I have just enjoyed a fabulous afternoon tea at Sweet Sensations. Being dairy intolerant means that I often miss out when our group is going for an afternoon tea. By prior arrangement Sweet Sensations made me a dairy free afternoon tea. My tea had all the elements of the usual afternoon tea and tasted delicious. All the afternoon teas comprised a generous serving of mixed sandwiches, a variety of cakes, scones and a good supply of tea and coffee. This was served in a pretty and comfortable envrionment. This is a proper old-fashioned tea room. Lovely home made cakes, light lunches, all delicious. They also make beautiful occasion cakes at a really good price. Can't recommend them highly enough. Beats Costa any day...

Went in for lunch. Staff are lovely and the food is quite delicious. I had a Cornish pasty my partner had a sausage roll, both were hot and really nice. It has very pretty decor. Well worth a visit

The lady made a very last minute birthday cake for my sons 6th birthday.... it was absolutely beautiful the taste and look my son enjoyed it so much so did all the guests thanks a lot I will definitely be recommending to people xxxx

Great place to meet friends for delicious coffee and cakes. They also make speciality cakes for birthdays etc. Lovely friendly staff too.

I am a regular visitor at Sweet Sensations - this is a family run tea shop; almost everything is made on site and is fresh. There is a wonderful selection of light lunches all prepared to order. And the cakes are simply to die for. The staff are very friendly. Definitely recommend it!

Visited for an afternoon tea treat for my cousin who was over from Australia. I had been here before but just for a quick cuppa and piece of cake. The Afternoon tea was simply divine. Sandwiches, prosecco, scones with plenty of cream and jam, and an assortment of cakes with as much tea or coffee as you want. The ladies are lovely, helpful and friendly.Loved it and will definitely do it again.

As soon as you walk in the door, it's like a welcoming step back in time. We had afternoon tea and it was delicious!

A small coffee shop with a lovely atmosphere. A great place to get coffee or lunch. Very quiet when I visited.

Visited this wonderful friendly tea room after purchasing an afternoon tea gift voucher for a friends birthday , lovely friendly staff , nice clean tastefully decorated room ,with different little bits n bobs to purchase ,now to the best bit , lovely old fashioned tea n china ,the food was so tasteful ,clearing the sandwiches ,we went on to the cake n scone stand ,which was amazing ,such a wonderful homemade variety , so much so we couldn't eat them all ,and we are lets say" Big food lovers" so decided to take what we couldn't eat home ,but feeling guilty ,I had to treat the other half to a large chunk of bread pudding that looks n smells amazing ,and then my eyes wondered to the homemade sausage rolls how could I resist taking one home . I could go on and on about the wonderful selection of cakes in the cabinet ,but I wont ,GO SEE FOR YOURSELF ....just a little tip ,wear loose clothing as your sure to gain a pound or two ,also parking opposite too ,which we know for next time .

We all love the tea and cakes in Sweet Sensations. There is always a vast choice and even my kids have trouble choosing. I also need to try the savoury choices for lunch which sound delicious.Service always very friendly and we wish you all the best for your new venture.

We stumbled across this lovely place for lunch. The staff were very welcoming & accommodating for different dietary needs. Highly recommend the homemade quiche.

Have visited this delightful tea room 3 times now and all occasions were great. Had a lovely lunch here with a friend of homemade sausage rolls and salad, and have also been here for tea and cakes. Food is very high standard, the cakes are delicious and the blended teas are amazing. Staff are very friendly and accommodating . Cosy and comfortable interior with a great atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit!

A very nice welcome awaits you here charming tea rooms offering home made cakes and savories nice selection of drinks.may not be the cheapest but probably fresh home style cooking comes at a price

I've visited Sweet Sensations Eats and Treats Ltd several times already and it's so lovely. The decor is beautiful and really tastefully done. The menu has a wide and varied selection. A lot of homemade choice, including the quiches and sausage rolls which are delicious. The homemade cakes are absolutely amazing and well worth trying. So many different flavours as well! The staff are very friendly, warm and welcoming and can't do enough for you. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Wow, friendly staff wonderful food. Had one of there great homemade sausage rolls which were very tasty. The choice of cakes was huge and prices very reasonable . Will be back again.

Went twice in the opening week - had a sweet day with cake and a savoury day with cheese scones and chutney. Both were perfect - fresh and delicious. Tea and coffee with loads of choices and the atmosphere and ambience these ladies have created is perfect - it's friendly and relaxed as you expect from a real old fashioned tea shop - I'll be a regular and will recommend without hesitation :)
