Order was wrong was given small portion of normal nachos instead of the chilli beef and the guacamole that was ordered, tried to call store number doesn’t exist anymore

Came 10 minutes early which I was happy about as was hungry. Was missing sauce from my pepperoni and cheese footlong dipper so all I could taste was cheese and was SO DRY other than that was dry

Staff don't care about your sandwich. Been a few times and had different things, I give up now. Dry bread, hardly any salad, sauce applied badly- not spread out.. I threw my sandwich in the bin yesterday and went to tesco and bought a nice moist chicken salad sandwich which was cheaper and a lot nicer

Food came cold, missing cheese on one sub sandwich and 20 minutes late

Bizarre. The food had been (i assume) walked around to my house from the shop in tewks, in only a brown paper bag and cardboard box. In winter!. The food was soggy and cold. I could not eat the fries or the chicken triangle things. Do better!

The sub was cold and underfilled and the chicken bites were mostly coating. the cookies were thinner than expected too.

A fab Subway lunch for my wife and I who are limited in mobility for a few weeks. Very tasty.

An hour for delivery on a sandwich to be delivered 19 mins down the road. Bread was stale, the sub had an abysmal amount of salad. It’s like they counted two of each for each side. Won’t be going back

They closed early, 30 minutes before they were supposed to. How unprofessional.

Food was stale, all items were not fresh and the sauce tasted EXTREMELY off. Is this the same old fresh subway?

Both sandwiches were stone cold, so cold that one of the sandwiches didn’t even feel like it had been toasted at all, and the other sandwich was so cold that the cheese had re-solidified. Absolutely disgusting. Almost a £40 order, and both sandwiches were disgustingly cold.

The experience was unfortunately not pleasant at all. The food was ordered at 11:57am but was not received until 13:02pm. When we unpacked the food everything that was supposed to be warm was stone-cold and even the subs that weren't were hardly filled at all. This was obviously an issue but the main issue was that one of the meal deals was not packed with the rest of the order. It was an order of over £100.00 for a workplace lunch. The missing sub left one of our diabetic member of staff without lunch. We called the store and was greeted with a rude tone of voice and a scrambling of words in which no accountability for the missing sub was taken. The person at the store told us was that they would call us back with a solution, we didn't hear anything back and we called 9 or so times to try and get any form of answer. When the call was finally picked up they said that the sub would be out for delivery and delivered within 15 minutes. This was at 13:20pm. We called again after 30 minutes and was old the sub was going to be on the next delivery, this was unacceptable as we had already been waiting an hour for 1x sub. The delivery was finally made at 14:20pm, over two hours since the order was placed. We did ask if there was any compensation because of the delay and was treated with the same 'we will call back' answer. We as a company will not be ordering again.

Quick arrival, great food and helpful staff when an item was out of stock.

We called in here for a late afternoon snack. I had a chicken tikka wrap with lettuce and cucumber and mayo. Had a packet of Doritos and a bottle of pepsi. Wrap was quite small but tasted good.

We ordered Cheese and extra cheese, however there was no cheese at all?

Nachos soggy. Zero effort, all the sauce in one corner and a big clump of cheese stuck to the box. Submelt was ok but very soggy, maybe better packaging? Couldn't tell if it was actually complete. Wasn't cut in half so imagine not much effort made in prep for that either. Delivery was quick.

Nice treat but 8:69 just for a footlong is costly nowadays!

I asked for a vege delight and got a cheese toastie.

Order didn’t arrive after 2 hours of waiting. Called and they said they had no driver. Order was showing as delivered on the status. Rubbish service

Delivered half an hour early when I wasn’t around to pick it up. I was told the order would be made again and delivered at the correct time but when it was delivered the second time it was cold and like it had been sitting around for a while so I’m assuming they did not remake the order. I also order 12 cookies all of mixed flavour but only got 1 flavour.

The slub was simply slapped together without much care and the sharer nachos were poor. Hardly any cheese chucked on top not melted, and hardly any salsa. May aswell just of bought some Doritos.

Arrived before time stated and the food was very good as always.

One sub missing phoned store to be told sorry we are closed no offer of a refund or a replacement

When our food arrived it was stone cold even though we asked for both our sub and wrap to be toasted. Due to it being cold the festive wrap tasted disgusting, I don’t have the effort of trying to ring them when I’m poorly . Very disappointed

I turned up with my 4 young children at 4pm, ordered, and was then told the seating area was shut at 4pm even though they were open until 6pm. Clearly he was in the process of cleaning and closing up even though the store was open for another 2hrs!

