Subway in Wychavon

This used to be a good place to go for something quick to eat yet now with the new management taking over multiple times online orders have came wrong which has resulted in me having to come in personally and even then i’ll be lucky to even use the online feature as they seem to turn it off for no apparent reason at all, They also try and charge you more in person for gluten free food than it is online. Most of the staff here have awful listening skills and end up putting the wrong ingredients in the food no matter how clearly you say it. The only redeeming factor for this store is the workers who have been there for years as well as the tall younger man who works there who always seems keen to help and also appears to have a better understanding of what to do than the new managers who have taken over. All in all i’d only recommend coming here if you don’t care about food quality or good service.

Bought a cup of tea at 8.50 on Monday morning. Member of staff helpful and polite. Tea was good. Used toilet before leaving which was disgusting. Very offensive urine smell. Sticky floor. Wet toilet seat. Cannot have been cleaned for days!!! Wish I had gone before I drank tea. Staff use same toilet, so chance of cross contamination very high.

Wouldn't make a black coffee at 6:20pm as they'd cleaned it ready to finish at 8pm.. shocking

It has been closing early for nearly a month now last week when I came they closed for hot weather apparently.And now today when I came they said they’re closed for a problem in their system this is absolutely rubbish please fix this subway.

Ordered Philly steak 6inch and Philly steak footlong £18 odd with delivery. Requested both toasted/ cheese lettuce onion sweetcorn mayo arrived stone cold. Hadn't been toasted 2 Nd time it's happened,steak very cold. Toasted at home for my son and self but not great with hot mayo!! Hot lettuce!! As all mixed in by this point! Called shop at 07.20pm says open till 8pm no answer called upto 8pm no answer so I guess they couldn't wait to get home. Neither of us eat cold food so pretty vile

Friendly staff and tasty food served quickly. I only stopped in as I was passing but will certainly make more of an effort to stop by again

Gemma and Claudia are amazing and so accommodating! Gemma let me and my husband know about what deals were on, helped us set up a subway card+app, and offered us some good laughs while we waited. Best staff members subway has ever had. 10/10.

I have already messaged twice about a refund because when I went to collect my order subway was closed. When can I expect my refund

Trying to order a subway at 4pm bearing in mind they are open till half seven but apparently they have no bread so I cannot order unless I want a wrap. I don't understand why they are open either make more bread, it's your main item or close. Lazy lazy lazy!!!!

said on website and door that it closes at 8pm. i went at 6 pm and it was closed. very disappointed.

Lovely and clean both the toilets and the reception area. Staff were friendly and obliging a credit to the chain. Fully recommended

Went in for a steak and cheese sub no steak said they were serving a reduce menu , take it they forgot to order stock

Placed order it was closed when turned up even tho they confirmed the order have taken the money and said I collected when the store was closed!

Went in to get a subway with my friend and as me and my friend were eating a homeless man came in and asked for some water which was then refused by all of the staff working. Me and my friend gave them a weird look because of how inhumane it was and they eventually gave in and gave him some. But seriously? How embarrassing for the staff that they are that terrible they couldn’t even spare water for the homeless!

Ordered online and they forgot some of my order and was also not warm so tried to ring the store about 10 times and got no answer everytime.

Really fresh tasty food, service was nice and polite, served by someone the was willing to please. Will definitely call into the Evesham Branch, next time I am in Evesham

Opening hours are shocking - the evesham subway only opens till 6pm daily(used to be 7pm). But the worcester subway opens throughout the night till 4am. Makes no sense…

Not open when advertised on door and Google. You get one star because you're actually there!!

The food was amazing and the staff were very kind

No delivery drivers available, as always so made an online order to collect. Parking was terrible so arrived 5 minutes after the collection time. However, they hadn't even started my order so had me stand and wait a further 5-10 minutes before announcing that the food I ordered had been discontinued. The shop staff were very apologetic and I'm more annoyed at myself for swearing never to go there again after the last terrible experience but somehow expecting a different outcome this time. I will never order food from this shop again.

This is one of my favourite got o lunch places when I'm in Evesham. Very clean, plenty of staff so hardly any queuing. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the products, and always check your order. Food is fresh and well stocked and always pleasing tonthe eye.

Great staff, friendly place to go. Service was fab. We'll presented store. Clean and tidy. Always good though to be fair!

The guy didn't heat my vegan chicken before he toasted my sandwich, it meant the chicken was cold and the cheese didn't melt not the best tbh

Amazing food, great sandwiches, cookies, salads,etc.

Used multiple times now and had always been good service.

I love subway. There was the full selection of breads available and the usual great spread of meats, veg, salad and sauces. Three staff were at the counters so the service as very fast, slick and efficient. You can see it being made in front of you so you know exactly what you're getting. I got 3 sandwich meals and a tuna salad bowl. All very happy with our food! The shop had all the normal social distancing measures in place.

Disgusting service 12 pounds for 2 6 inch subs and drink and crisps only to find salsa all over my sandwich an other sandwich was 4 inch at best cucumber dry shocking especially for a 25 minute wait horrendous service will never use again at all take note folks save your money go elsewhere

Ordered food for collection at 12:30 and before 11:00 I received a message to say my order was ready for collection. When I arrived at subway my order wasn’t actually ready but the staff made it for me straight away.

Absolutely terrible. Had at least 3 staff working and the order was still about 20 minutes late for 2 sandwiches... When we finally got the food home none of the sandwiches were right and it took days to get a refund as subway didn't mark the order as completed.

Not too keen on the new manager they have he kind of ruined the trip in store the last time we went in. The old manager was just so much more polite and happy. I'm not a fan of subway but my son is a huge fan and he makes me travel to evesham one instead of using the worcester one by us as he loves one of the staff members called lisa in the evesham store

Very good restaurant. Prices are high but food quality is really good.

Subway is such a simple concept. One in evesham I visited was accessible, good selection of fillers, and quick service. Small choice in hot beverages, so you might need to compromise.

Solid subway. 9/10 never get an order wrong. Staff know their way around the sauces and best offers.

Food ok, service excellent. On down side: air con is so low that blowing your head of when by the till. Problem with the till system, couldn't pay straight away.

Freezing cold but good cheap food

Great selection and happy to accommodate my whole families dietary needs in one place. Veggies, vegans and gluten free options all under one roof and even something for my carnivorous tastes.

Love subway but disappointed that they have stopped doing the flatbread choice and pepper cheese

The staff are amazingly competent , considerate and patient .I sometimes have panic attacks and they were understanding and non judgemental .the turkey and ham with ranch on Italian herb and cheese bread soo good

Had to get a large order (7 sandwiches) which caused a bit of a queue but didn't faze the staff who managed the order perfectly ensuring each sandwich was prepared as required. Very friendly and efficient, and the sandwiches were great.

Always get a good fill here. The sandwiches are made to perfection and my kids enjoy this as a treat. I love that if you sit in you can refill your dispensed drink!

Fantastic staff make Evesham branch the best branch of Subway.

Nice place to go. Has seating inside and out. And it has a toilet.

Went in and they had run out of two of the main fillings, only white bread and no cookies on display. Staff to busy talking to each other about their social life and had to stand and wait to be served until they had finished. Will not be back to this store again
