Staff are so kind and friendly . Pizza was amazing as always ! Never had an issue with this papa johns .

WARNING - FOOD POISONING. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and waited 1.5 hours for this to arrive. The next morning I experienced severe food poisoning and did not recover for 5 days. Think twice about ordering from here.

Tonight, ordered 2 small Margarita pizzas, 1 large stuffed crust and 3 portions of tatatotts; told it’d be delivered in 30 minutes (which I doubted at the time). An hour passed so I called to check, 10 minutes they said (making it 70 minutes). 10 more minutes passed so I called again, 10 minutes they said and they’d call the driver to confirm and call me back. 10 minutes passed so I called back (it’s now 90 minutes), I’m told they can’t contact the driver and it’ll be about 10 more minutes; at this point, I wasn’t going to hold my breath waiting for the food to arrive so I requested a full refund, this was granted. The lady on the phone was apologetic but seemed to not understand that my children didn’t understand that they were not getting what had been promised. Will I use Papa Johns again? No, there more pizza places in Evesham than people so choice is vast.

Always quick, always fresh and hot and staff always serving with a smile.

We preordered food 2 hours before delivery time. food was an hour late, we text at 19:30 (20 minutes after delivery time) and were told it would be delivered at 19:40. Called at 19:50 to check and was told the driver hadn't left. Its 6 minute walk to my house, driver was 20 minutes. On top of this I am still waiting for a call from the manager 30 minutes after I was told I would get a call back in 2 minutes, and there was nothing they would do for this massive inconvenience.

I took a vegan pizza and the vegan cheese seems as the real one, it was delicious!! The staff was polite and very quick. The location was nice.

Fantastic EVERY time we go there, Divya is fabulous, she gives us a warm welcome with her infectious smile, she knows our order without us saying a word and her service is beyond exceptional!!! She makes the best pizzas in town, I honestly cannot praise her enough. Thank you Divya x

Papa Johns Evesham is very hit and miss, whereas when we visit friends in Dudley and have a Papa Johns at their local branch it’s always excellent, my starters were nice but my pizza came with barely a covering of toppings, within an hour of eating I felt sick, throughout the rest of the evening I was severely dehydrated and drank copious amounts of water before going to bed still feeling bilious. I woke up early this morning and had what can only be described as a very upset stomach, which continued most of the morning, I didn’t eat anything else yesterday so it can’t be blamed on that. Very disappointing and as a result of my experience I most definitely won’t be ordering or eating from my local Papa John’s branch ever again..

Preorderd at 5pm for 7.30 delivery. Turned up 45 minutes late stone cold. Never again! Rang the store they said they were busy! Whats the point of preordering?

First time having Papa John's pizza, I'd rank it slightly below dominos but it was pretty much as expected. Amount of toppings /sauce was good and the base was how I like it. Let's take a minute though to talk about the 'special garlic' dipping sauce - oh my god its disgusting. It's like someone found the cheapest possible margarine and left it out for a week before showing it to a garlic clove. Rancid! Maybe it's an...acquired taste

One of the worst Pizza experiences I have ever had. The driver delivering went to the wrong address 3 times, even though my address is off a Main Street. I rang the shop to complain, and the manager didn’t even speak English

I ordered a pizza at 9pm to be made for 11pm. I came back 5 mins later and asked for refund and they wouldn’t give it to me… even though they had not stated to prepare my food. The food was disgusting and made me feel quite ill. Over sweetened pizza sauce and a garlic sauce that tasted of rancid butter. Absolutely the most disgusting food I’ve had in a long time and ridiculously over priced. DO NOT USE!!

Fantastic food, with good deals

Absolutely delicious - one of my all time favourite pizza places! However, was very disappointed yesterday. My potato tots were soggy and mushy, and my pizza was also under done. Potato tots should be crispy, and pizza should have at least a tinge of golden brown. They need to make sure the oven is operating properly, as takeaway pizza in general costs a lot of money and people shouldn't have to finish it off in their own ovens at home as I did. Papa John's has amazing flavour on their side, and do their food and their customers a disservice by undercooking food! Just turn the oven up and you'll be unbeatable! I've ordered jalapeño bites quite a few times and, while they're tasty (hence why I still order them), I really wish there were more jalapeño in them. They often seem to just have a tiny piece of jalapeño floating in a capsule of cheese. Again, increase the ratio of jalapeño to cheese and these will be unbeatable! Edit: Just ordered an XXL pizza to find the toppings are FAR more sparse at this size. Very disappointing to pay extra for a larger pizza but not get more toppings to, err, top it. It's like they put the same total amount on regardless of size.

Delivered wrong pizza, we called up and they said there was “nothing they could do”. Terrible customer service and won’t be ordering again.

OMG, I wish I have known of this place before, food was exceptional with fantastic service. Topping were perfect and balanced right ,food was pippin hot. I will be differently ordering again, customer service was excellent. I am giving 5 stars to Papa Jones in Evesham.

Quite honestly the worst customer experience ever. Took an hour and a half to arrive, and was cold and inedible. Store refused to refund and put phone down on me when pushed for head office contact details. Poor, very poor.

Best pizza I’ve ever had, delivered quick and piping hot. Both stuffed crust pizzas had the perfect amount of toppings and were beautifully made. Definitely gone up in their standards recently, have to recommend people give them a try!

Ordered from here to try them out & really enjoyed our pizzas. Plenty of toppings on both pizzas & the sauces were also delicious. We always Ordered from Dominoes but they've got competition in Evesham now.

Awful. Absolutely disappointed. Ordered BBQ pizza, no mushrooms, instead I got onions. No BBQ sauce, got maybe few chicken on the pizza and some (but little ) bit of bacon. Opened the special garlic sauce, its yellow, it tastes like butter, that is not a garlic sauce. Will never order it again, waste of money.

I love Papa John’s, so was really excited when one opened in Evesham. It didn’t disappoint - the pizzas were delicious - definitely the best in Evesham.

I was so disappointed with the pizza we had at Papa John's recently. I added extra cheese and my pizza was basically bread and tomato puree. Not what you expect after paying such a high price.

Waste of time and money. The pizza dough is dry with very little toppings. The Works pizza is poor to average. However the biggest disappointment for me were the cinnamon scrolls that were dry tasteless, with no sugar nor cinnamon. These two ingredients cost next to nothing. Amateurs. Absolute waste of flour. One star for the poor person who had to make these according to a "recipe" if you can call it that.

Papa John's always has extremely high quality ingredients, it really gives the pizza that extra flavour! The signature crust is really something else.

I don't usually write many reviews but the Pizzas were so tasty I had to make the effort. Lovely quick service just what I expected from a company like Papa John's. Lots of topping and very fast delivery, the food was piping hot and we live a fair few miles away from this branch. Fed up of the cardboard pizzas Dominos has been feeding us. Will definitely use again.

Excuses and more excuses delivery is a joke and waited 2 hours for my order got told to collect it. I wouldn't of selected delivery if I wanted to collect. What a shame as I love papa John's. Need a new manager after only a few days opening......

For a first time we decided to order from Papa johns in Evesham. Pepperoni pizza have a brilliant taste I think best what I had before.Love your special garlic dip thats so nice! Very poor service, food took over an hour to arrive, that’s an hour after the time it was meant to be delivered… I had to call to ask for updates..

Where are my toppings? Paid £22 for pizza and basically missing its toppings, only sausage on half?? No jalapeños even though I ordered them,3 slices with no olives on?! Avoid!!!!

Awful...pizza wasn't cooked properly and not even sliced had to do it myself the garlic mayo supplied tastes like cheap margerine..won't order off them again
