Sunrise in Harrogate

I made an order to be delivered to my home address and was told they would be my delivery would be within half hour, after an hour We wrung back and asked where our order was, we were told it's on the way now, we asked why it had not been delivered by now the reply was we told you an hour for delivery after arguing the point we were told off by the operator. After the meal was delivered, I ate my starter, then straight on to the mains, beef chow main which was so very bland I could have been sick there was no taste and if it were not for the fact that we were told we lied about the delivery, the by person taking orders we thought it was better not to complain to the takeaway as they took no notice of our first complaint. We find this takeaway an awful place to eat from and would advise you all to go elsewhere

We have used this take away for a few years now but tonight's meal was tasetless and not very hot, (not spicy hot ) I don't like spicy food but we had a special chow mein and a chop suey my husband was expecting water chestnuts and bean sprouts but there wasn't any in his meal. We also had 2 spring rolls it went in the bin so £16.00 down the drain only good thing was the prawn crackers I will not be ordering from here again

Really enjoyed our meal ,we had Chicken Fried Rice rice fried perfect ,Curry Sauce and ,chips ,it was perfect

The rice and salt and pepper chips were fine as were the portion sizes. However, the two mains being chicken chow mein and beef satay were literally by far and away the most bland and poor tasting Chinese food I've ever had in my life. To add to this we were both poorly with bad stomachs the following day. Before writing a review online I decided that I'd prefer to call the take away in question and give them a chance to perhaps reconcile the situation rather than going straight in online knowing how hard it is to run business in the hospitality sector. I passed on all of the feedback and they said they'd call me back. That was a week ago and we never heard back. £30 for an awful meal we didn't any where near wanted to finish and to be ill the following day.

Honestly this is the best Chinese I’ve had in Harrogate. I ordered on ubereats and am so happy with all of it. I got the special chow mein, Szechuan chicken and crispy aromatic duck with pancakes. Everything is amazing. I haven’t had any good experiences in Harrogate, I moved here 6 months ago and this is the best Chinese here hands down. The chicken was spicy and perfectly cooked, the duck and pancakes are gorgeous and the char Sui sauce it came with is the best I’ve had outside of Asia and Australia. Super happy with everything, this will be my local Chinese for the remainder of my time here. 💜
