Superfry in Swindon

Fab fish and chip shop, would rate as one of the best in the town. Lovely tasty chunky meaty cod & great chips. We’ve had many takeaways from here over the years and never had a bad experience. Friendly staff - clean premises - good food. Would definitely recommend.

I have been coming here for quite a long time never a bad meal, hot and tasty .We usualy have a large cod and a sausage in batter with a curry sauce with mushy peas .

Awful chips half of them are undercooked and inedible, seriously how hard is it to get chips right! Avoid!!!

Stopped off for fish and chips , waited whilst being cooked. Had my doubts as fish looked nothing like its disposed, looked wrong and tasted worse. Wont be rushing back

Fish n chips cooked to order nice big piece of fish, mushy peas and gravy are nice too,chips are not greasy nice n fluffy

Often go here as it’s not far from my home, staff are always friendly, food is good, the chips are decent not like the usual soft mush you get out of chippy’s. You usually have to wait a few minutes but it’s worth it. The menu is plentiful & the curry sauce just tops the chips off.The only downside is the pies & pasties which if there’s not enough in the warmer then they are microwaved which makes the pastry soggy which I believe is the same as all other chippy’s, or you can give them a phone before hand & make sure there’re crispy.Well worth a go.

It's a good chip shop. Not a huge menu but that's said for chips and curry sauce it's a must. Really tasty and the chips have a nice crunch to them before the fluffy potato inside.

Would recommend this chip shop. The staff were very friendly. I had fish and chips the fish was freshly cooked and really nice. My partner had pie and chips and he really enjoyed it.

My partner went to get some food chips battered sausage, pees curry sauce. Chips were average pees were cold curry sauce was JUST about warm battered sausage was shocking. Best bit was the van of coke. Wouldn't bother.

Brought chicken and chips £6 small portion and chicken was red in middle but dry and crispy on outside.

Excellent wee chippy come cafe. Very clean with friendly staff. Good choice of excellent food that is not dripping in fat or oil.

Mi esposa y yo estábamos en la ciudad y queríamos algo diferente para el almuerzo y caminamos pasado 'Superfry' y fue como sí, vamos a hacer lo que hace.Al entrar se veía muy lindo y olía bien.Miramos el menú y pedimos dos Fishcake y patatas fritas para mí y mi esposa.Sólo esperamos a pocos minutos ...Como nos cortados en las croquetas estaban piedra fría en el medio. Los cuatro de ellos.Y mi esposa caminamos hasta la recepción y tranquilamente dijeron que el asistente en el recibo.Y nos sentamos en una mesa al lado de la puerta, y podíamos escuchar el chef gritos no frío hay bien, después colocarlas en el horno o microondas? No estoy seguro. No vimos.Él entonces gritó deberían ser mejor.El lugar estaba lleno y nos dio vergüenza ya que no quiero hacer una escena. Pero supongo que el chef tenía otros planes.Y para rematar.El chef regresar las mismas croquetas,ya habíamos dicho eran fría!!Es curioso porque incluso si yo estaba en McDonald's y dicho mis hamburguesas o patatas fritas estaban frías, que lo iban a reemplazar con un nuevo y fresco.En este punto, sólo queríamos ir.Y nunca volveremos allí de nuevo.

Lovely fish and chunky chips, friendly staff and service. This place has got that old school cafe feel, the owner seems to know all the customers! I love having a quick lunch in Super Fry when I'm in town.

Just had chips (fries) which were yuckk.. couldn't finish & threw them away. I don't know why they call themselves SuperFry if they can't even fry chips. Never thought of visiting again & never tried anything else.

A very good Fish and chip shop. The fish is best of all local shops tasted. Nice friendly service. Good portion of chips. tried others in the area, but this one is the best.
