What and absolute shambles of a store! Ordered a double meat chicken tikka foot long! What I received was a plain chicken footlogn which looked like it had been slow cooked for 16 hours in an incinerator and gave me a spoonful of meat. I appreciate if they'd ran out of chicken tikka which is clearly normal but at least phone me to see if I would like something different! This place is anactual joke for the money you pay! Disgusting! Get your act together subway.... do some training woth your employees..... they're absolutkey useless!

Food arrived cold and very late. The sandwich quality is awful and the order was wrong as I ordered chicken and bacon and only received chicken with a tiny bit of lettuce. I ordered quavers and received walker's. To spend over £45 for 3 meal deals for my family is a joke and will not be making this mistake again. Get real subway. It's a sandwich shop not a restaurant. Your rigid menus lead to customer confusion and your slogan 'eat fresh' is laughable with the food quality being that low. If I'm paying for a fresh sandwich it needs to be better than what I can make at home for the price you are charging. Go back to basics and keep it simple. Focus on flavour rather than greed. You've just lost 20 more customers as nobody in my family circle will buy a subway again as it stands today. At least your shareholders are happy though. That's all that matters right?

Good honest food and polite staff

You have to let go of older lady working there,you walk in - no hello nothing,busy doing 1 box of salads no people waiting in line,if you that busy not even managing to lift your eyes and answer with hello i have nothing to say,i would let it slides as i come here offen,but when it happened not 1 or 2 times,you make conclusions that shes just not happy working here,other staff members superb

Order i was given was completely wrong, I spent a lot of money and relieved like £10 worth of food and I can't even call to enquire about it because the number on the website is invalid? Awful

Ordered online and half my order missing, when I tried to contact them the number doesn’t work, tried on multiple phones and still nothing, tried to contact through the delivery company and they are no help either, very disappointed as it wasn’t a small order

Service was slow but staff were polite and apologised for the wait. Unfortunately the sub filling wasn't as generous as usual. Won't be going there again for a while.

A really nice branch, spotlessly clean and really friendly staff. The food was good and the bread was amazing, it was perfectly baked and had a nice and crisp crust.

1 out of 5 very poor experience with subway Saltney they can not get your order right on just eat you are asked how you want it and it always has at least 3 items missing if you are lucky 2 I used them the 1st time my meal had 3 items missing and so did my wife’s we tried again and again 2 items missing so I tried a different subway way after that in northgate street and it was the same absolutely poor I find the only way subway get it right is when you go and get it ( when you are watching them make it ) by coincidence

Ordered via Just Eat. Food was cold & 4 dips missing. When I rung them to tell them, he didn't seem interested at all. He told me to apply to Just Eat for a refund & I got a half-hearted apology. WILL NOT b getting food from there again!

Order from this store regularly via Just Eat. Orders are mostly fine but occasionally there’ll be a missing item or ingredients are on the wrong sandwiches. Last time this happened they made and delivered the correct sandwiches very quickly so was easily resolved. The food is always fresh and tasty.

Nice food but no disabled access

I was one of the first people to ever eat here and it never disappoints In fact I'm abt to have one right now Greatest place around My favourite is hearty Italian, bacon, cheese, toasted, black olives and mayo The drinks r delicious and so r the cookies😋

The staff in this location are so rude & the customer service is appalling. On my last visit I was not acknowledged when I entered the store, even though there was only 1 other customer. I was ignored for about 5 minutes until my order was taken. The staff were bickering & complaining about their jobs Infront of me & my server was throwing food back into tubs with an attitude & storming around whilst moaning about there not being enough stock of bread & cookies to his colleague. I ordered meatballs & was given 3 scraped from the bottom of a tub with a tiny smear of sauce. One of the meatballs was rock hard so I didn't even eat it. Absolutely disgusting service & I had a bad experience last time to! I won't be going back.

Go here a few times a week for lunch when work. The staff are so friendly, particularly Dave and Caz. They always remember my fussy Gluten free and vegan order and get the GF bread out ready for me. Honestly so friendly, my favourite place to go!! Recommend x

It's a Subway so if you've been to one you've been to them all but the staff here are friendly and keen to help you on your way to a fulfilling lunch which goes a long way to recommending it so highly.

Bad staff are always shutting down far too early.good luck if you get a coffee half hour before they close. Plus I bought a 12 inch sub that they never chopped in half.that was a mission trying to eat !why would they forget that???

Cheap and tasty sandwiches. Chicken tikka cheese and toasted on italian bread is what gets me every time.

Visited here as I rang up beforehand to check if they do gluten free bread & they said they do! I had a gluten free BMT and it was delicious! I haven’t had a subway in over a year as I have coeliac but they did say cannot guarantee the food is 100% gluten free due to cross contamination etc but I was fine! Recommended :)

bread rolls were crumbling Into dust all over the table ask for a replacement drink as the first one tasted like a tin taste... staff just look at you and laugh how do the train up there staff blumming disgrace......
