Great takeaway food. First went to this place when it first opened in 1971. Still great food and reasonably priced

I’m so disappointed , found hair in my food I know it’s not mine because it’s stuck in with the chicken the food was cold , 🤢 also when calling them up they were so rude! I spent 40 pound on food that mostly cold and found bloody hairs in ... yet when I ask for refund wasn’t asking for full amount .. one min 13 then went to 12 pound lol make up your mind and then the lady that came up on the phone was so rude and now waiting for refund about 10:30 ....... hmm it’s now 11:30 I called them up acting so shocked that we haven’t got it and called back now not answering I do not recommend this poxy restaurant ! It’s shambles ! 🦠 full of bacteria ! I tell you that talk about hazard Will not be coming back !! This business won’t last for sure amount of bad reviews ! Just to point it out to the rude lady on the phone sort your customer service out and maybe sort your chefs out 😳

Pensamos que probaríamos este chino nuevamente ya que la primera comida fue horrible. . la comida esta vez fue peor! La comida preparada era insípida insípida y recalentada. . ¡Nunca los volveré a usar otra vez!

Pedí una de las comidas preparadas y agregué un par de cosas que se hizo en 10 minutos. ¡Llevé esto a casa y comencé a comer! ! ! Dios mío, qué basura no tenía sabor y sabía recalentado, ¡lo mejor estaba por venir Fishcakes! He usado esta comida para llevar muchas veces a lo largo de los años, pero no lo he hecho por un tiempo. Lamentablemente, ha disminuido. Los precios han subido significativamente. Solías arrojar galletas de gambas si gastabas 10, no más. Pedí fideos de arroz de Singapur y obtuve arroz frito de Singapur. Esto es lo que realmente me cortó, cuando me quejé a través de una llamada telefónica, no hubo disculpas, sentí que estaba equivocado y, aunque dijeron que podía bajar y tomar el plato de fideos, parecía que estaba siendo problemático. Y debería aguantar. Compraré en otro lugar en el futuro. Es una pena, solía ser bastante amigable y razonable, ya no, no recomendaría ir allí.

So, I thought I would give this takeaway a try, having seen mixed results. I placed and order for one of their set menus for two (priced at £25) and was told that it would be ready in 10 minutes! This amazed me as all other restaurants locally take a good 30-45 mins to prepare food... Upon collection, the food was indeed ready within 10 minutes and it wasn’t until I got it home did i understand why it was so quick. Everything appeared pre-cooked and was just re-heated. Part of our meal was a crispy aromatic duck. An all-time favourite of mine, but this one was horrendous. Not only was it cooked to a cinder, but there was a nice, long, wavy hair wrapped around the duck and cooked. This started the meal off badly....this wasn’t the only disappointment: the sesame seed bread was dripping in grease and too tough to eat. This standard continued through he rest of the meal sadly. I don’t like writing negative reviews but this one had to be written. I’m saddened that one of my local restaurants is so poor - I won’t be returning.

We tried this place for the second time and can honestly say that the food was pathetic. The food was bland and best of all there was so much onion and peppers they need to change the titles of the food to: with a hint of chicken, beef and king prawns. The singapore noodles was disgusting and the sesame prawn toast was a few days old, we're sure. We wouldn't have a take way from here even if it was free! Aviod this place like thye plague and if you're a local to Petts Wood, avoid Coral Sea as well as it has gone under new management and is also vile.

We have been there twice now this is a takeaway when getting the meal home have been very satisfied with food recommend to go to this one

value for money and always hot when delivered . seldom have had to complain to them about anything .

Best Chinese value for money food in Orpington, its always the same and doesn't vary and as I dont like food too hot they reduce the heat in certain dishes. They also send my crispy sweet and sour dishes separate from the sauce to keep the meat crispy. Food always arrives early or on time and never late.

We have had takeaways from Sundo for years & have always been happy, as well as friends who may have been sharing with us. BUT, we ordered a takeaway as usually & the lady was extremely rude on the phone, was trying to rush me when taking order & then when the food came, was very disappointed. Not to it's usually standard at all. Not sure if they had different staff in, but this not good and if this service carries on, they are bound to lose a lot of business. Very DISAPPOINTED.

We have been using this local Chinese Takeaway for a long time Absolutely addicted to the Spare Ribs & King Prawns with Salt & Peppercorn(plenty of garlic & Chili) this is a dry dish and has lots of flavour ,portion sizes are generous & we always have the vegetable chow Mein which is lovely

Quality sometimes fluctuates a bit but overall a good takeaway. Have never had to wait longer than 15 minutes for my order (collect) so is always piping hot.

