Got served really quick, by the nice friendly staff on the drive through. Food was hog and my little girl was happy with her meal.

It would have been 5 stars as for over 10 years I have never had a bad meal, but the delivery driver who delivered tonight was down right rude and ignorant. I am a delivery driver myself so know good customer service right to the door is a must. My husband is absolutely fuming and I never leave reviews but he told me to do one. Take in to consideration the delivery driver has driven here not walked so why for that couple of minutes bring your phone with you to the door instead of saying to whoever your talking to can you hang on 2 mins, so he came to the door my husband answered, the driver was chatting on his phone, my husband said hey up mate and gave him the money, the driver completely ignored my husband and walked off to get change from his car, again why not bring change to the door with the food, he came back (still on the phone ) and gave my husband his change, my husband even though he was fuming said cheers mate bye as my husband has manners and he just walked off and said nothing. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Ordered subway for pick up througu deliveroo. Went to collect the order only to be told they are closed and subway asked me to cancel the order because they can't do it themselves due to a new system they have. There was no option for me to cancel the order and they then marked the order and completed/collected. (There was also a deliveroo driver next to us who was told the same thing) I contacted deliveroo only to be told they can't get in touch with the restaurant therefor can't process a refund and advised to try and call subway myself. I've spent all morning trying to get in touch with subway and no answer so I'm now out £35 Really disappointed with both deliveroo and subway as wasted money and time

Placed an order last night only to receive a text message an hour after the order to inform us that our order has been cancelled. Very poor customer service, will not be ordering from this place again.
