absolutely shocking, 3 x 500ml coke bottles have not been in fridge, then warmed even more with food. food was delivered cold most likely because I was waiting over an hour to be delivered. disgusting

forgot the sauce for my churros

My sandwich came on the wrong bread. I ordered honey and oat but it came on wholemeal. The sandwiches were also completely cold by the time they got to us.

Great vegan sub. Good service and efficient delivery.

The delivery driver was very polite and nice to chat to. The Sprite drinks were not in our delivery bag.

Wad laye, not toasted as requested. Slices were wrong and aent coke instead of coke zero fir a DIABETIC

Wonderful delivery , great smile and careful with the food- thank you . One roll was very full and kept falling apart! We cut it into bits which was easily eaten. Thank you

The sandwhich meals X2 were missing 1 meal - we had 2 sandwiches though which were wonderful. The delivery was prompt and the guy was very happy and friendly.

Lovely food, courier was polite and kind.

Didn't get either sandwich right, forgot crisps with both meal deals and only provided one drink. Tried calling store but no one picked up.

Learn to pack the damn food, every time I order from this particular subway there is always something missing from the order or it's been replaced.

It was vile! Steak was chewy, bread was soggy and I had to chuck it away!

Butter chicken was sickly sweet. No taste of any sort of curry spice. Literally tasted like it had been drenched in syrup. Naan was great though.

He was very sweet and food arrived just on time

The driver that delivered the food did not knock on the door instead just walked straight in to my House

The lady was so rude, super stingy on all the toppings and sauce even when I had asked for more, then got my order wrong and rushed me away. Never coming here again and don't recommend anyone to either.

sadly half the filling had slip out of the bread and all stuck and congealed on the wrapping. Also ordered cheese bites, but unavailable, not on receipt, instead of refund sent hashbrowns which I don't like so wasted.

I’m always so disappointed when I order a subway. I always ensure I am clear when ordering but the staff still can never make my food right. Also why do they heat up MAYO? Yuck. Also they didn’t change there gloves for my vegan order and they both were a mess :( Yes it is cheap but it also isn’t that hard to follow a clear order. Why is subway always like this these days :/

I didn’t revive anything , it say’s delivered at 1:05 but my fiancé and his brother were both sat downstairs at that time and the door didn’t go at all and no one was seen trying to delivery the food . It also kept changing the delivery time multiple times but in the end I received nothing so that’s £16 something gone from my bank if nothing happens about this . They toasted my subway meaning it is hard and soggy when I asked for it to not be toasted

Its a subway, kinda low tier, salad felt old, bread a little stale and drink was warm. Should be able to do a half and half sandwich

Unfortunately there was only 2 choices of bread..also only tikka chicken and no ceaser sauce... but the sandwich I ended up with was still good but that was more luck than the menu selection..

Bread tasted stale and staff seemed like they didn't really want to be there. They have a job opening, so are perhaps understaffed. Wasn't asked if I wanted it toasted or with cheese. Avoid this place and go to Derry's Cross/Armada Way instead.

It took over 3 hours for delivery! Subway were also bad at customer service kept blaming just eat drivers. When subway said they redid my food order 3 hours later clearly they lied as I had missing items and it was all cold. Wouldn't order from here again

Tha food was cold hard and we got 6” instead of foot long which is what I paid for. We had to go up to the main road to collect our order as the delivery person just stood there until my son reached him ( this has never happened before) I won’t be ordering from subway again

Cold,soggy nacho chicken, hash browns sent not crinkle fries ordered. No sauces, foot long not filled to ends, stale bread and looked like it had been thrown about, crushed .Delivery driver argued I'd put wrong address in but correct on receipt. First and DEFINITELY LAST time ordering here.

I would like a refund for my food, I ordered a gluten free sub and when it came, approximately 20/30 minutes LATE, I was told they didn’t have gluten free bread when I even payed EXTRA for it to be made with gluten free bread! How can you allow me to pay for it and not even send the right food. Again, I deserve a full refund for this entire order please.

Never had a problem with subway until I ordered from here, ordered a chicken breast wrap, 90% of the chicken was still FROZEN, and had a piece or two that were Luke warm, how can you be that bad, then had a chicken tikka sandwich, the bread was wrong plus it felt stale, not toasted, and even if it was toasted, it was done hours before because the sandwich was cold on arrival, and it took less than 10 minutes to get to me, food doesn’t cool that fast, nasty as hell Whether your looking for a quick stop for food during the day or on a night out, for the love of god avoid this place, never had worse food

Absolutely awful and disgusting behaviour from Subway manager ( jelly fat woman ) Very very rude , screaming on drivers and shouting on me for no reason . I see I’m not the only one who complain her . This lady is totally mental disorder, can’t handle simple situations and she don’t want to listen anything what you saying . I’m disgusted from such a behaviour. Never go again there !

Amazing food, amazing ladies with great customer service skills. Was very busy when I visited (Saturday 16 September at 20:30) but nothing was too much trouble for these ladies. Very happy thanks to them 🥰

Over 30 mins late - took an hour to get to us from ordering - for a sandwich i don’t think this is acceptable.

On 2 orders, items missing & last order was lied to on phone by women who stated Just Eat would refund me straight away (no refund) so paid twice for 1 order, I esculated to with Just Eat customer service & no help despite medical problems didnt realise option for delivery wasn't selected. So will not use either or Just Eat again. Worst customer experience ever. BEWARE! I would not recommend, avoid this branch. Taken me couple of month to feel able to write this review.

Woman on the phone lied to me on the phone on orders for family & Just Eat was zero help 3 pizza slices missing & other order ended up paying double for 1 order (lost more than £40 which can't afford to lose, due to chronic health/disabilities, husband needs break from cooking as shortage of Carers to help out) when she said Just Eat would refund straight away. I explained to Just Eat accidentally had on collection (cognitive problems so Just Eat not accessible site or customer service) wanted delivery had no transport to possibly collect. Now can't/won't use Just Eat or this Subway ever again. Has taken me a couple of months to be able to post review due to horrid experience. I used to work in customer service & this would never happen where I worked. Hope they sort staff out. BEWARE!

Never had meat what took half an hour to chew terrible

My sub was toasted, if I wanted that I’d have asked for it, not everyone likes toasted subs, some of us are old school and like normal subs!! Hate toasted subways!!

The delivery man was so amazing, he was so happy and smiling all the time even after I explained I didn’t have a tip for him 🙃 He made me feel like I didn’t need to tip him as he was just happy I got my food nice and hot 🥰 He is a credit to just eat delivery 🙏🙏🥰🥰

Food was good. Pricing not made very clear. 2 meal deals ( 6 inch drink & extra crisps or cookie) £12.78. Once in a while treat as a bit pricey. Was clean and service good (delivery orders do seem to take priority though)

Delivery arrived in good time, slightly after the provisional time but nothing too major. However part of the order was incorrect with hash browns being sent as opposed to the crinkle wedges that were ordered.

DIAMOND WAS A DIAMOND! Such an attentive sandwich artist, she was really welcoming and accommodating, Diamond is a credit to the company!

Completely wrong order and food was absolutely appalling

Came in and was served by the lovely Kye. Having a bad experience within this store previously (lack of vegan ingredients), Kye really changed my opinion on the store due to his friendly manner and accommodating service. Although late at night and busy in store, Kye was super happy towards us and prepared a well stuffed sandwich!!
