Super food, great friendly place to take the family. Great facilities, squash, tennis, padel and a gym. Superb food and great bar.

Great local tennis club. International mens and womens grass court tournament every June, either the 1st or 2nd of the British grass court season. Winners in the last few years have gone on to reach quarter and semi finals at Wimbledon. Bar serves a wide range of drinks. Breakfast, lunch and dinner also served. Not fancy, mostly pub stabdards, but decent and reliable. In the summer in particular, it's a lovely place to go for breakfast and sit outside by the grass courts.

98 Richmond RoadOften go to watch Ransom playing at the Oak. It's a lovely venue that has good sound and a small stage for the band so you have better visibility. There is always a good audience and atmosphere (the one time someone in the venue was being out of order the landlord removed him promptly) and staff are always friendly and helpful. Also has a covered area outside for if you want more space or to watch football etc. If you like live music, definitely worth going to as they have some good bands on.

271 Hook Roadmixed bag really, potatoes were dry small and tough and few, carrots and gravy good, Beef nice portion and tender but tbh I didn't enjoy the flavours personally. wouldn't order that again unfortunately.
