Only popped in for a coffee/sausage sandwich this time. Been lots before and always really good quality with tons of cake options. Always pleasant staff and owner. Want to try the late openings.

Wonderful place full of tasty food, so tasty it's hard to choose. From savouries to buns and hot and cold drinks including awesome milkshakes. They also do made to order birthday cakes. Only small inside, so best to book if you want to sit in but a lovely outdoor seating area. Can't wait to go again!

Small but perfectly perfect! We had a delicious lunch at The T-Post. I had a proper oven-baked potato with tuna mayo, which came with a good salad and complimentary slaw, and my husband had a veggie wrap with grilled halloumi and roasted Mediterranean veg, also with salad and slaw. The staff were friendly and efficient (despite clearly being very busy). The quality of the food was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. We had no room for dessert, so took home a couple of truly delicious sweet treats. Definitely recommended - but best to book!

Having had lunch at The T-post on Thursday, we came back for breakfast on Friday to set us up for a long journey. The breakfasts, both meat and vegetarian, were excellent: freshly cooked, generous and great quality. The service was also great: friendly and efficient. With no need to have lunch thereafter, we bought fabulous cakes for tea on our journey: heavenly! Call to book to eat in, as the cafe is small, or order food to take away. Definitely recommended.

A good cycling stop off. 2nd visit. Been busy both times, so not guaranteed a table. £3 for tea is a bit steep, but a good sized pot. The egg/hash brown/mushroom wrap is delicious. Good, efficient, friendly service.

1st visit to south Milford in air b&b fab village we booked breakfast at T Post Smokey gourmet grill. As a senior citizen I really never thought I could be wowed by a breakfast at this age ! Proved wrong at T Post, food incredible tasty hot & the owner & staff were just so truly attentive caring and friendly above and beyond any place myself and my partner have experienced we are well Travelled too. We ate there both mornings of our stay also purchased yummy produce to take home from the local bakery to die for scones and cheesecakes. Thank you for a fab experience we will be back . Michelle x

We bought takeaway afternoon teas for our daughters nesting party.( Grandson number 2 on the way)The boxes were wonderful, fresh sandwiches, toasted wrap, quiche and lovely sausage rolls and plenty of lovely coleslaw.In addition there were cream scones and lots of other really nice sweet treats.We also bought extra cheesecake which was incredible.Would highly recommend.On pick up I had chance to see lunch time food freshly prepared and looking lovely. The service was a delight and despite a busy time the staff were lovely .

Fantastic experience from being greeted when we arrived to buying our delicious cake treats when we left. Breakfast was amazing, great quality products, piping hot and freshly made, really impressed with poached eggs! Staff were really friendly, welcoming and attentive. Keep on doing what you are doing guys.

All home made food and variety of cakes. Gets busy so best to book. Outdoor area is sheltered and heaters so it's snug. Service great and good choice of food freshly cooked

I have visited T Post many times, each time the service gets worse. Food is good, but the women staff managing the seating and service are nothing more than rude, bossy and unfriendly. Particularly the woman managing during lunch today. Some of my family have already stopped going, I too have decided not to visit again. Remember, without customers you have no business.

Great food and service. One of the best burgers ever and has milkshake both with loads of options. There is a sweet shop as well to top it all off. Well worth the trip to South Milford

Me & the wife called here on the way to the East Coast to catch up with friends, we had a lengthy journey from Falmouth to home 9 hours the previous day. With no food in, only one stop to get breakfast at the T-post, few changes since our last visit, always a friendly greeting on arrival, nice and early, 1 large & 1 Regular breakfast with 2 lovely cappuccinos just hit the spot and set us up for the day ahead. Had to take two LARGE cream scones with us to share at our friend's, B E A U T I F U L is too kind Delightful - Gorgeous - Scrumptious 😋 are few other words to describe the scones 5* amongst other delights until next time, no doubt whilst I'm out cycling, keep up the great work. Only a small venue, so it might be worth booking if you don't go regularly. Not a hotel, but in & outside seating.

We stayed here for two nights for a friends wedding in August. Great little guest house, had absolutely everything we needed. Went to the cafe for take out breakfast on Saturday. Absolutely beautiful. Cakes are delightful and the staff couldn’t have been anymore helpful. Definitely recommend to friends and family if they need a place to stay.

The TPost is a very popular place for eating in or takeaway. The village location is lovely, (but please be considerate if having to drive & park.) The food is always made fresh & worth a little wait. The service is always amazing even at the busiest times. I would definitely recommend booking in advance. Never had a bad experience & would highly recommend.

Good value, excellent home cooked food, friendly service and pleasant village setting. Outdoor seating area is a bonus in good weather. I've visited many times without booking and the team has always done its best to find space for me whenever possible. It hardly seems fair (see a recent review) to criticise a business for being too popular.

Been to Tpost a number of times now after been introduced by my cousin, also had a two custom cheesecakes as birthday gifts, always been amazing. Wonderful staff, in a clean and friendly atmosphere! The outside area is a lovely lil space too and well equipped for outdoor dining! Can’t recommend enough.