I hve been ordering food here for years and am always happy with the delivery service and the quality of the food. Good value for money too. Staff and delivery persons always friendly and efficient.

Good food for a good price. I like Kung Po prawns and Singapore noodles. I think the prawns crackers should always be included but you dont get them unless you spend over £10. The little lady who used to work there used to throw them in if I asked nicely, but she's gone and they always charge me.

I have been using this for best part of 20 years and it was always excellent until last couple of years , I noticed the man who has had it since I first went in wasn't there I asked if he had sold it and was told no but clearly he has because the food is awful now I would not feed it to the foxes it is that bad I told them and they just stood there saying no no none of my friemds or family will ever eat from there again shame really!!

El pasado mes de octubre nos trasladamos de wapping, donde el local chino fue un 10 / 10. Desde entonces, en nuestra búsqueda de un reemplazo local, hemos intentado 5 / 6 cerca de Bickley, Bromley y madera petts. Todos basura. El chow mein aquí no tiene sabor alguno. Y el limón pollo fue una cortada, y el blob como sobras congeladas habían sido congelados. Quién sabe. Ninguno lo lleno del sabor que hemos llegado a esperar. Yo estaba muy decepcionado y continuará la búsqueda.

Well talk about rude, I placed an order including Thai Fish cake SKU: for £3.80 . what these horrid things were actually were made of , well I don't actually think id like to know, one thing is for sure, there was no sign or taste of any fish, or anything that might resemble human food, just a bouncy jelly type thing fried without any flavour, But what gets me mad , really really , mad, is the total lack of any communication or correspondence regarding my immediate complaint and request for a refund, they quite happily take your money, couldn't care less if you like it or , not. This is not just a case of ordering a dish I did not like , these things were not fit for human consumption and not fish cakes by any stretch of the imagination. MESSAGE TO SUN DO, you owe me £3.80 and a massive apology.

Overall experience is surprisingly good for a small high street Asian takeaway facility. We visit at least once a month and so far everything we ordered was ok and not too salty. Taste fresh and always got what we ordered. Front desk staff always friendly.

Nunca he dado una estrella, hasta ahora. Por favor, hazte un favor y elegir aquí. El peor llevar que he experimentado. La carne crujiente chili era más como pasada gloopy trozos de grasa comestible. He ordenados de esta llevar regularmente durante unos años, sin embargo, las últimas veces que pedimos la comida ha sido decepcionante. Después de la última vez que me envian un correo electrónico, pero nunca recibí una respuesta así dudo que cuidado. Sin embargo, pensé que les daría una más la última noche sin embargo la comida era horrible. Mi novio tenía un horrible chow mein salsa todo, mi pollo al curry estaba tibia (sólo viven a la vuelta de la esquina) y las bolas de pollo estaban asqueroso! El pollo estaba dura como una roca, claramente recalentados. En realidad no pude comer, lo que es diferente de mí.

He estado utilizando esta para llevar unos 10 años. Siempre conseguir un buen servicio (rápido y amable) y comida de calidad. Hacen los mejores fideos Singapur y caliente y sopa amarga.

Excelente para llevar tenía muchas comidas decentes desde aquí. El mejor plato es su carne de vacuno crujientes de chili, excelente relación calidad-precio y el gran tamaño de las porciones. Continuará a ir lejos de aquí a menudo!

The food really is rank. The vegetables are taste like they have been boiled or reheated. the egg freed trice was stale and worst I have ever tasted.As for the meat, just don't bother. this is by far the worst chinese take-away i have had!!!!!

Best Chinese in the Orpington area,service is always of a high standard and if you have your meal delivered it always comes on time with what you ordered

Flavoursome and large portions for a really good price! The chili beef is sooo good, shame I don't live nearby anymore, I miss this place!

I have used this take away for almost 20 years and it is clearly in decline. A numbers of dishes I've had and liked are now poorly cooked and tasteless.It doesn't compare well with nearby alternatives now.

Searching for a Chinese takeaway in the Bromley / Petts Wood area. Th eseearch is over. Sun Do has been established for 20 years and contiues to deliver freshly cooked food at a reasonable price.

We often order our take away from Sun Do - delivery is always speedy, food not too pricey, and the sweet and sour chicken balls are the best we have found.
