Amazing Restaurant with delicious traditional Sichuan cuisine with a lovely cozy atmosphere. They do bbqs and Hot Pots and even offer Halal options. I recommend the Special Beef platter for bbq and the Chicken Wings.

The best hot pot and most wonderful service ever received! Food was delicious and staff so so friendly and helpful. They even let us take home what we couldn’t eat for a hotpot at home the next day. Can’t rate this place high enough, fully recommend!

I came here more than five times and the quality of taste never changes. The food and service was top tier. Their friendliness always makes my experience even better. The braised beef with rice is amazing along with their other options like soup noodles. Amazing food, amazing staff, amazing environment. Definitely will be coming back again.

Disgusting meat! The meat already bad and rotten. I called them saying the meat is bad and extremely strange. And the person feels already know the meat was bad, didn’t offer any apology or explanation. He just say, ok let ubereat refund we can’t do anything. Equally disgusting service. Tell people around you to stay away from such irresponsible/unethical restaurant.

A large venue with big tables and well spaced out. I would say on the pricey side and advertised offer could have been advertised better as the conditions of the offer was not advertised at all. Some of the seafood tasted gritty, the meats were all really good and vegetables were fresh.

Food is good, but the delivery is too too too bad, I still don’t understand why the restaurant put the soup in such a strange way so that all the soup split. And another plate is also splitting because of the broken boxes. I am so disappointed about that, although they are delicious.

Monday night, food for post office drinks, and we ended up here at Super Three. I have to be honest with you. We had so many cocktails before getting here, and enough rice wine for an army when we arrived, that I don’t remember what we ordered. But you can see the photographs in this review. I marked down the atmosphere as the place was virtually empty, and it was our group that made it a good time. Service was missing. For me, and call this controversial, but service goes beyond taking the order and presenting the bill. The third star for service comes from the fact that they did a check back with us. The food was great. We were seven sheets to the wind, but I remember enjoying the food and the spice. I always enjoy South East Asian food, but I do tend to regret it over night and into the next day…. but that’s my problem, not yours. Overall, is this somewhere to go and eat? Based on my experience, this is not a place to go to as a destination of choice. However, if you’ve had a night on the town and want something to soak up the booze in your belly, it will do.

Absolutely love it here! The food is fresh and delicious. We had the BBQ menu with kimchi pancakes, with some side dishes including the aubergine & minced pork 😋 The service was good. Staff set us up and checked we knew what to do and then pretty much left us to get on with it 👍🏼 Can't wait to go back to try more from the menu! Hotpot next time 😋

Staff are really friendly and helpful, I didn't know how to use the hot pot and the lady was so kind and patient showed us how to cook everything! The hot pot for 2 is such a huge portion, would be good for 3 people too!

I ordered in a portion of vegetable chowmein, beef chowmein and duck neck for my husband and me. The food was stale! Both of us have been feeling sick since we ate. How does this restaurant have a high rating? They are making people sick! I’m sorry I don’t have pictures to share as the packaging was standard, and we were hungry. I did share an image of the duck neck (which smelled so bad!) and received a refund.

I’m not really sure if the service has just gone down over the past few years but today, my experience was just awful. Usually the food comes quick and tastes really good but right now as i’m typing, i’ve been left waiting for 40 minutes after I had already ordered. We are all starving and are given no updates as to when the food will come. Other people who came much later than us still got their food and drinks after us. The pictures I have uploaded will show them just standing there talking and looking lost, they honestly don’t know how to delegate. The service is just really appalling. I understand that there is a lack of staff but to be honest, it just means you have to work extra hard to make sure you’re serving every customer appropriately!!!! We’ll see how the food tastes…🥱

Went for the BBQ Set Menu for 2 and was largely disappointed by the quality of the meat. Beef was extremely chewy and the sauces were not great. Service was lacking as we had to wait a long time to order and for food to arrive. We also had to ask multiple times for glasses of water for the table. The interior was nice but atmosphere was particularly bad on this evening as many people were also getting bad service and getting frustrated. Overall, would not recommend as the value for money was also not there. It totalled £74 for two people with a 12.5% service charge.

Upon being seated we took around 10 mins to make an order then after the order was taken and we grabbed our sauces we were left waiting over 40 minutes just for our drinks to arrive, it was so bad some members of our table went out to buy other drinks to quench our thirst due to the wait time. Not a good look for a first timer

Came here to dine in with my family , they ignore you and serve everyone that they think has more money, they take orders for people before me and I been waiting forever . Rude staff, and the meat they give STINKS . When I asked manager all they did is apologise , take my food and that’s it

Love coming here for our usual bbq, you get to pick your dishes and cook them yourself! We always go for the marinated beef, pepper beef and mix up the rest. They also have hotpot and ready made dishes, in case you prefer.

