Good place for family with moderate price

We went there on Boxing Day as it was one of the few shops that were open. The ice cream and waffle were great. We ordered strawberry waffle that should come with a vanilla ice cream, but we wanted an additional pistachio ice cream. Somehow there was a misunderstanding when we ordered the food and the waffle without the vanilla ice cream (only pistachio ice cream). When we asked for clarification, the staff gave us an explanation which we accepted. But then another staff gave us a scoop of vanilla ice cream for free (just for a minor misunderstanding)!

Complete wrong order allergic to bananas and hot banana on my sweet sensation waffle.

Bad order on the app, the food is great if it arrives. The app picked my work address, the driver called, I explained, he couldn’t change the address and marked it delivered anyway and I’m left without my order, which I presume is on the doorstep at work. Tried to call the restaurant and the number doesn’t connect.

Food and drinks are lovely can’t recommend enough highly recommend for food and drink however in multiple occasions have ordered and been given the wrong items / wrong product and when questioned been accused of being wrong or been confrontational and quite rude , maybe need to work on people skills as some people have anxiety to and this can make them feel quite uncomfortable when raising it , also ordered 3 scoops but in a tub but as seperate was charged £8+ not the £5+ on the menu which is deceiving and makes no sense…. Pretty uncalled for. Be kind/ treat people the way you don’t want to be treated comes to mind

Así que de camino a casa hace unas noches decidimos tomar algunas golosinas dulces Realmente estaba sintiendo mantequilla de maní, así que conseguí tanto el batido Sun Pat como el crepé crujiente de M&M. Definitivamente no me decepcionó (aunque mi crepé estaba un poco crujiente para cuando llegamos a casa) y él estaba muy impresionado con su gofre Biscoff. Yummmmmmm

Horrible and unqualified staff. Asked for flavors that didn't have peanuts. And said there were peanuts in everyone except for chocolate......

My order was wrong I ordered the Nutella cookies crepe and that isn’t what I got.

Ice creams are delicious. The chocolate fudge cake was a little dry. The service was good and the atmosphere was ok.

When we arrived there were nearly as many staff as customers but still waited over 10 minutes for them to make a coffee. Oh, and they won't give you a glass of tap water. Food was fine when it arrived but the slowest moving staff I've seen in a long time.

seemed like delivery personnel had no intention to call or wait to deliver unlike other deliveries, as I spotted him through the windows, arriving at the gate and immediately turning to leave within a few seconds, had I not rushed out he would have been well on his way, not the first time this has happened though, though most of the other times I've had to report order not arrived, even though it was marked delivered, odd

The staff were friendly, but kinda lazy. Waffle and ice crem ok, but the whole place was so “sticky “ Toilets were so dirty and no handwash .

Fun and funky gelato shop, across the street from the O2 Academy Oxford. Fantastic gelato with super nice staff. The lemon meringue was a great choice. It was like eating a frozen lemon meringue pie. Tart and switch sweet. Yum!!!

Great ice cream but couldn’t enjoy it because the workers 25 kids were running round the place screaming and jumping on tables. Putting there dirty hands all over my table. Control your reprobate kids or you might aswell get rid of the seating area. Absolute joke have some parenting control and respect for PAYING CUSTOMERS.

Food was great, service was quick and friendly and the atmosphere was a pleasant vibe and very clean. Special shout out to the Chinese bloke at the front, very friendly and welcoming chap. Could not fault him for anything, if I could give 10 stars I would!

The range and deliciousness of the ice cream and gelato selection is enough to give this place 5-stars. There is a large selection of sundaes, waffles and crepes, comfortable seating, and beautiful presentation. Great for a spot of yumminess in your day!

Plenty options for ice-cream, there are options hard to find in other places in the UK as coconut flavour. The ice-cream is good, nothing special or unique but if you looking for a simple dessert after a meal it can be a good option. They do offer milkshakes and other types of dessert too but I cannot comment as I haven’t tried them.

