Worst jacket potatoe I’ve ever tried was served of cold because I was literally watching it sit there for so long. The staff are just so grumpy.

This is my go to subway in Sheffield. The staff are always friendly. Food is always prepared fast with what i asked for. It always looks & tastes great.

I visit this place often, but today was the worst experience I've had. The door was broken again, so I left it open like before. When I walked in, there were two girls at the counter—one wasn’t even in uniform, just an Adidas jumper. The girl with red hair said she had to finish some Uber Eats orders, and I said I didn’t mind waiting. Then, the one in the Adidas jumper walks out from the back and slammed the front door shut, gave me a dirty look, and the two of them laughed. It felt really intimidating, and all I wanted was a sandwich. If they'd just asked, I would’ve shut the door myself, but they were rude instead. The sandwich was terrible—I've worked at Subway, so I know how it should be made, and this wasn’t it. They both seemed like they didn’t care to be there, and I felt the same way. To top it off, the girl making my sandwich had acrylic nails, which is unhygienic around food. When I paid, they didn’t even offer a dine-in option, but I wouldn’t have stayed anyway. I left with a bad sandwich and a worse experience. What a shame.

I was missing several items from my order, dips sides and cookies, no point ordering a meal deal if they only give you 1 out of 4 parts :(

My 8 year old rates this Subway a five star.

I went in today to get a meatball marinara and as I am partially blind I asked the lady for the price of a footlong to which she rudely proceeded to tell me to 'just look up'. This is not what I expect of such a corporation to down play us disabled folk

That was really perfect, thank you. Everything was hot and fresh. The nachos were great - plenty of toppings and perfectly cooked. Everything correct and delicious. Ice cold drink. The best part though, was the crisps. Thanks so much for that :-)

Poor service.. did not allow us to sit in and eat .. mentioned they hv to clean( it was 2 hr before closing time niether tables dirty) .. we ate outside during this time they did not clean.... i will not go there again

The pace of operation always makes you feel rushed as a customer. Wasn't impressed by the size of '6 inch' speciality sandwich I ordered.

Driver was a banker, but the food was great - all correct, salad was really fresh, nachos were great. The only thing I'd say is it would be good to have the ice cream and drink in a seperate bag because the ice cream was sat on top of the nachos and made them cold. But overall, great. Thank you 😊

We came at a really annoying time before closing but Bella was lovely and made us feel welcomed and made really nice sandwiches with great attention to detail, Everything was spotless and clean, would definitely come here again!! :D

So went in today for a quick meal at this store and received a bad experience. I was with a friend who is vegan and new to subway in the UK, and so she was enquiring about the ingredients at in some particular meal and the size of the wrap. There was this middle eastern employee whose actions and the tone was really rude for no reason. I mean if there’s a doubt, it is the duty of the employee to explain it in short but was rude. I know this for a fact because I work part time in the hospitality industry as well. And then there wasn’t any rush as well. She was a middle eastern employee I am guessing, with no offense to anyone else. We didn’t get to the ordering part because of this rude behaviour and left. I hope some action is taken against this kind of behaviour.

Me and my friend were able to use a dine for two voucher at this restaurant, where everything was clear at the counter and the staff provided fast service! Our subs and cookies tasted fresh alongside the sweetening drinks as we sat in the nicely designed building, which had cleanliness maintained.

I liked subway in general , however the employees at this branch are not welcoming customers, also they were the gloves for too long and serve many customers and touch many things with the same gloves they make sandwiches with 😞😵‍💫

The staff member who served the lunch this afternoon was unfriendly and didn't appear motivated to work on a Saturday. Poorly handled meal that was very disappointing—microwaved nachos with salsa and cheese that were soggy and unmelted.

Really careless staff they don't know how to make a wrap.....to fill a wrap with salad and put in the microwave it's either you are incompetent or careless.