So I dined in this restaurant and it’s something my daughter saw on TickTok and wanted to experience. The meat was Hala, so that was a major point however, it was our first experience and, the staff really didn’t take that into consideration. Cooking our own food experience is something I definitely don’t want to do again so, lesson learnt. The staff didn’t show us how to cook the food and, what was so annoying they gave us these ladle to use with the broth. But it kept falling into the hot broth! My daughter said what portrayed on social media is not what it is in reality. Not something I sent experience I think I could’ve spent £120 on something more enjoyable.

Great way to experience Szechuan hot pot and the various ingredients which you can cook for yourself. You choose two styles of “soup” to cook your ingredients in and the Szechuan part is super spicy. Bone soup is tasty without the spice.

A rare charcoal grill in table Chinese BBQ in East London. I've returned for their Sichuan beef offals 夫妻肺片 - perfectly balanced mala (numbing) spice. Decent service and well ventilated

We were in a rush so only had noodles which were OK, starters arrived after mains and 1 didn’t arrive at all. Staff not particularly friendly.

We’ve ordered their BBQ choices and special fried rice. The fried rice is the best we’ve ever tried so far in London, less greasy but still tasteful. However, the meat for the BBQ wasn’t that impressive and we were very disappointed for the scallops we ordered. The scallops have been sliced down to smaller portion and added too much unnecessary toppings(chilly, garlic and glass noodles) which ruined the overall taste. We’ve came in the evening of a Saturday but feels like there were more service people than the customers although they seemed to be quite friendly :p

Went there 4 times for bbq. The meat quality is going down everytime. Today I asked the staff to check the meat as it's going bad amd not eatable. Their attitude was really bad. 1st took the meat away and said they didn't smell any different. They I ask them to bring the meat back to me. But they brought another plate of new meat. I said I've already finished the they said you asked for it... Probably won't come back again.

Been here a few times and this time had the Korean BBQ set for 2. Very generous portions and good quality meat! We also had the kimchi which is always great. Very quick service too. Only part we didn't like was the apple noodle dish which came with the BBQ set. Next time we'd get the kimchi pancake instead!

Reasonable price for a la cart. Food seems to be authentic and tasty. The restaurant did not have a heater so it could be cold if you dont eat hotpot or bbq on table.

Food portions are great. Service is on point. Sometimes it gets cold in the restaurant. Price is reasonable, Tom yam soup and the mushroom soup is amazing.

What a 10/10 experience. Service was great and attentive, meat was so tender and marinated perfectly. I tried the hot pot and the bbq, I'd stick to bbq if I visited ever again and get a separate soup on the side rather than a hot pot. I loved the real bbq and the bibimbap was delicious. Also loved the fact such a large percentage of the menu was halal too. Prices for hot pot and bbq for 2 was soo reasonable too!

It was an ok experience. It was our first time at a Korean BBQ place. So wasn't quite sure how to go about ordering. The staff were very friendly ans helpful. But it would be a nice touch to check if it's a customers first time proactively and offer guidance on how to order and how to maximise the barbecue experience. Quality of the beef was average.

Great experience cooking your own food in a nice setting with decent music pumping out. Be careful don’t burn your food! Lol we declined to pay the service charge since overall we cooked the meal ourselves! Also pls request allergy content as we had too. Which was a good thing as nuts in sauces etc Would return for the experience

Had a great time - staff team were brilliant and food was fresh. We went for both the Grill and Hot Pot. You can create your own dipping sauce - worth playing around with them to create something that suits your palate. Owner should update the website - to reflect the restaurant, staff and menu. Great experience and fun eating

Glad my friend talked about this place! I love korean bbq and hot pot! And this place is literally 10minutes by walk from Canning Town station. I always go hotpot and kbbq in Central London and after having dinner at this place I don’t think I will back to central London. This place amazed me, the interior is impecable. You can do both at the same time. They have as well dishes already cooked not only hot pot or kbbq. Which I am looking forward to try other dishes and definitely coming back. Service was impeccable as well, very neat and fast. And the place is amazing you can stay as long as you want.

Food was far below expectations, spoke to the manager about it, manager response was careless and poor . spent £57:50 was expecting high quality food. Never going back.

Halal KBBQ. Exceptional service.