One of our favourite places to eat and we are so lucky to have it near by, we have friends and family who travel over 40 min to visit. Excellent food 👌 impecable service. Yes, it gets busy! It’s super popular 😋 specially at peak times (we usually visit at lunch time) so make sure to book your table if that’s what you want, if fully booked, we have previously been happy to take our food away as it NEVER disappoints.

A friend and I regularly meet at T Post. We book every time as it’s so busy, but they try their utmost to accommodate you if you don’t. It is unbelievable how they turn out such delicious food either eat in or take away from the small premises. At Christmas we had an afternoon tea but I had forgotten to mention my allergy to orange never thinking it would be a problem on hearing, Declan went outside and baked me a plain scone instead of the Christmas flavoured ones. I didn’t even ask!! They deserve every one of the 5stars.

Some Saturday lunch times before headed down to South Milford Cricket Club for the weekly game I often pre-order my favourite chicken pesto club just before I set off from home (a couple of miles away). Always hot and fresh ready on my arrival, or very swiftly after. Never more than 25 minutes wait which is perfect timing and always delicious whilst sat on the boundary in the sunshine (or drizzle). Often feel silly for just pre-ordering a single takeaway sandwich - and requesting it cut in half for ease of eating, but can never leave empty handed. Often with a sausage roll for the umpire and a sweet for later in the afternoon. Absolutely delicious food, both eaten in and taken away. The quality is never different. Would definitely recommend.

We have visited here many times. It's one of the few places that is dog friendly and serves exceptional food. The staff are really attentive and friendly. It's very popular for these reasons and so would be ridiculous to mark it down like a previous reviewer has because they couldn't get a table! It's five stars all the way from me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I can not rate the T-Post high enough, the breakfast was amazing. Presented well, tasted fantastic and plenty of everything for a great price. The atmosphere is perfect for a meet uo with friends, family or work related meeting. The staff are polite, welcoming and really do go above and beyond. On other occasions when passing I've not been able to resist the milkshakes they do! And the cakes and treats are unreal. Even at busy times the staff remain friendly and continue to give unbeatable service. Keep doing exactly what your doing Declan and team T-Post! I will be back very soon!

I’m going to offer a balanced review here, because your experience at T-Post will depend on when you visit. If you book ahead for a table or, for takeaway, if you arrive at a quiet time you’ll enjoy wonderful service and excellent food. On the other hand, if you walk in and it’s busy, you’ll be (understandably) asked to wait or turned away if it looks like a table will not be available anytime soon. However if you opt for a takeaway you will get good food nonetheless. Extra points for being so close to the park where you can enjoy a lovely al fresco dining experience! Because of my excellent experiences here, 5/5 is the only fair rating I can offer.

There is a reason why this place is so highly reviewed and that is because it is simply fantastic. I am so happy we have somewhere this wonderful in the village that cooks such marvellous food! Staff are always so lovely and smiley, always up for a chat. Food is bloody beautiful and never ever disappoints, it’s everything you want & more. Bakery stuff is also beautiful, had a good couple of stuff from there on separate occasions and I genuinely believe you cannot get better 🖤 amazing quality and prices! If you’re thinking of giving T Posts a try, then definitely do!

No words for this place. Dined there last night, and enjoyed a sensational double smash burger. We pigged out a bit, and brought home scones, which are a joke, they are that good. The service was sensational, such lovely people. We saw this place vlogged on YouTube, and we just had to try it. What a magnificent thing it is.

Stayed at the TPost B&B for 9 months after our house fire.Declan and family made us so welcome and allowed us to make the B&B our home.Nothing was too much trouble .Perfect hosts.We can’t thank Declan and Angela enough,they were so kind,always there for us.Thankyou so much for everything you did for us and for allowing us to keep our dog with us.We will always remember how kind you were to us at such a difficult time..And of course the T Post cafe is superb.Definitely 5 star.Cannot thank you enough,nothing was too much trouble.Truly lovely people.Thankyou,thankyou,thankyou.xx

Recently moved into the area and we stopped and had the most amazing hot chocolate and bacon sandwich. Staff were lovely and the cakes inside looked incredible. Will definitely be bringing my friends and family here.

Had my 1st Super Large Breakfast Here whilst I was at work in the area. Parked the van outside, ordered my sandwiche with a lovely cup to coffee, super hot latte, strolled to the van, and started my mini cuisine, then was asked for a business card by one of your customers so super win win for both of us.

Really lovely afternoon tea at t post. We weren’t able to get there until quite late on the Saturday but the team were able to fit us in. Happy to accommodate “preferences” around no butter on sandwiches which was much appreciated. As ever the tea was fab. Lovely mix of sandwiches, wraps and other savouries plus two layers of sweet treats. We all ended up taking home a “doggie box” and enjoyed a second round of cake the day after. Definitely would recommend

T-Post is a fabulous place to go no matter the time of day. Declan and his team are incredibly friendly and helpful and there’s always something for everyone. I’ll always choose T-Post over other local cafe’s. The birthday cakes we’ve had over the last couple of years are beyond amazing - super tasty and the team have been great at taking my crazy ideas and turning them into reality. All recipients of the cakes - teens to 70 year olds - have been impressed with cakes too.

