Subway - High Street in Newcastle upon Tyne

Returned for a mixed Shawarma as always tasted lovely I'd highly recommend and definitely use them again staff were brilliant as usual

Visited tonight and placed our order to takeaway The restaurant was very busy with alot of people waiting for there food. Which is understandable on a Saturday evening (7p.m) We waited over 20 mins for our food. We ordered meals not ' happy meals' and 2 our of the 4 chips were small/ happy meal chips and not imfact medium chips. The other chips were supposed to be 1 medium and 1 large both were very sparse/ small portions in the medium pouches you get. This was a bit disappointing to say the least as we paid for medium chips not small ones. Think the restaurant had run out of the proper pouches you get. Other than that we all enjoyed our meals and will be back as we love a cheeky mcdonalds 😋

We had such an amazing night for our festive friends fun. Ali looked after us perfectly and we are so grateful for everything she did, going that extra mile for us. It’s all the little extra things that make a difference. The table was dressed beautifully for our arrival and compliments to the chef as the festive menu was delicious. Dave entertained us afterwards with his bingo fun upstairs. Everything was spot on and we will be back. Thank you

Ordered subway for pick up througu deliveroo. Went to collect the order only to be told they are closed and subway asked me to cancel the order because they can't do it themselves due to a new system they have. There was no option for me to cancel the order and they then marked the order and completed/collected. (There was also a deliveroo driver next to us who was told the same thing) I contacted deliveroo only to be told they can't get in touch with the restaurant therefor can't process a refund and advised to try and call subway myself. I've spent all morning trying to get in touch with subway and no answer so I'm now out £35 Really disappointed with both deliveroo and subway as wasted money and time
