Had a carvery meal today, food and the serve yourself vegetables and potatoes were very good but the serving of them on a cold plate meant the food went cold quickly and thereby food that was on plate no longer was enjoyable. Can the plates be warmed up like most carveries! On a separate issue the mens toilets were an absolute disgrace – broken toilet seat and it is in need of a good deep clean! The ladies was not visited so unable to comment.

5/5. The Best full English breakfast ever. Where do I start? The staffs were amazing. The full breakfast I had was cooked to perfection. Everything was fresh , grilled and extremely very healthy. Thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast and as I said to the staff member, it was the best I have ever had at any Premier Inn hotel and even better than breakfast, I’ve had at Hilton!

I had breakfast here and it was freshest breakfast i ever had when staying in hotel. The breakfast was grilled and so light and i love the way resturant kept filling up the food so it was always fresh. I must give a shout out to all the staff as they are amazing they are friendly including, Chloe stacy Sophie, Chelsea ionona Thank you ladies i told mum the next time we in thr grays area we will stay in rainham. Came for breakfast this morning and the service was outstanding. Stacey really made our morning with her lovely smile and polite attitude as always. Food was great too. We will see you next week.

I had the PERFECT pint of Guinness poured by the PERFECT hostess! Billie you’re AMAZING! keep smiling! And keep doing what you’re doing!!😁 Even though the place was manic, the staff had it under control! They couldn’t be more helpful. The level of care given to Young families and customers with disabilities was second to none! I would definitely recommend this place!

This was my son's birthday party and we were a group of 11 with 6 young adults with special needs. We were greeted warmly and made very welcome eventhough we were early. Our waitress Sophie W introduced herself and could not do enough to make everyone comfortable and went over the top to fulfill all our requests especially as one of our group was gluten free. The food arrived all at the same time and was well presented. She constantly checked whether we needed anything extra. Everybody really enjoyed themselves.

Pancake topping and toasting selection was very good; fresher and juicier fruit than other TableTables and BrewersFayre…also a commercial rolling toaster which is super fast…good for the breakfast goer who prefers not to wait too long to satisfy their morning hunger, like myself ;) The Full English Breakfast cooked very well…scrambled egg was very soft and fluffy and the hashbrowns had just the right amount of crisp. Service was excellent :) Billie sat me down promptly and took my order for my cooked food shortly afterwards…delivered with a sunny smile despite the horrible pouring down rain outside at the time ,:)

Willow Farm is not disability friendly. Arrived this morning to find three disabled parking bays blocked. Staff couldn't have cared less. Requested an accessible table. Got told that bookings aren't honoured during breakfast. Was told to look for an empty table. Ended up sitting miles from the breakfast bar and drinks. No assistance whatsoever. The disabled toiled was filthy. Nobody available to clean it. Again, staff's attitude stinks. Would not recommend Willow Farm to disabled visitors. Especially anyone with limited mobility, or needing a wheelchair. Will stick to Hornchurch Harvester in the future. Better food, clean facilities and staff there who actually care!

Thought we would have a walk to Willow Farm on a sunny evening with our small dog for a drink and some food. Husband went to the bar I went to the garden as I obviously had the dog with us. Husband was told no dogs are allowed in the garden at all now. When he came out I said I would call as it might be a new person etc. I called and was told that they didn’t allow dogs anymore. I totally understand that in the restaurant but in the beer garden?. Won’t be returning. In future, If we want a walk and a drink will go to the Lennards opposite. Our dog received a lovely welcome there or will go to Sir Henry’s. Always great food and dog is very welcome.

Popped in for some dinner after shopping at Lakeside. Jemma served us and she was so friendly and attentive. Food was good with a nice relaxed atomosphere.

Just popped in for some quick food , and it arrived really quickly was very nice and reasonably priced. Service was excellent from the chap who saw us to our table and our server Ronnie J, both really friendly.

Today on the 9th March Willow farm held a Mother’s Day cream tea. Sandwiches, cakes, scones, Prosecco , tea and coffee I went with my husband, 4 of my grown children, 2 of my grandchildren, my mother in law and my mum. The food was amazing and plentiful. The staff make your time special and nothing is ever too much trouble. It’s not our first time eating here… they are always consistent with their great food and hospitality. Thank you so much for an amazing time and making our day special

Hot food, great atmosphere and helpful staff! Our kids love it here as they always get a little surprise like balloons, colouring and even a little hug from the staff.

We were staying at the Premier Inn so we had our Breakfast and our Evening Meals here the staff were always very welcoming and the food was served hot. Even when they were busy the staff were very good at their Jobs and nothing was too much trouble

We had a excellent time today at willows farm we was celebrating my dad's 94th Birthday 🎂 first time his been out for 6 month due to ill health but is making a speedy recovery now. Thanks to Terry our waiter who helped make our day special with his friendly banter and kindness shown to my dad. 10 out of 10 for service. Big thank you Terry .

We had a booking for 12 people, food and service was great no delays even though they were very busy and very good value for money and finally a big thank you to Terry for looking after us and making sure our time there was very enjoyable.
