Taco Bell in Brighton and Hove

Usually love a taco bell but this time will be the last I will be come here , becouse the staff was rude with me for not apparently reason !

We used the Taco Thursday 🌮 and it was a very good idea 💡 😋. Thank you, highly recommended 👍

Store always warm and really excellent customer service and fast service

Very dirty. Cleaning is always problematic with them. And the staff working very slow. Watching 10 minutes for my food. Wasn’t busy at all . Only me and one more client. Disappointed again. And this is happening only in Brighton brunch. Everywhere else are clean, tidy and faster

The whole crew is very friendly, it is always nice to come in and have a chat with them whilst being served with yummy hot food

This was my first ever time trying taco bell and I am very disappointed. Crunchwrap was cold and floppy and tasted old and sour. Chips were old and I also ordered cinnamon twists which were placed on top of the chips opened which made the chips taste like cinnamon. Burrito was vile. Fast delivery though...

Good value food and quick service, however in the afternoon is filled with very disruptive school-aged people who seem to make the workers' lives hell. For this reason I can't give less than 4 stars, as they do a brilliant job dealing with it all.

How many times we are ordering lunch to work from this place we always have some missing items as we had it today. Can you put someone in charge who is checking on the deliveries before leave, if I'm ordering from Western Road, as I will do from now on, we never have a problem!!! And in the past 24 hours 7 5* reviews? I doubt this!!!

This is, quite possibly, the blandest food I've ever had the misfortune of eating. Save yourself the disappointment and try any of the eateries in Brighton which don't just serve up tasteless beige slop - there's plenty to choose from.

We ordered to eat in, we were given a bottle of warm Pepsi, had to ask for cups to be able to drink it, half way through the meal we got told they were shutting in 10 minutes (one hour early, 10pm instead of the advertised 11 on Google and on their website), so we had to rush, only to finish with the churros which were basically hard cardboard, absolutely awful. This was my first time having a Taco Bell and is my last.

Compared to the western rd branch the service here is slow. The staff have 0 decorum and no customer centric attributes whatsoever. Customer service used to be standard in the UK

Taco bell just keeps getting worse. I'll be generous and say that the volcano burrito had maybe two tablespoons of filling in total. Quality of the chicken strips has also gone way down. Absolutely exorbitant price for what little you get.

My first taco bell! The restaurant is new and still looks it! Very clean and nicely decorated with McDonald's style ordering screens. Very friendly staff 👍 Quick service and nice food. I ordered the mixed meal with has a mini everything in it! Taco, spicy chips, quesadilla and churros and a drink.(£10) A little expensive but about the same price as McDonald's for the other meals! (£6-£7) I did enjoy my first experience and was pleasantly full at the end. They give you an empty cup with you fill up yourself at the filling station, not sure if you can go back and just refill!? Will find out next time lol Disabled access right through. Customer toilets. Could do with listing ingredients and explaining what's in your meal! (there is a brief description on the wall mounted menu near the drink station) And vegetarian and dietary descriptions could be clearer.

Genuinely never been so disrespected and upset by hospitality staff before, I had a missing item from my order where the First Lady told me ‘it was my problem’ and once the manager came to speak to me I was then called a liar over a single taco missing. I have full receipt and app evidence that they are at fault

Took ages to come then arrived with little temperature. And to top it off sent my vegetarian partner a chicken quesadilla meal… what a waste a of time and money

Food was actually delicious, staff were kind (despite rude people), but unfortunately my chips were missed. I should have checked before leaving, but I did not notice until I got home.

I love taco bell’s food but the disabled toilets are so dangerous for disabled users. Firstly, the floors are always covered in water. Secondly, the emergency pull cord is not up to regulations! It hangs in the air and as a physically able person I was not able to reach this whilst sat on the toilet let alone if a disabled person had fallen on the floor and needed help. This is a massive issue as the cord has clearly been cut and would leave someone at risk in an emergency.

Manager on 4th of September at 10.45PM was rude and very unreasonable. I was sat and just waiting for my food and was forced to move as that area of the shop was “closed”. I understand if I was eating or making a mess but I was just waiting.

We got a meal for two and it was delicious. It came with two beef tacos 🌮 and 2 specialties, cinnamon twists, fries and nacho cheese. Tacos were as crunchy and fresh as they should be. Our specialty was the volcano burrito, and it was good. No complaints on that. Fries were well seasoned which was a plus. Cinnamon twists were crispy and sweet, as if you’re eating cinnamon flavored crisps. 👍

Great place to grab a nice lunch. Staff are friendly and the food is really good. Highly recommended if you have never tried Taco Bell, give them a go.

My experience was ruined by the woman at the front who was of a larger build (the widest person there), was extremely rude to me making me feel uncomfortable making a rude comment about my tattoo in front of everyone and laughing making fun of me. She needs to be fired because this behaviour is unacceptable.

Usually good experiences at taco bell, but not during this visit. We arrived at 10pm, placed our order on the screen, selecting 'Eat In' and took a seat at the window. While we waited for our order to be called one of the staff began moving all the chairs from the tables, and then placing the stools on the window tables, getting nearer to where me and my partner were seated. Our number was called so my partner went to collect it, so she then immediately came and placed my partner's stool upside down on the table and then turned to me and impolitely said she needed to put mine up too, without explanation. We then didnt have anywhere to sit, so left and walked home. When we looked inside the bag, we then noticed they got the order wrong, and forgot one of the tacos. I would understand moving the chairs if it was 20 minutes before closing, but an hour before is odd & they could have given a warning or at least been polite about it.

Staff are rude. While preparing my order another customer after me walked up to the counter, he asked what she wanted and she showed him her ticket. He then took a burrito from my order to give her making me wait longer. Shame as the food was nice

some of the worst food I have ever eaten. over sauced, underfilled and very bland. I wouldn't feed it to my dog.

Ordered from here the time it took the arrive at my home from Deliveroo was fast and efficient however when the food arrived it was not the hottest. Then the next morning i had a bad experience sadly . I would consider ordering in store and eating in instead of a takeaway to try my luck again it’s decent price .

Food was great!! The delivery drivers attitude was an issue!!!! On arrival he called me to collect my order from him, I informed him I paid for delivery to my door and gave clear directions. After a time I went to meet him halfway and he THREW MY ORDER UP IN THE AIR FOR ME TO CATCH!! I deliver goods in my job and NEVER have I called a customer to collect their items from them!!! I will be taking this further......that is NOT acceptable!!!

My food hasn’t come for the second time!!! I watched him deliver four other orders before me even though I am two minutes away from the restaurant - I literally haven’t got the money to go and get more food for today - this was my meal. Not only do I watch him on the map for over an hr going to other houses it says my food was delivered when it wasn’t !! I have been sat in the living room by the front door since he left the restaurant and no one at all has come, how is this fair? It’s the second

Your app is rubbish. After 1.5 hours of waiting, & app saying driver is assigned but food is still being prepared (for over an hour?) I called the restaurant who said opposite. Food had been ready a while but no driver assigned - & no idea how long that would be! Then the estimated delivery time increased again for 2nd time in app, & app next said driver was waiting in restaurant but food not ready! obviously bs! When order finally came, we had been waiting nearly 2 hours!

My food literally never came, is my order driver stealing my food ? I was sat in the living room and heard no knock got mo call, just checked the app and it said it was delivered

In the second month of being open they have improved a lot. You are now allowed to eat in, you can now pay by card and the new staff is so much better and lovely. I came here two times before but it was really unpleasant. The first time it was only open for deliveries even if it wasn't clear at the door. The second time they will only accept cash, the self service machine was broken, and staff were inattentive and unhelpful.