Clean the tables amd listen to your customers then we might get the correct order. You can't say yes to everything.

The only reason this is getting one star is because zero wasn’t an option. I ordered an oreo milkshake and I took a sip of it and it didn’t taste anything like oreo and the milk tasted spoiled. I asked for a refund and was told they don’t do refunds. Terrible service won’t come here again.

Very bad place to eat dessert, it was really good before. Now no menu items are available whatever we ask. Really horrible. Waited long in the till to place order. No one care just talking all of the staff there. Finally one staff noticed and he took order. He was polite and did good job. Everything else were really really bad.

Both waffles were cold and going soggy and the doughnuts were very dry, food has been of better standard when I’ve ordered previously. I’m not happy and have requested a refund.

Good selection of desserts and reasonably priced, friendly staff, love the both seats and if you want to hang out with your mates there for a couple of hours, the staff won't mind as long as you buy something. WiFi connection is good too. And they close late. Would have been 5 stars apart from cleanliness. If only the staff would sweep the floor a bit more often.

Cute or what ever but they use the same batter for their waffles and crepes. My crepes tasted like a flat sheet of rubber even with chocolate sauce ontop. I hope you guys know waffles and crepes batter is very different. One more thing train the young lady with the headscarf how to greet customers. Shes miserable and has a constant attitude

Strawberry slices frozen solid. Badly packed for delivery. No straw included for drink and to add insult to injury, 30 minutes late.

Really unpleasant doughnuts. They had a weird chemical taste and were not as advertised on ubereats.

Lots of variety in ice cream available here. Many flavours are there to choose from. It can be served in cup, cone, waffle cone or between the wafers too. Also you can find ice cream cake here. The quality is also better than other ice cream parlours nearby. Would highly recommend to try ice cream here

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Manager and the staff are disgusting. Would not recommend!

I was there on Saturday at 12:00 and the place has been shut. They have not opened as advertised on the door. I stayed till 13:00 and the place was still shut. I preferred going somewhere else because my daughter was so disappointed

Staff here need to make a bit more effort to create a welcoming atmosphere, it is never clear who you need to order from, where to wait for your order, who is preparing it, etc. A little more customer service would go a long way, and a smile is free!

Spacious dessert place and a good selection of desserts on the menu e.g. waffles, crepes, cookie dough, ice creams. However, minimal staff interaction when I first entered, so was confusing for the first time. Ordered the Kinder Bueno Cookie dough with ice cream, which was really delicious and hot, with the right amount of chocolate. Was just enough for 2 people to share, but alone is a bit pricey. They were also kind enough when asked to add some strawberries and kinder Bueno pieces on the side.

All the items on the order were correct, which was great!

Dessert is still very nice! It isn’t as tidy and clean as it used to be! Place could do with an overall makeover. Asked for water and they said there is some available in a jug. The jug as well as the glasses were filthy so I didn’t bother.

Should be called CON sundaes gelato. RUBBISH.

Great place to head if you have a sweet tooth! Great choice for hot and cold desserts including ice-cream, crepes, pancakes, shakes, sorbets and plenty more

One of the orders were wrong, warm, and the worst delivery possible. The delivery was late, didn’t even call or press the bell. He was just waiting in the main street. When we approached him he was very rude and raised his voice saying that we should not complain. Awful delivery service.

Lot of ice cream flavors, waffles and drinks are there in the shop. Prize is quite affordable.

Food delivered was wrong asked for crepes delivered waffles and asked for cream and got ice cream when I eventually got hold of them the staff were beyond rude telling me it’s not their fault it’s the system.. spoken to with horrendous language customer service was not a thing at all got passed to 3 members of staff but couldn’t speak to the manager as he was too busy for this type of thing ! Never been soo gutted my autistic child will not eat waffles so I spent money getting something that ended up in the bin what a waste .
