As a vegan, I was quite excited by their menu choice - the 90% plant-based claim was certainly something ambitious but isn’t being lived up to within the store. Our fries came with cheese on it which is a cross contamination that not even McDonald’s creates - I suppose it was missed in the quality check which for the claims they have on the menu is quite unacceptable. The drinks we wanted to buy were all unavailable. The two hotdogs we had were overpriced and inedible. The mustard was somehow very spicy which meant my sister couldn’t finish hers at all. For the portion size and what you get - it’s not worth the money. The service is still pretty mediocre (like revive was) but this time they charge double the price and provide war ration portions. At least our drinks were taken off the bill because the servers clearly recognised that switch didn’t provide… a shame because the prices before they changed to beyond and moving mountain ranges were actually pretty competitive (and forgivable for revives past errors) and a reason we used to come. Vegans like vegetables too (the veggie panini in the past was perfectly acceptable)- it doesn’t always have to be the trending patties. Unfortunately, and sadly - likely won’t come again.

Nice menu, reasonable pricing and entertainment for the kids which is ideal. Warm and welcoming and really nice environment

Limited menu, ordering system didn’t work, disinterested staff, slow service. AVOID Moving to be a default Vegan café following an arty fatty theme

We had a nice walk and wanted to stop for a good cup of coffee. This coffee shop appeared on our way and it looked too good and too cozy not to go in. We were greeted with a warm smile by Daniela. She explained to us the story behind the menu change and attentivity service that's quite unique in the area. Shame we couldn't try the food but we're looking forward to coming back soon.

I enjoyed a warm welcome and fabulous food when I met for a business meeting recently. Carmen looked after us. She was friendly and helpful; even provided a plaster for the finger I cut just before I joined a colleague for lunch.

The Craftsman Café & Bar is an absolute gem in the heart of Warwick! From the moment you walk through the door, you’re welcomed by a warm, friendly atmosphere that perfectly blends the charm of a café with the relaxed vibe of a bar. The décor is stylish yet cozy, making it an ideal spot whether you’re grabbing a coffee, enjoying brunch, or winding down with a drink in the evening. The menu is fantastic—thoughtfully curated with delicious options for both food and drinks. The coffee is top-notch, the food is fresh and flavorful, and the selection of beers, wines, and cocktails means there’s something for every taste. The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, creating a laid-back yet polished experience. A huge shoutout to the Khriz behind the bar, who’s clearly poured so much passion into making The Craftsman a standout venue in Warwick. It’s become one of my favorite spots, and I couldn’t recommend it more—whether you’re a local or just passing through, this is the place to go!
