Used to buy from them almost 5 times every week, food was great till I got there and ordered chicken and chips, chips were fine but the chicken was so old I didn't even eat it, it smelled like rotten meat, stopped going to them for about 4 months, went there thinking they might have improved, got the same smelly chicken, the skin was fine, ended up only eating the skin of the chicken cause the rest was inedible most likely dangerous. Might try something else but won't be buying their chicken pieces ever

This restaurant even braved the terrible weather an was open unlike others the meal deal was huge the chicken beautiful and filling

Ordered an Uber from this place regrettably. Wrong drinks were sent out despite my paying extra for them, chips were stale and this is what the chicken burger looked like and it even tasted as bland and flavourless as it looks, the food was also extremely cold food which I can understand may be a driver issue however the takeaway didn’t even have the decency to provide some basic sauces despite my request in the notes so the loaded box tasted even drier. Won’t be ordering from here again and would advise the same to others.

Unfortunately that was one of the worst takeaways i have gotten. Food was inedible and dry. Gravy had no taste and all was cold.

On uber eats, they listed mayo as the sauce for the burger, I have no idea what the other sauce is and honestly I wasn't even aware of any sauces on the wrap as it has nothing listed on it but whatever this mystery sauce is with the mayo, it's not for me, ideally I'd love to have all ingredients and sauces listed so I knew exactly what I was eating, I'm unable to continue to eat either, didn't give a lower score as partner enjoyed their chicken.

Wedges were just frozen wedges from a bag not fresh like other places on the wicker the loaded box burger was decent quality chicken but no seasoning at all bland no taste gravy was very very watery chips were ok

Burger was good, drained properly and not too oily like many shops. Chips also fresh maybe this shop actually defrost there food properly keep up the good quality

FAKE - These guys are pretending to be Dixy Chicken but it is not. On Uber eats they are listed as "Dixy Chicken" but they are not. If you check google you will see it does not exist. None of the food we received was Dixy Chicken, just bog standard tasteless food. Avoid these liars.

They burger tasted same of dry N like rubber the colslow tasted sour I phoned chicken express to kindly collect the food and bring fresh N they put phone down on me so my husband called them from his phone and they put phone down on him and wouldn't answer it was like they took the phone of houck

I have been a few times it was very nice and delicious. But today, the chicken was very dry, crispy, and old. The taste is horrible, and the oil has been used too many times for the chips' shame.

I ordered and the server took the address and everything and just refused to show up or answer my calls! Either way, I wouldn't waste your time here as SFC actually cares about their customers and delivers amazing, spicy, hot food fast. If you don't want to deliver, just say it or, better yet, stay home and play with your toys instead of running a 'business' and wasting people's time.

I ordered in store today at the Wicker branch, 2 x mini fillet meals and a spicy burger meal. I got home and the mini fillets weren't mini they were two halves of a normal burger and cut very badly, one was noticeably bigger than the other. Why not tell me when I ordered that there were no mini fillet burgers? What your employee did was unprofessional and unacceptable.Your website also states that you take card but you don't, it's always cash. Won't be going back. Edit My daughter had the fillet burger and she told me later that she got stomach pains. Sort your act out.
