Comportamiento absolutamente vergonzoso de un conductor de Safi Postres y Café, matrícula SE 15 WMY, Aproximadamente a las 12. 30 el 12 / 11 / 24. El conductor masculino no tiene en cuenta el hecho de que estaba forzando su salida de una carretera lateral en la carretera principal. Casi causando una colisión con mi coche. Cuando toqué mi bocina, su respuesta fue poner su brazo derecho por la ventana y darme una descarga si un dedo saluda. Gracias a Dios nunca visitó estas tiendas, si la conducción es algo para pasar. Got a waffle and milk shake 0 stars Waffle was freezing cold, milkshake was not a milkshake don’t know what it was. I have order from here many times before never had a problem until today .never order again lost my custom for life rip off £18 in the bin

Placed an order today through uber eats says buy one get one free I payed £9 od ridiculous and be warned phone number dosent work!!

The lady who just served me was so helpful and polite. Cake was absolutely gorgeous! Coupled with how lovely the service was I’m definitely going back 👍🏼❤️😋

I have visited the store this week and customer service was terrible,staff was rude and after asking for thier name ,they started bieng funny and said that I have no right to ask thier name and asking my name in funny disgraceful way ,after I have told my name ,one girl started laughing and other walk away shouted at me they were two against me and I was on my own and it was nearly like bullying the customer,they clearly have no respect for thier job and customers ,I have never experienced something like this iny life ever.I have ordered from them online few times and taste is not bad tbh , expensive though for what you get but still you can't complain about taste but customer service is below the average so I will never ever ordered from them again ,this shop is absolutely no for me

it was incredible. it tasted way better than other dessert shops i will definitely be coming here again with my whole family. prices are very reasonable considering how much chocolate there is my number 1 dessert shop in Liverpool. very very impressed.

Got cheese cake it was sweaty!! As it’s hot there fridge should be cold as this is dangerous as it was off!! And the cookie dough taste like bleach all vile waste of money!

I bought a Groupon to come here, after we'd walked around Sefton Park, Google says they open at 12pm, got here about half one and it was shut and shutters were down. Kids were not impressed! Either they've shut down or they need to update their Google listing and stop inconveniencing & misleading customers. Groupon were great and refunded me. Annoying.

Delivery never arrived, didn’t answer phone, logged down they had completed the order via Deliveroo to prevent me getting a refund. Eventually answered phone after ringing off a different number and they said they took the order in error and to ring Deliveroo to try and get refund. Ridiculous.

The chocolate on the top of the waffle was not the original Nutella really, it tasted like oil. I was not satisfied with the service.

Watery milkshake. Didn't like it. It didn't even Taste fresh.Alsso the staff were staring at me and were talking to each other in another language, it was embarrassing.

Love the kinder bueno crepes... However need to invest in some kinder bueno praline!!! That would go down a treat!!! Yum

Me and my step dad got two crepes with ice cream. They were so good! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Came for a quick visit before doing the weekly shopping. Lovely place with great 'illy coffee' and refreshing caramel milkshake. Always smiling and friendly staff! Sophie was very knowledgeable about what to recommend. A must go in Toxteth!

I was very pleased with my trip to Sweet & Cheese as it did not disappoint! Fresh prepared waffles and delicious fruit covered in tasty chocolate! The ice cream was a real treat too! Would recommend and will be visiting again! I actually took one more home for my mum after eating here! Staff lovely too! Can’t wait to go back

After a long day in the city centre shopping could not think of nothing better than a crepe... haven’t been her before so decided to drop in and what a place it is! Great food for everyone, best place to visit if you’ve got the spear minutes and it delivers too!!! Recommend to anyone, we will be back!! 5*

Fab little shop with a massive choice of sweet treats. Gorgeous waffles and cheesecakes, presented well and made right in front of you by lovely staff. Must try!

Didn't expect such a massive and tasty waffle for the price! Pictured are Milky Way and Banana Waffles.. to be honest 1 would have been enough for the 2 of us.. but I did the polite thing and stuffed my face!

I ordered a coffee and my son ordered a waffle with Oreo. It was huge and every child's dream. The coffee was great and service fantastic. I would highly recommend this place to others.

If you like chocolate then this is the place for you. Every chocolate bar under the sun can be turned into a delicious dessert or shake. Good value hot drinks available too.

Very nice place, friendly and polite crew. I tried waffle and crepe from deferent waffle shop in Liverpool, but defiantly this one is the most delicious.

Have been here a few times now. Would highly recommend. Waffles are to die for, good choice of crepes waffles fillings shakes coffee. The staff are lovely. Either ear in take out or order on the app. It's a must
