Subway - Waterloo in Sefton

surprisingly impressed subs where very good ,service and drinks where great slight downside is that the place is starting show its age which is probably due to it being so good and busy prices have gone up but keep an eye out for offers!!

Been here before but not for a while as our last experience of a subway (not this one) was not good So we were a bit apprehensive We find we had nothing to worry about very clear sandwich menu options Very good sandwiches We will be returning

Servicio siempre alegre y personal servicial. A menudo tengo una ensaladera que siempre tiene una buena relación calidad-precio. Mi esposa disfruta de los sandwiches que se hacen como a ella le gustan. El personal siempre usa guantes de plástico nuevos cuando manipula los alimentos y las mesas se limpian con frecuencia, a pesar de que algunos comedores desordenados. En general, un placer comer aquí.

Este es el restaurante más sucio que he visitado. Los pisos y las mesas están sucios y nunca hay jabón o papel higiénico en el inodoro. ¡Tampoco ha estado funcionando una máquina de café durante tres semanas! Actitud desagradable por parte del personal también.

Ordered a footlong meal and it arrived with no drink or cookie. Was still charged for the entire meal and the receipt given shows the drink & cookie were ordered & charged.

Ordered a vegan salad and as I was eating it, I noticed a piece of meat! This is absolutely appalling. Definitely do not recommend.

We were threatened with violence by a man and the staff refused to ring the police nor try and intervene. We eventually called 999 ourselves were terrified he was going to attack us any minute..police fabulous tracked him down and arrested him no thanks to staff who couldnt care less absoloutely disgusting that you arent safe in this place.

El sándwich de metro en sí era bueno, pero el baño era asqueroso. No solo no estaba generalmente limpio, sino que el inodoro estaba bloqueado.Ni siquiera me lavé las manos porque creo que habría más gérmenes en los grifos que en cualquier otro lugar y utilicé un poco de rollo para abrir la puerta al salir. Bruto.

This subway seemed to be well run,subs good,drinks good but seemed to cost 30p more here than other subways for the same deal ??

Hemos estado yendo a este metro por años! El personal es increíble y teniendo en cuenta el ajetreo de la tienda hacen un trabajo increíble.Siempre tenemos una buena carcajada cuando nuestros cinco años preguntó si desea cualquier ensalada (esperan él a decir que no) y él dice que sí, pero todo en sólo una jalopeno! !

I called in the store earlier on today to be served by two girls amking my sandwhich with the name badges showing rax and sammy-jo they were very blunt and was mistake the sandwhiches to then get to the till and refusing my promotiion coupon and saying it was too late to put hrough the till. the sandwhiches were made with poor effort and bread was falling apart before even managing to eat my sandwhich. when telling the staff that it was poor customer service we were spoken down on and laughed at amongst themselves. awful experience for a first time visitor in the store. will not be returning

great friendly service food is always fresh staff are good and I just love the smell of subway. Always kept clean

I have been going here on and off for many years Over 10 In all the years that I have been here the dryer in the toilets has never worked EVER That tells you all about this place The flush on the toilet doesn't work as it should

Always a pleasure going in here...my favourite fast food joint never disappoints and staff are always happy and cheerful. Service always good.

I took my granddaughter here for her lunch we both had a sub which was very nice along with drinks will be going back again

Dirty and messy. I had to clean our table before we sat down and that was the cleanest table I could see. The toilets were overflowing with toilet roll all over the floor. Hate to think what the food hygiene rating is in here! Staff didn't care when told. Never again.