Waited over a hour then called first time was told they were just cooking it now be 10 mins. 20 mins later I called again. Was told it was just leaving now will be 15 mins. 30 mins later decided to cancel my order every time I phoned they were quite rude just telling me it wasn’t there fault there’s really bad weather and traffic. The restaurant was a 5 minute drive away.

Asked for a chicken and bacon sub with cheese and salad, got a cheese and salad sub, didn't notice until I got back to work. I did the two dine for £7.99 deal was told "yeah the bottles are in the deal" I responded "are you sure it says dispensed drinks" was charged extra, what a disaster of a subway

We had a excellent meal when we went to subway (21/8). Served by a friendly young man who explained the options and was very polite. We had never been to subway before but we were blown away by the amount of choice and the number of different salad and sauce options there were. I went for a chicken and bacon salad with sweet onion sauce. It was very filling but absolutely delicious, the chicken is definitely nicer warmed up. My friend had a meatball footlong on hearty Italian and had all the salad making a very full but tasty sub. A lovely girl took our payment and explained the meal deal to us which we chose to do. In total it cost about £14 but we thought that was excellent value given the choice we were given! All in all would definitely recommend.

disappointed AGAIN. when i last ordered a subway from here it was awful but thought i’d give it another go. the natchos were stale again with no cheese on one portion, my sandwich came and i had to put it together myself as it looked as if the roll had just been thrown in with everything else on top, after making my sandwich i realise there wasn’t any of the sauce i had asked for, and the steak sandwich had about 3 slithers of steak inside with all of the salad options we didn’t ask for inside. definitely will not be returning after this time.

Missing the cheese and only sent 4 cookies instead of 6.

I rang straight after delivery to say order was missing items, and wrong item. No reply so left message. No call back so called several more times no reply. Eventually got through to someone and they said they’d check order and call me back. Never heard back from them. Terrible service. I am still owed money back!

very disappointed with my subway. the sandwiches were awful and literally thrown into the box so it was everywhere, the sweet chilli chicken sandwich was leaking what looked and tasted to be watered down sweet chilli sauce. overall i WILL NOT be returning to this subway.

Delivery time perfect, however a set of cookies was missed from the order. (Refund requested so no issue)

The staff were lovely and served me asap, however it was clear that the 2 staff members were swamped with online deliveries. I think this is something Subway should think about, it’s not fair to put the job of multiple people on just 2 staff members, especially on a Saturday lunchtime

My first time ordering a subway from Tewksbury today I can tell you it will be my lastime to for the price I payed for two 6inch subs the steak hardly had any meat at all in .. and the seasoned wedges was soggy and not throughly cooked was disgusting will not be ordering again

My steak and cheese 10inch sub was awful, it tasted sour like something had gone off. I called to complain and didn't get an apology, the lady just said she would check the ingredients to make sure none were gone off. Customer service and delivery is always good, but on this occasion the food was awful.

Was sent wrong order to start with. Then had to wait for my order to arrive and when it did, it was cold and poor quality.

The order was incorrect when it arrived, called the shop to explain and the guy was acting like I was making it up, once they picked up the incorrect food they noticed I wasn’t lying and made fresh sandwiches, not one apology. Rude staff

Nacho’s we’re soggy and stale, tuna salad was all salad and a very small amount of tuna and the sub sandwich was cold. Very disappointed.

I went into this subway, looking for a mighty fine italiano classic sub sandwhich and the this young lad behind the counter was speakin to me innitt. well anyways, shoutout to gracie she made me a scrumpcious sandwhich.

I was having a really bad day and I came in to this Subway for a fine Sub and this young server girl named Gracewaye was very nice. I had a delicious sub, she served with a smile and I will be returning!

Ordered a veggie delight with cucumber, lettuce,onions, sweetcorn and olives and with sauce and extra cheese. I got a sub with just cheese and sauce no salad at all.

An order was placed at 1.45pm for delivery by 2.30pm - no sign of delivery - just rang at 2.45 to be told only one driver - order not be made and order will be another 20 mins - pathetic & not good when being a diabetic and need to eat

Everything was great but we didn’t receive any drinks. On the hottest day of the year this was quite important.

Our first ever Subway takeaway delivery. Delicious food, packaged well, delivered within the time and the delivery driver was super friendly- so thank you :-) However, delivery time was between an hour and an hour and a half.

The boxes were labelled incorrectly and there were salad items in my sandwich that I didn’t order. Not happy with this service, be best to go in an order so you can see what they are adding!!
