I loved TGI Fridays, however the menu is so small now I struggled to find anything I liked. I love chicken sesame strips and luckily they’re still on the menu. My family had chicken burgers, which were both over cooked, the salad was old and no sauce on burgers. All the meals were very expensive so probably won’t return. It was very dark in the restaurant which would be ok for the evening but this was the afternoon. Our waitress was lovely although we weren’t offered any sauces.

We went for my sons 10th birthday party after Funstation and the staff were amazing!! Sophie went above and beyond to deliver a fantastic experience with a surprise birthday cake and hip birthday song. My son was thrilled!! The food was delicious and they even made balloon models. Will be back again for sure!

Tried out the new weekday service wins - endless Wednesday wings. I would 100% recommend. The service was super fast and the staff allowed you to order your next set of wings after you receive your first plate. We were sat by a lovely young lady, who also got us our drinks and ordered us our first set of wings. We was then served for the rest of our evening by Dylan J, very polite, helpful and generous young man - who always had a smile on his first. Really warming calming personality, just what you need after a long day at work! He was great and helpful throughout. Thanks TGI!

Slow at being seated. 1 of the 4 starters was forgotten even though taken by the manager due to an allergy and 1 starter came out cold. Bill came and charged twice for the cold starter. Food not bad just lacks cate and customer focus.

La comida era deliciosa y los estándares de Covid estaban en su lugar con un sistema unidireccional, el desinfectante de manos y los estándares de limpieza eran altos. ¡Estaría 100% feliz de volver! Hemos visitado varios TGI Fridays en Manchester y siempre han sido menos de lo esperado, ¡pero había llegado a la sucursal de Nottingham en un santiamén!

Costillas geniales, pollo con sésamo excelente, acompañamientos y bebidas. . . . genial.Sin embargo. . . demasiada gente llenó el restaurante considerando la situación actual en el mundo. Reservamos un stand, terminamos con una mesa pequeña con muy poco espacio. Otros comensales se sentaron apenas a un metro de nosotros, posiblemente a menos de un metro.Un personal amable y servicial que hace lo mejor que puede, pero creo que deberían dejar entrar a menos personas en este momento.

Visité TGI Fridays para cenar con la familia. 2 de nosotros llegamos muy tarde y asumimos que no sostendrían la mesa, sin embargo, nos sorprendió gratamente que lo hicieran. Nuestro servicio fue rápido, la comida era deliciosa y regularmente preguntamos si queríamos bebidas adicionales, etc.James fue nuestro camarero y realmente hizo todo lo posible para asegurarse de que nuestra visita fuera genial. Vinimos aquí hacia el final de nuestro día en la ciudad y volvimos a comer fuera por primera vez en mucho tiempo. ¡Fue realmente bueno! Estaba preocupado de que nos rechazaran ya que reservamos una habitación, pero la anfitriona nos reservó y al instante tuvimos una mesa. Pedimos que nos cambiaran porque estábamos justo al lado de la puerta, pero fueron muy serviciales. Tuve el pollo Seasme y fue mucho mejor de lo que esperaba. La esposa tenía la hamburguesa a la barbacoa y también disfrutó mucho. Los precios están un poco por encima del promedio, pero la calidad de la comida coincide con lo que no puedo quejarme mucho.Además, fue uno de los únicos lugares como este que realmente abrió un cajero automático, ¡así que fue genial verlo!

Estafa absoluta, no vayas aquí, solo desperdiciarás tu dinero. Al final de un largo día que involucró un poco de viaje, mis 2 hijas y yo necesitábamos una buena comida para complementar mi cumpleaños. TGI Fridays nos brindó eso con una sonrisa y un gran servicio. Sorcha nos atendió, que no pudo hacer lo suficiente para asegurarse de que tuviéramos una experiencia fabulosa, y nos dio muchas recomendaciones de cosas que hacer en Nottingham para impulsar. I was really surprised and very disappointed to see that apart from spacing out Some tables, absolutely nothing has been done to protect staff and customers. Why are the staff not wearing masks or visors as per government guidelines?? Not good enough.