Love the way the staff handle very rude people who come in causing disturbance .well done guys makes me want to come there more knowing they can sort out the rude ignorant people that spoil your time visiting subway

Came for a bottomless pepsi Max cherry, stayed for the entertainment. The 2.30pm burlesque show is particularly alluring. You've never lived until you've witnessed strips of mixed peppers used as nipple tassels. Highly recommended.

Yeah, they added new items to the veggies and sauces, but they took away. Today I had a Chicken and Bacon Ranch... without the Ranch... also, NO M9RE PEPPER CHESSE! Why!?

The oat multigrain bread is good. Sandwich and a drink under £4 for lunch. What's not to like?

I would recommend going at slightly more off peak times for lunch, as the store can get a little claustrophobic although the service is always quick and easy so it isn't much of a problem. If you are taking a sandwich to go I would recommend not toasting it, as the steam condenses around the sandwich and makes the sandwich soggy and sad :(. I found this out the hard way when I toasted a sandwich in the morning and put it in my bag after the fact. At lunchtime when I pulled out the long plastic bag containing my sandwich packed with goodness, and found that the tissue that wrapped around the sandwich was dark I knew instantly that it was over. My dreams of melted cheese and chicken tikka were squashed in a blaze of glory so to speak. To my horror my sandwich was essentially disintegrating before my eyes, falling apart at the slightest touch and slipping between my fingers like spiderman from infinity war. I didn't have any alternative, so I did what any right minded Bear Grylls Steve Backshall/Irwin would do: I ate the sandwich. The outcome was surprising. As my teeth sunk into the soggy, moist crust of the sandwich a tear welled up in my eye. But then, my teeth's unhalted advance into the sandwich was stopped by surprisingly firm bread. The sog had only penetrated the majestic six inch nine grain honey oat bread crust at surface level. The rest of the sandwich was in pristine quality, melted cheese and all. One thing you should try to do is TRY ALL THE BREADS. You never know which one is your favourite and you'll never know unless you try. 8/10 would sog my sandwich again.

This is the best Subway in Sheffield centre despite being very small. Best to visit this one if you're but too fussed about getting a seat. The staff are really lovely and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The toilet door is too close to tables and staff/kitchen door. That part of the layout is also where you stand to give your order- it's just too cramped. But aside from that it's a lovely clean store. They change gloves with no issue for vegetarians. The staff always remember my little boy, they give great customer service.

Very disappointed found hair in my salad yesterday had to bin it it was disgusting couldn’t go back as I was only on lunch break I didn’t have time. Definitely not going again

Price is good but not the best for breakfast. Had a triple bacon I like my bacon crispy so would be better cooked away from bread rather than in it an hash browns was soggy rather than crispy. Lady who served me was really nice an polite

Vegan options are rubbish. Extra pound for avocado even though I'm only eating what everyone else gets for free?? Have a word with yourselves Subway!

It’s subway and food is subway standard as you would expect, although every time I’ve visited here at peak times you I’ve felt very rushed, staff shouting at you before you’ve even moved down the queue enough to see them. Seating is poor too.

Have visited 3 times this week for breakfast. Each time I have been served by rude, uninterested staff. Customer service does not exist in this branch!

Love all the breakfast subs, but I always chose footlong sub with sausage, egg and cheese. Add a coffee and the whole thing is a bargain! Even by the time I get back to the office the sandwich is still piping hot. Writing this is making me hungry!

The rudest people on the planet. Not a very good place to go at all. Some basic customer care is needed to improve.

Plenty of staff on and although busy due to the special Olympics being in they got threw the queue of people quickly. Has a big seating area, clean and tidy and friendly and polite staff

The quality of sandwiches didnt hit the spot for me so I didnt finish it, the ingredients certainly didnt taste fresh. I wish we could get Earl Of Sandwich outlets here in the UK. They are 1000% better than Subway

Called for a ham sub and the guy said only turkey ham was available as it was a halal site. The male toilets were out of order and staff were rude. Very untidy store and will stick to non halal in the future thank you.

Good service but I agree the seating is limited on the whole staff are helpful.

If you have never been to subway, try it. This is a normal experience. The staff were good this day too.
