Took over an hour to deliver, forgett one of the dips and the driver didn't Evan talk, just handed me the pizza, grunted and walked off.

Very rude delivery driver. I got shouted at on the phone for putting in the wrong address on Uber when I had in fact put in the right address. Terrible customer service. Especially with the food and delivery being incredibly expensive.

Ordered for delivery after 1 hour didn't arrive called numerous times either cut off or on hold pizza didn't arrive but charged!! Went in store 2 days later said refund was done still not received!!

Had to install one star as a minimum, ordered large pizza at 5.33 for £12 was told I had to spend £20 for delivery even though website says £2 something, boosted order to £20.29p for stuff I did not want and was told 30 mins .57 minutes later phoned to chase,put on hold ,after several attempts to speak to someone gave up.now 7.45 no show.

My local dominos has a lot of things to offer.

Il be honest, I have had a few bad experiences in the past; but I must say the last fair few times me or my partner have ordered the delivery has been really quick and the food arriving HOT and tasty! I definitely feel they have upper their game 🙏🏼 and will continue to use them 😊 staff have been friendly also.

Member of staff called Sam was rude to my daughter when trying to pickup her order and when I raised the matter he walked away. Overall fairly incompetent team.

They was 40 minutes late and didn’t refund me even though if it’s 30 minutes late u get it for free

The worst delivery possible. Very rude staff basically chucked my pizza at me when at my door because it took me 1 Minute to come downstairs. Appalling behaviour. I came here to specifically write this review only to see that several people complaining about poor service. Never have I seen a domino's have such poor review. Please don't bother order from here, just opt for papa johns.

Heard delivery is bad, but would highly recommend collection. Staff have always been accommodating and never shied away with the toppings.

These guys never deliver on time. Always receive a notification saying it has been delivered when it hasn't. Then you phone up and they say it will be 5 mins and it isn't. Just a waste of time

Appalled with quality as a start. Hardly any cheese in the margerita. 20 mins the food was delayed. Chicken was chewy and partial uncooked. No wonder they are so quiet at the moment - appalling food prep and the execution

We ordered pizza midweek for a family meal , 2 large pizzas and some sides.. over 1.5 hours later and after several phone calls to the shop (and them not answering) the pizzas arrived. Unfortunately after the driver had left I realised they delivered the wrong pizzas (kids were not happy ) the pizzas that were delivered were cold and soggy. We ended up having to cook dinner after what should have been simple fast food! We finally got through to the shop and they didn't seem to care and offered a refund of 1 pizza in 3-5 days . Absolute joke. Never again.

Staff were very friendly, efficient and had working. Food is always nice from dominos.

Very slow, very poor communication and actual delivery times bear no resemblance to what app or website says. Same branch have failed to refund me for a previous order that simply never arrived. Useless.

They charge more then what is on price list when I ask why they said everyday the price is changed and is go up. Like I always buy pizza for 9.99 and today they charge me 21:99 they going up very quick. Thank you Dominos

It’s been two and half hours since I placed my order and I’m still waiting for delivery. Phone Chalfont St Peter Domino’s around 40 mins ago only to be told they busy and my order will be delivered in 20mins. I accept they are busy but this is taking the p**s.

Staff refused to wash hands or wear gloves when preparing a vegetarian pizza. Will not be going there again.

Didn’t like the attitude of the staff when I told them I want thin crust, the looks I got and the guy at the till told me it’s £1 extra. And I have never heard this from this place before or anywhere else!!!

Honestly a shambles. Currently been waiting over an hour and a half for delivery. This tbh is a regular thing. Was called half hour ago and advised it would be with me in 20 minutes. Now they won’t even answer the phone. Who runs this place? Plus you now have to pay for delivery. I get it’s a ‘luxury’ but this is absolutely outrageous.

Terrible service , preordered at 18:30 for 19:30 delivery , after lots of calls and now at 22:23 still nothing , they have asked if we would like to cancel after waiting that long ! or for us to go and collect …. Never again !!

Have been waiting an hour and half for pizza and they still say to wait another 5 minutes. People order pizza when they are hungry so making people starve for that long is ridiculous.

Recently past few months very bad delivery. Had to wait around 2 hours and we all very hungry. We live 10 minutes from Chalfont St. Peter so do not understand the very long wait and the app was saying it was delivered an hour before it was. Very disappointed in dominos and next time will definitely buy somewhere else do not recommend!!! Hoping it will not be cold.

The chalfont St Peter branch service is so rubbish. Delivery takes over two hours when you order online (expecting asap) and then the pizza arrive cold. They never pick up the phone when you trying to wonder what has happened and kids are starving. This seems to happen every weekend, why don’t they stop taking orders or hire more staff if they can’t meet the demand. Won’t be ordering again. So frustrating!

Been waiting over 90 minutes, still the pizza hasn't arrived. Called them they said they're too busy. 1 minute later driver called asking what's your address. Can't give no stars but never gonna have a domino's again. Well this branch is very bad.

My daughter often has a Domino's on Friday evenings - we always order on the phone and collect and have never had any issues. The staff are polite and helpful. She always seems happy.

We experienced the same issue with delivery as others. Placed an order for delivery via the website and ended up having to go and collect or wait 2 hours. Whilst we got a phone call (25 mins after we placed our order) wait times should be advised when placing the order. Whilst Dominos can't incorporate something to advise on wait times, they can send you junk emails asking you to tip their delivery drivers, even though you picked up your own pizzas.......needless to say I rewarded myself with a beer.