Had a lovely meal at TGIs before Boys are Back concert in Royal Concert Hall. Friday night and busy but staff were attentive and answered questions re. Vegan products.

We visited this chain of TGI’s the other day for dinner as we hadn’t been for a while.Very pleased that nothing has changed.... apart from one of the menus as you can now have a selected 2 or 3 course option and as it happens both my preferred starters and mains were on there which means my starter was really free.We went for the Mozzarella Sticks and Half a Rack of Ribs and the Jack Daniels Chicken and a Full Rack of Ribs.The food was just superb, Ribs were so tender and fell off the bone. Just like in America!Our waitress Georgie, was excellent. Really efficient, friendly and professional.Overall still a favourite of ours and would certainly recommend.

6 of us met up for a coworkers birthday and surprised them by going for a meal at TGI Fridays Nottingham - everyone loved their mains and deserts and the staff were so lovely!!! They really made us laugh and were super accommodating, always making sure to fill our drinks and keep us happy! They even threw in some free cocktails and a birthday cake slice for the birthday boy! Absolutely loved it!!! Would highly recommend ;)

5 of us came here for dinner for my daughters birthday, you receive a free cocktail with every main meal & the birthday girl got a piece of birthday cake with a candle in. I ordered the crispy duck salad which was delicious & very filling, all the food seemed to be good & my daughter felt adequately fussed over, all of us really enjoyed the evening. Slight downside was the time waiting to grab someone’s attention for extra things & to pay the bill.

I think TGI’s is always lovely with good portion sizes, go back again and again for the flavoursome food - however just wanted to leave a review for our amazing service from Ferhat C who was so attentive throughout the meal without being overbearing! Thank you very much Ferhat!

My sister, my dad and I went to Nottingham to watch a film and we booked a table in advance. The film slightly overran and we were 10 minutes late. On arrival at the restaurant we were informed that it was company policy that after 15 minutes any booked tables are given away. We were offered a table in the bar area, which was cleaned by a rather grumpy waiter who barked at us to stand up. We were disappointed but we agreed however the bar area started to fill up with adults and the language and behaviour of some individuals started to upset myself and my sister as we are only 9 and 12 years old. When we ordered food the waitress couldn't take the order as I have a nut allergy and it had to be done my the managers. This added another 10 minutes to the order and when she did arrive she just asked us exactly the same as the waitress ! At this point the noise in the bar area was really loud and all manner of people decided to put glasses on our table. It was only quarter to six at this point! I didn't want to stay anymore and my sister and I were disappointed as we were so looking forward to a meal in TGIs as we have had great experiences in the past. There was plenty of other tables but they were never offered to us until we decided to leave. The only saving grace was that they didn't charge us for the two waters and one sprite that we had ordered.

We arrived at TGI Fridays at 22:25 on Sunday evening ... amazingly enough it was the only place in the area other than tacky fast food open on a Sunday evening. Only 3 of us out for a meal, we were greeted by one of the “less than happy to be there” staff.Table for 3 we said, restaurant was still quite busy.“We don’t serve after 22:30”Oh really, what time to you close?“23:30 she says”Well lucky for us it’s only 22:25 - phewSo can we have a table for 3 please?“No I just told you we don’t serve after 22:30”It’s 22:25“My watch says 22:30 so no more tables I’m sorry”Classic customer service .... how to look after customers by TGI Fridays. Next time will go to KFC, at least they can be bothered to feed you.Poor show TGI Nottingham ... you’re restaurant continues to disappoint.

Lovely food and great service as always. Had to wait a while for the good but it was worth it. Really good.

Great service as always but some of their meals are not great value for price. The creamy cajun pasta with shrimp is £11.49. It is a bowl of pasta with a bit of veg, not very flavoursome and 5 smallish shrimp (which when questioned with the staff is the correct number of shrimp). Order something else would be my advice if you don't want to be disappointed.

