found this place years ago, then forgot about it. now with my new jobs I walk past it a lot, and thought i try it again. Forgotten just how good they are. best breakfast around and opens early perfect for me after a night shift. lovely cup of tea too and really nice size sandwich at great prices. They do croissant too, that i swear taste and look home made. Yep I will be a regular from now on.

Great lunch spot, good sandwiches and well priced. Plenty of veggie options too.

Supersnacks is one of two venues I go to for food when I'm in Newcastle. Good food fresh promptly served good value. I endorse all the positive reviews on this site.

Great little independent sandwich shop. Had a hot sandwich made to order which was delicious. It was a bit on the pricey side but it was in the middle of Newcastle and I appreciate bills have to be paid. Much better than going to a chain eatery.

Full English Breakfast. A rare treat around here. Great vale.

Great local business serving good food. Small sit in area and fresh takeaway hot and cold sandwiches and snacks. Sensible prices and nice people.

On bikes, cold and needed a cuppa and something to fuel us wil while keeping our bikes in site. Veg samosas were great. Friendly service too.

Can't understand negative reviews on here... if you want high quality fresh food in a clean kitchen.. come here. If you want processed crap in soggy bread with far less for your money... go to greggs.

Mi mamá discapacitada y yo hemos ido aquí durante 2/3 años, siempre es un placer ir, vamos dos veces por semana. Siempre nos sentamos (ya que hay una mesa pequeña en la esquina), y debo decir que hemos hecho buenos amigos con la familia que lo dirige, la comida siempre es fresca, deliciosa y está bien de precio, muchos sándwiches deliciosos para elegir y pasteles caseros, esperamos nuestras visitas aquí y no iríamos a ningún otro lado. Personally I've always found the sandwiches to be great and the service absolutely fine. I've been sent with some strange requests in the past and they have always obliged. Try getting a fried egg yolk sandwich anywhere else (someone doesn't like egg white).

Very convenient for where I work but I'd rather walk 10 minutes than face the terrible customer service here. Too many times now I've felt like I've been troubling the staff here by buying their delicious, pre-made sandwiches. Don't bother, I'm done with them. Recommend sticking with Greggs.

Lovely sandwiches, lousy customer service. If I had a small business in the city centre I would do my best to make sure my customers came back. Left feeling I shouldn't have bothered twice now, won't be returning.

Usually pretty happy with this place but I don’t think £2.90 is acceptable for this much salmon. Can’t say I’ll be back anytime soon when other local sandwich shops do LITERALLY quadruple the filling for a similar price

Discovered this little gem several months ago and tend to go most Saturdays when I am in town. A great array of sandwiches and lovely homemade cakes. The owners are very friendly and personable and I always share a good conversation. Would highly recommend!

Four of us ( 2 vegetarians ) stopped here for lunch and sat at the bar stools by the front window. We all enjoyed our meal and it was VERY good value

Michael is simply rude. Twice now I've popped in for a hot sandwich in the afternoon. Apparently scrambled egg at 2pm in the afternoon is too weird for him. I won't go back.

Just outside the center is this sandwich shop. But what a good quality! Friendly people and low prices. Worth a recommendation.

I happened upon this place by chance. The bacon butty was so good, I ordered another! The coffee was great too. Extremely good value. A perfect start to my morning in Newcastle.

They might sell lovely sandwiches but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They manage basic manners but a smile seems to be completely out of the question and if you are brave enough to ask them to make you a specific sandwich then you really will know just how much of an inconvenience you are to them as a customer. At first I thought I had caught them on a bad day but after several visits to the shop I come away each time wishing I hadn't spent my money there. I won't be back in a hurry - not because the sandwiches aren't good, because they are ok, if a little over priced and sometimes mean with the filling - but because they are completely and utterly miserable! I mean really miserable, making me wonder why they ever set up a customer service business in the first place!

Really crazy combinations of fillings but once you get past that they taste so good and the staff are always so friendly, would definitely recommend

I have breakfast here at least a couple of times a week and have done since the place opened 4 years ago (they used to be on Mosley Street). First class, no nonsense, sensibly priced, fresh tasty food. Family run business, go here for the best breakfast in town ~ BAR NONE!

Popped in as we wanted a sandwich lunch. Always a bit nervous about ordering rolls when they are already made as I hate stale bread but no probs here, rolls were super fresh! Lovely sandwich, lovely soup, lovely staff and top hot chocolate.
