that my sons drink was incorrect. My son did not want coffee but got coffee, the barista couldn’t care less and spoke with such rudeness, i could not believe it. From someone who goes through the drive through 2/3 times a week, I will not be giving them my money again.

It's a small Starbucks. People normally drive through without making a stop. This means that there is plenty of space inside most of the time.

This one is very very slow service

If you’re going to be cashless! Can you at least make sure your card machine works!!! Standing around for 10 minutes as your machine isn’t working isn’t fun! Long que & they could’ve served us on the drive through system.

For the past 5 times I've gone here my order has been incorrect, or the coffee was terrible. It's the worst ran starbucks I've ever been to/ ordered from. So much so I've decided to just go to the competition since it's better service.

Poor. £7 for a coffee and Moka both of which weren't very hot. Canned squirty cream for the Moka. First and last time. A rip off.

Awkward to get to from one side of the road but good location and long 3 hours of parking, plenty of seating.

Absolutely lovely Starbucks, the staff working here are friendly and super welcoming, delicious coffee. Just to add - Patricia B, who left the comment down below, I stood behind her in the queue. The girls made her a perfect latte, she continued to moan for the sake of moaning and treated the staff terribly. Didn’t think that was fair so thought i’d put in my two pennies worth!!

Love Starbucks coffee normally but had really poor service in this place this morning, not to mention the coffee! Took ages to get the coffee, then we had to ask them to re-make it, having tried to convince them that latte does actually have a froth, not just cappuccino! Who trains these people? No-one by the looks of it.

It says your opened until 9:30 and i turned up at 21:13 and the worker said it was shut and I was having pregnancy cravings so this was really inconvenient for me

Order over the counter, no one in front of me and it took 10 minutes to get my coffee as they kept serving the drive through first, three staff on duty two stood in kitchen talking. After I got my coffee it was burnt and taste horrendous. After getting it remade it was fine. Would avoid this Starbucks next time.

Had a really bad experience this time. Only one staff available to make the drink whilst the other staff looks new and did not know what to do. Ordered salted caramel cream cold brew which was mentioned unavailable after the payment. Had brown sugar oat shaken espresso as substitution come full of ice and taste no oat milk in it. Had a great drink days ago however this time was really disappointing me. Would not come back in the near future.

Felt whole place could do with a clean. Tables needed wiping down and toilets dirty

Made some nice drinks but sadly ran out of cream when we visited.

Poor experience today, the staff try there best best but still very poor. They said they are very very busy , however the shop was not busy inside, its busy because of the delivery and drive thru , how about looking g after the customers inside the store? I was charged for a double choc chip frappe, to then be told there was no choc chips or cream! And wasn't offered a refund d until I complained, I won't be visiting again. The cinnamon swirl was dry!

Agree with other people about lack of service - people who are in drive thru or ordered by app given priority over those waiting in cafe. Two supposedly raspberry frappes which was basically a pile of tasteless ice with whipped cream and my straw fell apart which meant I had no way of drinking it. Sandwich to be fair was ok but drinks were an over priced waste of money.

Poor sat in the drive through for 15 mins where they didn’t take our order . When we got to counter they tried to charge us for the car behind . We was ask to move as we had to wait for our drinks . We asked how long she said she didn’t know and aint my fault I’ve just come back . The team leader or manager also couldn’t tell us the wait time either . I explain the workings of making a latte and 1 minute was amply still he was not sure . Total of 28 mins to get a coffee . With only 4 cars in front of us when we joined the queue . Will not return rude staff that don’t now what they are doing .

Dirty. Food on the tables, chairs & floor. Cups and plates from previous customers still on tables. Not pleasant, which is a shame. Not much else I can say.

Best coffee place, staff seem to be quite satisfied with serving and making coffee and the aura of any starbucks is very relaxing. update: 1 star down for the amount of times i have come across this issue with the tables, they are left not cleaned up or sticky

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They only bother with drive thru customers. Took 45 minutes to be served toasties and drinks dining in. Little genuine apology received. Not even a free drink offered..... They also had no vegan cream and my Caramel Machiatto was awful with no froth or syrup on top. Don't bother......