Ate here in December with my teenage daughter. TGIs is my favourite place to eat but was slightly disappointed this time. No full fat coke/Pepsi anywhere just diet! I don’t like diet drinks and I don’t really drink alcohol so was a real shame. I enjoy a coke/Pepsi with my meal and find it annoying that companies are taking my choice away.I ordered the salmon but waitress came back to say it was sold out! At 12 o clock on Saturday lunchtime! Ate at the Leicester branch a week later with proper coke and salmon! Much better!

Booked here for my birthday 2-3 weeks in advance. Arrived at restaurant to be told they have a gas leak and an engineer is on site . I asked why I was not contacted to be made aware of this to be told we tried to contact you !? After checking my phone he then back tracked and said they didn’t save a number for me . Was told we could wait at the bar . Gas leaks happen but the way they handled the situation was poor.

The food and staff were lovely, we had 3 courses for £22.99 which was definitely worth the money. A couple of orders were mixed up but other than that, I cannot fault this place, great atmosphere, lovely staff.

We dined here on Saturday before we headed off to see Michael Buble so we wanted fast service and filling food. We had booked to go to Georges but they had a fire and cancelled our booking, so we searched the internet for an alternative place. We spotted TGI Friday and saw they had an offer for three courses for £22.99. The price included steak and if booked online you also received a free glass of processco. We turned up and the place was packed, we were a little early but still we were seated fast. We picked our food and the starter turned up really quick, we waited a while for drinks but it was busy so we didn't want to complain. I had to remind our waitress about the free processco but again nothing really to go mad about. The food was plentyful and was tasty, faultless food. We did recieve the wrong desert but we sent it back and got a speedy replacement. Nothing at all to complain about, the food was what we expected and it was bargain for the price. We will visit TGI Fridays again.

I really like the food in TGI Fridays, but we never got that far on this occasion. When we entered the restaurant it was quiet, we stood for 5 minutes before a miserable waitress approached us and said she would be with us soon. Then when she returned she asked us to wait at the bar whilst she got a table ready. 10 minutes later she hadn’t returned, so we left. I hate think what it would be like if they were busy.

We had the most lovely visit to TGI for a friends birthday! The staff were incredibly friendly and Georgie was especially fabulous! Especially serving a table of so many, would definitely visit again x

Booked a table on line so no waiting. Attentive staff very helpful as I have a food intolerance, manager checked with chef, no problem or fuss. Food excellent, very busy as you would expect at Saturday lunch time. Drinks served without delay, food took a while but plenty to watch, vibrant atmosphere especially the kids with their model balloons.

Food is always really tasty and lovely from this branch. We have yet to have a bad meal or bad service.

We went as a family of 4 we was given a table straight away and go an menus we ordered drinks and they came with in 5 minutes we ordered food which then took 45 minutes...and I wouldn't mind but we all order grilled chicken which for a not take 45 minutes we was very disappointed as this was our first trip to TGI and the food was not great for the amount it cost will not be returning...

We visited as a large party on Saturday night. The service to start with was OK; however, as the night went on it got progressively worse. All of the food came out apart from 2 dishes which we had to wait 15 minutes after everyone else got theirs with no updates on where it was or how much longer it would take. At the end of the night we got a half-hearted apology for the delay where our waitress said it wasn’t her fault as she put it through correctly. If we had been kept updated and not felt as though we were just forgotten by our waitress it would have been a completely different story.