Loved the food! The staff is very polite and although the restaurant was packed the service was quite smooth!! Spot clean and the aspirators work marvellously considering how many BBQ grills and hot plates were on you could barely see any steam! My only note is that the chairs are quite small and uncomfortable for tall people, otherwise a great place!!

DO NOT EAT HERE !!! My son chose this restaurant for his sixteenth birthday. Told them this but got no response. Sat down and waited 10 minutes to receive a menu. Explained we had never been before and wasn't sure how it all worked. Yes menu confusing was the answer and walked off. Dumped the food on the table and never saw them again until we asked for the bill. And for that they charged me £27 service charge. I have travelled all around the world and can quite honestly say that it's one of the worst overpriced restaurants I've ever been in. It cost me £244 for my wife and I and 3 kids. Shocking And I didn't even make it out the restaurant before having to run to the toilet. Please do not go !!!!!!@

Found a halal hot pot / BBQ restaurant in East London! Had the best time here, food and service here was amazing! We got a bit of everything…was my first time trying hot pot and it did not disappoint!😍 The meats were amazing quality and so juicy! Definitely worth the visit.

Terrible restaurant terrible teste we ordered pork rib, rice fried, prawns fried and chicken wings sweet chilli, everything was with stranger smell and the worst taste I ever tried in my whole life, the waiters didn’t speak English as well and the price super expensive, we didn’t eat anything it was impossible to eat, we left there with hungry, really terrible terrible I would give less 1 star if I could,

Lovely little spot in East ldn with calming easy on the eyes industrial style decoration! Food was superb I always come back to grab a portion of the spicy potatoes 😏😋💪✨🕺 KBBQ Set B for four had a beautiful selection of meats and potato slices for me and my friends to enjoy, easy to use and cook bbq set up with clean tools and extremely helpful well trained staff who helped change the charcoal of the bbq.

Great experience overall the BBQ was so worth it. Costed around £19.70 each for 4 people for just the bbq then additional for drinks unless you get tap water. You got a choice of 2 between: cold beef noodles, bibimbap and a korean pancake. The cold noodles tasted great but there was only a bit of beef in it. The bibimbap is great too cooked in a claypot so got some crunchy sides. There is a 12.5% service charge which is kinda expected. Staff were nice and I loved the atmosphere. The toilets are kinda inaccessible for those who have walking problems cause they're up some stairs. So be warned. Spent around 2 and a half hours there. You can spend a shorter amount of time if you're ordering something other than hot pot or bbq. The price for the hot pot has now risen to be the same as the bbq and some other items. Great way to celebrate the mid autumn festival. Would come again.

Having been to supper three a handful of time my experience with the place has been different each and single visits. They have a great variety of food there, their hotpot/bbq is great to cater when come in a big group, also a very clean and tidy restaurant. However their services are not so great, some time the staff can be rude and not attentive.

Bad service and food, I took a pick of the food but wasn’t able to post here. I ordered a £11 beef bibimbap and could hardly find any beef in there. All the vegetables are raw and looks like they are randomly dropped into the bowl. I phoned the restaurant and asked, the customer service was really rude and said she didn’t have time to “ chat” with me. Was really disappointed and angry at that moment

What a great place! The food was amazing, we had the set BBQ for two. Lots of food and it was all wonderful. A perfect way to eat and enjoy good company and conversation while not being rushed. Steak, pork, chicken, calamari, all bbq'd at your own table in your own time. Staff have the perfect balance of friendly, casual yet totally professional and efficient. Good vibe, lots of diners smiling, laughing, talking... Couples, families, groups of friends... this place deserves your attention!

The staff here were horrible and absolute liars. I’m trying to spread awareness for everyone here. The staff told me it was halal when I phone called but I didn’t trust them so I decided to see for myself and yet again they lied when I asked for a certificate. I am spreading awareness because this kind of behaviour is NOT acceptable.

Hi I had food poisoning from this restaurant on 30th july. I was in hospital for 24 hours. I am waiting for a proof from my gp that it was in my blood and will post it .. unbelievably disappointed must be keeping the food in a temperature that is not right. I will make a complaint to the business and council for this restaurant to be checked. I also can’t see any business email address on the website to mail.

Dinner with children and we all enjoyed the hot pot experience. They commented that the Staff are very friendly. The food was tasty too.

This place is amazing don’t visit London much often but when I do places like this make me come back… came in just before last orders and stayed well after closure with awesome hospitality all the way to the end regarding the food … you couldn’t ask for anything more out of the set hot pot for two let’s just say super three has fed two very hungry mouths The drinks were pretty good and reasonably priced ! In conclusion if u look over the fact that the menu is a bit intimidating this place gets a solid 5 star rating from me !