We found this gorgeous place a few yrs ago, Thursday night used to be pizza night 😍 Since then I've been with friends for catch ups, family for a cheeky little cuppa and cake! It's in a lovely location, fab outdoor seating area (undercover) and the staff are always so lovely 🥰 All of this is a little icing on the cake for the amazing food right through from the breakfast bagels to chicken wraps BUT the sweet treats are definitely what makes this place extra sweet! Always a variety to suit everybody, freshly made and each one utterly divine! Highly recommended by all of us 😍

OMG this is the ultimate indulgent food frenzy. From traditional fan favourites, full English breakfasts to delicious homemade sausage rolls! I’ve visited TPost various of times. The food is always lovely n tasty. The Gourmet evening menu is a must, tasty burgers that melt in your mouth. The treats cabinet is always filled with delicious cakes/buns that are a little different to any other bakeries etc If you’ve not been before, try it. You can eat in or takeaway.

The first time I went to Tpost, I was seven months pregnant. I used to walk two miles to get coffee from them. One day, I was craving something sweet and tried their cake scone, which was absolutely delicious. I ate so many treats from Tpost that I gave birth to a big, chunky baby, whom I started calling Potato. Tpost designed his first birthday cake and has made all our family's celebration cakes since then. I've been going to Tpost for three years now, and I can't pick a favorite item—they're all fantastic. The whole Tpost team is brilliant. Many times, after dropping off my boys at nursery, I'd go for coffee at 8:15, and Dec would always please me with a coffee, never saying, "We're not open yet." They know exactly what coffee or treat I like. They are all incredibly lovely. Tpost feels like part of my family. Both my boys always love going there. Thank you so much, Tpost, for making mouth-watering treats, great coffee, and most importantly, for always having beautiful smiles on the faces of the entire staff.

I recently discovered this place last year and I've used it constantly since then! Every item I've had has been delicious and I've eaten across the ranges of breakfast, lunch, cakes and even the takeaway on Fri/Sat night. All items have been of the highest quality and I always crave more as soon as I've finished. I don't even live locally but make special trips there to enjoy the quality eats and good service. I recommend to all my friends. ❤️

A nice small establishment! Been coming for years and it's always been good. We had a takeaway gourmet grill tonight. Ordering online was straightforward and good value. However we had a slight issue with our meal, the customer service to rectify this was great which is why I'm leaving 5 stars! Ended up with with a really tasty meal and happy tums all round. Looking forward to the next time we come. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Me and my wife went for afternoon tea after hearing how good this place was, and it didn't disappoint! Lovely food, really nice staff, we could not finish everything so they kindly offered us a box to take home what we had left over, even bought the kids some cakes from the counter when we left, Dec gave us a full run down on what each cake was, highly recommended.

I just wanted to send some feedback after tonight’s order from you! Just WOW! After struggling a few times to get a time slot we chanced it tonight and luckily there were 2 left. The food was outstanding and was better than one of our favourite burger restaurants. So so so impressed and will be ordering again soon!! We bought a cake from here for my step dads 70th Birthday and it was absolutely delicious and looked amazing! The customer service from ordering to collecting the cake was first class! This isn’t the first time we have ordered celebration cakes from here and it certainly won’t be the last!

Lovely tearoom with a good choice of cakes and a simple savoury menu which is always served hot and well cooked. I had the Cajun chicken with halloumi which was delicious.

Popped up frequently as an advert on Facebook, thought we try it. It's a small venue, maybe three tables inside, but there's some outdoor roofed overhead heated seating space, probably ideal for the summer. Not to be fazed we sat outside where we had table service. Staff lovely and chatty and attentive. They pointed out that there was overhead heating for each table.. At the push of a button, on a minute timer (bit of a pain continously hitting the button to stay warm) We ordered from their lunchtime menu having missed breakfast cut off by five minutes (our mistake, not theirs) My partner requested tea to drink and a Belting Bagel. Myself, i plumped for the Chiabatta toasted steak sandwich with onions with seasoned skin on fries, peppercorn sauce and slaw on the side. Cappuccino coffee to drink. All looked wonderfully presented. Eyes bigger than our bellies we took home two desserts to eat later. Total price £35 Wife wants to go back next weekend.

We visited the T Post today for afternoon tea having read the fantastic reviews it receives. Everything was good, the food, atmosphere and service. It was slightly chilly where we were sat and one of the staff thought it might be so she offered us warm blankets if we needed them which was a lovely touch. We were brought finger sandwiches, mini sausage rolls and quiche with crisps and homemade coleslaw which was delicious, then a selection of sweet treats and a huge warm scone! Unfortunately couldn't manage the scone as we were full so the waitress brought us a box and tubs of jam and cream to go. It is obviously a popular place to go as there was a steady stream of people buying takeaway savouries and pastries, we will definitely visit again.

Called in for a takeaway coffee , really friendly staff and a very welcomed hot drink after my fresh cold afternoons walk .