La última vez que visité aquí fue hace 5 años con mi hijo, esta vez estaba con mi esposa antes de pasar por el camino a la sala de conciertos real.Este no es un lugar tranquilo para comer, hay música y mucho ruido ambiental, pero un gran ambiente con la sensación de una cena estadounidense.La comida está bien preparada y abundante. Tenía el costillar de costillas que se derrumbó, estaban perfectamente preparadas, también hacen postres para compartir, lo cual fue genial, ya que tanto mi esposa como yo estábamos bastante llenos del plato principal.Tienen un bar completo y hacen cócteles.Así que vale la pena intentarlo

Visitamos TGI los viernes, un viernes por la noche antes de un concierto. De acuerdo, era un viernes por la noche y estaba lleno, pero aunque la comida en sí era encantadora, el servicio general era desesperadamente lento.Incluso cuando queríamos irnos, tomó 2 intentos y otra larga espera antes de que finalmente recibiéramos la factura. Luego otra espera, lo que significa que nos perdimos el inicio del concierto.Como dije, la comida era buena, pero el precio y el servicio no me alentaron a volver corriendo.

I work in the industry myself and my colleagues and I have problem we call "the disease". This means we are always picking up things that could end up with a bad customer experience. But I a Pleased to say, even though when i visited it was very busy. Aaron and Temisha gave superb service and any problem I had was dealt with, with the best service possible.

Have been to this tgi’s numerous times and never disappointed. Always have great food and service. The staff always go out their way to make you feel welcome. This time we tried the combo platters, ribs, steak and prawns, it was lovely. Will be back again.

It can take years to get seated and decades after that before you get served. When you finally do get the food you ordered, it is actually pretty nice. It's not cheap but it's not high-end. The kind of place you would go for your seventeenth birthday party and have a nice time. Ironically, it's more expensive and stressful to eat here on a Friday due to it being full price and busy. So maybe Friday's isn't the most appropriate name for this place after all.

I only tried this place for the first time last week and it was really good ,the food was awesome. First we were greeted with smiles and sat at the bar and had a buzzer to tell us when to go to our table which was only around 10 minutes realised I knew the manager arron from years back I barely recognised him .I had burger and fries sweet potatoe to be precise and the wife had the same but normal fries ,the taste was great and the waitress couldn't do enough for us .can I top up your drink ? Do you want any more sauces ? Is everything ok even asked us what we were up to next ,great food great service will be back

Fui a TGI sobre las 12 de la noche. Lo encontramos muy ruidoso donde estábamos sentados, pero lo mencionó y el personal no pudo hacer lo suficiente para encontrarnos en otro lugar para sentarnos. First visit. Wasn’t that impressed. Food was quickly served but the food was pretty basic and for the price it was not good! Nachos were good to start but veggie burgers not great to the point two of us only hate half. The biggest complaint I have about this place is that we was seated next to a table of 12....who had at least four small children who were literally consistently screaming and running around. I totally get that this is a family restaurant but the noise was ridiculous and obviously disturbing a lot of people who were eating, but staff did or said nothing - ruined the total experience.

We were seated fast, family of 4 with an 8 year old.Service was very good and the food even better. We had a steak, ribs and burgers. All were great and the JD sauce is a big plus always at TGIs.Some TGIs arent as good as others, this one is on point

Went tonight and had some Friday’s Wings, never tried them before but they were cracking. Waitress was nice and friendly, always a good atmosphere at TGI’s. Great meal.

We were a party of 3 adults on a Tuesday evening. The restaurant is well located in the city centre and quite big inside. We were greeted and shown to a table. We chose from the 2 course for £10.99 menu which had a decent number of options. The waitress was very pleasant, but the food was very slow in coming out. Then all the lights went out!! We were told there had been technical issues and that our main courses could take another 40 minutes after the power was restored. We were given the option to pay for what we had eaten or to wait with a free round of drinks - we waited. It wasn’t too long and the food when it arrived was decent. Because of the power issues the bill included our meals twice - which I was disappointed that the restaurant staff didn’t spot before presenting us with the bill. But it was quickly resolved and we paid £53 plus tip for 3 starters and mains, 2 large cocktails and a soft drink (plus another round of drinks on the house because of the power issues). Good value in my opinion.