Worse Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Manager served me, totally rude, the cafe is filthy, they’re always short staffed but understandable as the manager has zero customer service skills. Very disappointing, won’t go there again.

Not serving walk ins because staff haven’t had a break? Despite the drive through still being served. I was tempted to walk through the drive through to get my coffee. Idiocy abound.

Such friendly people, always willing to accommodate. Sometimes there are long delays but that is management refusing to hire enough staff.

No service in the cafe for 5 mins despite cafe being quiet and no queue. They seem to prioritise drive through and not be aware of other customers waiting. If they found and maintained a balance it wouldn’t seem so skewed. As for the coffee?..it’s coffee and it’s from a chain franchise. Average and overpriced coffee and snacks…. But that’s the same for all coffee franchises isn’t it? Verdict…. Trying hard but getting the balance wrong and not aware of customers inside when feeling busy at the drive through.

For some reason door closed at 8:30 on a week day? Spoke to the lad in the shop through the drive through window. Jumped up git. Needless to say I didn’t order anything and I probably will avoid Starbucks altogether now

Absolutely fantastic experience with this particular Starbucks drive-thru. The barista who gave his name as "Luke" managed to make our non standard order taste great everytime. Cannot get enough of the place compared to the sometimes tepid brown water served elsewhere. The service and taste have earned a longtime customer. Very pleased.

Was Told that my "custom wasn't welcome" by Lewis,but he was under"instructions" by Luke poor show,but then again no reasons were given as to why I was refused service so thats a breach of Consumer Law right there,Luke may think that as a SUPERVISOR he has the right to ban someone from the shop,but that is the MANAGERS duty,absolutely disgusting treatment if I was able to give them a 0 star rating i would.

Last three attempts have been shocking. Tried drive through, sat there 20 mins between ordering and being served couldn’t leave because we were boxed in. Next time I went in figuring that would be quicker. Wasn’t even acknowledged standing waiting to order for 5 minutes before being told someone would be with me shortly. After another 5 I left. Tried ordering via the app to save the wait. Told 5-7 mins. Drove down in 7 mins and was stood there for another 20 minutes having already paid still waiting for drinks. Asked again and then got chastised by the staff for not asking at the till for them. Which I had, about 5-10 mins into the initial wait.

Waited 20 mins for a coffee I ordered online!! When the app said 5-7 minutes. Ignored by staff, even after we asked about our order we waited another 10 mins. The drive thru is just as bad, we’ve waited a seriously long amount of time before now. We’ve also waited 15 mins at the front of the queue in the cafe and not been spoken to before now. Currently I’m sat in the cafe as I write this and there are 5 staff working and it’s not exactly busy, yet they’re all floundering. Don’t bother, it would be quicker to walk into town center and order one there.

Nice enough branch. Not the cleanest Starbucks but they were so understaffed it was silly. An extra member of staff could have kept the standards better. Coffee was very good.

We always have an underwhelming experience here, but thought we’d give it another go. Ordered a couple of hot chocolates with syrups and a seasonal cookie… shouldn’t have bothered. Nothing tasted of chocolate and one of the drinks just tasted really weird. Drove back and went in to ask for refund… even that went badly… The assistant didn’t look at the drinks before refunding so we were about £2.50 short. Queried it… and we’re given another £1 back. Cookie was just strange tasting crumbs. Never again. Seriously… maccies manage better in a hot chocolate emergency 😂

Ignorant staff long wait always

Horrendous experience dealing with one of the most condescending and incompetent managers. Maybe train them how to use their app and respond to issues caused by their company. Definitely needs to learn people skills

The man who served me had the WORST attitude I’ve ever seen. He seemed to be on some weird power trip and was speaking very rudely to other staff aswell. Also waited a long time for my latte and panini

Very little choice of food, no filter coffee, strawberry refresher without strawberrys and only told after I asked where they were. Not taking Cash. Poor show Starbucks, no wonder there was a queue at Costa!

Service is horrendously slow. Clearly very understaffed. Expect to wait 20-30 minutes for your drink / food.