I ordered a pizza deal and waited for a hour. Pizza was still not delivered so I called the Chalfont St Peter store to hear that it is 2 hours waiting period!!! There was not a such information when I placed the order. I would definitely NOT wait that long! Unacceptable!

Quality of Pizza is too good and Manager's and staff behave with customers also nice.

Do yourself a favour and just collect, if you want the pizza delivered then go elsewhere, they simply cannot deliver pizzas from this branch, takes over an hour every time and always needs a phone call to chase. Then they don't answer the phone if you call again. Feel bad for saying it but they really shouldn't be in business. Hopeless.

It took 3 attempts to get through. When I did get through, the member of staff was abrupt and unfriendly. He was rude when he felt I was unfamiliar with the menu. I suggest they employ more staff and train them in good customer service. Pizza was ready on time and quality was OK.

Ordered for delivery but an hour and half later, we ended up coming here to find out the latest on our order. 2 and a half hours after we ordered, we managed to get our pizzas. They are super busy but perhaps orders should be stopped if they cannot deliver within an acceptable time frame. Disappointed that we ordered for delivery at 7:30pm, but had to collect our 4 pizzas and returned home for 10pm. A simple call to let us know that they will not be able to get to our order for a few hours would have been good. We would have cancelled the order. Plus you can't get through on the phone lines - just keeps ringing. Had we not gone to see what was happening to our pizzas, I don't think we would have received our pizzas until 11pm at the earliest!

Very rude staff, refused to honour offers on display. They also didn't wear masks properly. Won't be visiting them again.

Thinking about a dominos? Don't ..order a pizza hut!!! I spoke to a gentleman on the phone, absolutely shocked at the low level of customer service given to us by one of the representatives of dominos, was given different prices from the app compared to what the guy offered me, when asked to speak to the manager to resolve this I asked what the gentlemans name was to reference with the manager I was quickly put on hold to which the phone dropped, called back and suddenly it's almost like the colleague didn't exist, manager came off quite hostile when I mentioned the price difference, may have to report this to trading standards as the price difference is a joke.

Prices are different... £5.99 for a personal pizza but when you order it goes up to £11.49. Spoke to Surfian and said this is for a margarita yet nowhere in the app does it state this. Furthermore after being asked what his name was, hung up. Then tried to call back but kept being put on hold. Disgusting service!!! £11.49 for a personal pizza you're having a laugh.

Health and safety risk with this place. We've ordered three times in the past year, a member of our family has gotten violently ill within an hour of eating the food. They must not be cooking the meat properly or doing something very dodgy. Avoid.

Echo the other recent reviews, pizza took 1.5 hours to turn up where the bot thing said it was out for delivery an hour before that. Totally useless bot, get rid of it. They just don't bother answering the phone on the weekends so forget about phoning to find out where your pizza is. Clearly not enough delivery drivers employed here. Pizza is fine though, no better or worse than any other Dominos.

In the end it was just a wait for a cold pizza. Very friendly/helpful delivery driver though. Need to fix up those estimated waiting times when first ordering too, cause they defo ain't right.

Shared the same experience as everybody else by the look of it! Can never find your address, eventually when they do, it’s hours after you order & always cold. Must be up to their eyeballs in complaints. Seriously avoid

Unbelievable- app said order has been delivered but when I called shop they said we don't know where the driver is. And then "is your address hard to find?" Well, apparently not for the last 5 orders... I hope dominos corporate takes action on this franchise

Pizza delivered cold after waiting 65 minutes. The phone app said the order was delivered 20 mins before it actually was. Never ordering from this branch again. Late deliveries have occurred more than once On previous occasion their pizza was over cooked .

Ordered pizza at 19.35, was told 1 hour for delivery, it's now 21.05...no pizza and the branch can't be bothered to pick the phone up either... Absolutely disgraceful service for a chain of its size!

Standard domino’s. Lots of people complaining about lateness and such, but I’ve never had an issue. If you order timed delivery online they’re usually bang on.

Worst pizza I’ve ever eaten Normally dominos is great but I’ve ordered pizza from this dominos 4 or 5 times and it’s the same Avoid pizza was cold and plus it was of 40 minutes late so it was free anyway but dominos terms and conditions guarantee if it takes longer then 30 minutes to deliver it is free

Took 2 hours to arrive, burnt and cold too, told i could have a replacement sent out which is fine or 2 free pizzas to replace them put onto my number. I chose the free pizza obtion and and alls good till i call up and told there is no free pizzas cos the guy didnt write anything down. Fuming as ive now just been mugged over the course of a month rather than just the day.

What an absolute shower of incompetent idiots!!! This it the second time they have let me down. Where do I begin? Ordered at half eight. It’s now half ten... still no pizza. They don’t pick up the phone. How bloody frustrating. Who is in charge of this outfit???? This happened before and I swore at the time to never go back.... I did... and I am genuinely angry and frustrated that my local pizza parlour have broken my trust. How are they still in Business ? The most worrying aspect of this whole debacle is they may well have uninated across my steaming meteor to gain retribution for my protestations. Terrible service. So slow! Still waiting for delivery. Apparently, order was cooked 1 hour ago (according to online tracker), but since then it has disappeared.

This place is always 50/50 because I've had it deliver really quickly but sometimes it has taken a couple of hours. So I don't know wether to like it or not. But at least the pizza is great!
