Subway - High Street in Newcastle upon Tyne

Missing items in my delivery, the packaging is intact. McDonald's employees are inattentive to orders. the double cheeseburger is smeared as if it was used for football

Nice place and you can sit in and it’s friendly. Food is nice but depends upon what you’re eating.

Ordered subway for pick up througu deliveroo. Went to collect the order only to be told they are closed and subway asked me to cancel the order because they can't do it themselves due to a new system they have. There was no option for me to cancel the order and they then marked the order and completed/collected. (There was also a deliveroo driver next to us who was told the same thing) I contacted deliveroo only to be told they can't get in touch with the restaurant therefor can't process a refund and advised to try and call subway myself. I've spent all morning trying to get in touch with subway and no answer so I'm now out £35 Really disappointed with both deliveroo and subway as wasted money and time

A great traditional pub good beer friendly staff and plenty of tv's for watching the match

Placed an order last night only to receive a text message an hour after the order to inform us that our order has been cancelled. Very poor customer service, will not be ordering from this place again.