After reading through the bad reviews I had to share my own experience. I received the wrong order entirely the last time I ordered and I have been missing items countless times. A lot of the staff have terrible customer service skills and I think the shortest time either my partner or myself has waited in the drive through is 10 minutes. Given this place one chance too many …

Convenient for a drive thru but it is THE most hit and miss Starbucks. Today’s was a huge miss, an iced mocha which was bitter, burnt and undrinkable. Occasionally you get a decent coffee from this one, but it’s probably one in three! I must stop wasting my money here, I never learn!

2nd time in a row had a home delivery that has arrived incomplete both times was told that they tried to ring utter rubbish I received no calls tried to ring the branch no answer tried numerous times shocking customer service avoid this branch if you want your orders to be complete upon delivery

Lovely store shame not able to sit in at 7pm on a Saturday. Sat down with my son to enjoy our coffee in this lovely, open plan store and told that I needed to take it out. I assumed it closed soon but it is open until 9.30pm! Surely they don't need 2 hrs 30 to clean the store! Very disappointing!

Was served by Lewis very polite boy, was severed very fast and when I wanted to change something he did it with no issue will be coming back

Went in Yesterday for a caramel macchiato on my way to work,staff were amazing and i couldn’t fault my order at all.Definitely going to be coming in more often.

35 minutes from ordering to collecting. It took 20 minutes for me to get the short distance to the window and then sat there waiting on my order (drink + toastie). Once I got my drink I had to remind them about the food. Very disorganized and not the first time it has taken longer than expected in the drive thru.

Don't drive through if there is a queue. I'm writing this in the queue for the drive through, after 25 minutes of being in said queue. There were about 8 cars total, two pulled out but we didn't and we're boxed in now. I even had time to get it and use their loo. There are 3 people working very hard, but not many customers in there. I have no idea how it is so slow. Won't be dropping in for a "quick"coffee again.

Great service and really quick, would come back just to work on projects. The coffee is well made and tastes great.

Not a lot has changed since my last review, no issues with the food or coffee, but someone really needs to clean once in a while. Food all over the floor and furniture, broken chairs, dirty windows, minging window sills, cob webs up the side of the windows. Has the air of being slightly shabby and uncared for.

First time at this Starbucks, male on the intercom sounded quite rude mmming after I had made my order. Received the order quite quickly which is nice. Ordered a Caramel Frappuccino which is my usual order wherever. Got home had a sip and thought I had lost my sense of taste. Got my friend to try it and no I still have my taste. I literally drove all that way and paid for water. No taste of coffee, caramel or cream just pure water. If I could give no stars I would but I couldn't post without at least 1.

Was a long wait for two cold drinks at the drive thru. Wasn't apologised to for the wait, the lady serving us didn’t even say hello or speak to us whatsoever or smile, she couldn’t have looked anymore grumpy. Just came across quite rude!! Have been twice in the recent week - wanted to revisit before reviewing. Visit one - took 25 minutes for 2 drinks (one hot, one iced) and a mac n cheese. I was the only customer waiting everyone else had been served. When drinks arrived, no flavour and incorrect milk. Luckily it was my friend's drink, and not mine to which I suffer with but allergies. Today's visit, only ordered drinks as the fridge had barely any items. Drinks done in timely manner, though arrived and had too much syrup in meaning we couldn't drink them. The three stars is purely for the staff. They are always happy to serve and help, and forever polite. Maybe the corporates need to start hiring again, and giving these guys some help. Two staff for a busy lunch isn't helpful to them!!

always love starbucks but really disappointed by this drive thru - we use it often as it is local and easy but will not be returning - we’ve given them many chances and i have never been here without something going wrong with the order - most of the time staff have an attitude and if they don’t, service is slow with a wrong order - we go at all different times so not particular staff problems - maybe manager problem?

First visit to this Starbucks. They had run out of skimmed milk but the staff were very apologetic and friendly

Very slow service, cup was sticky where syrup had been spilled down the side and not wiped off. I was overcharged for my drink as they didn't know what to put it through on the till and it cost more than I usually pay.

Dined in at this Starbucks and must say it was the best store that I have visited.the manager was polite and punctual. The staff in this store was fast friendly and couldn't do enough to have our orders brought to the table.
