I had a wonderful KFC in-store experience! The Dirty Louisiana Burger Meal was just what I wanted. Stuffed into a soft bread, the burger was loaded with flavour, including gherkins, cheese, spicy sauce, crispy chicken fillet, and that delicious hash brown. The staff provided excellent customer service as they were kind and efficient. The restaurant was friendly and immaculate. Delicious fast food and wonderful people as KFC has always been for me my number one spot.

Such poor customer service. I deeply regret to come into Amersham KFC. Some of staffs are untrusted and also none professional. The staffs were chatting each other meanwhile, the customers are waiting their orders to be made, it is utterly ridiculous 🙄. I would not be recommended for anyone else to waste his/ her time to come or place any orders. This is my experience ever had!

Popped in with my young granddaughter. after a day out. I would never allow my granddaughter to venture into this fast food outlet alone. On entering the premises a group of approximately 10 youths (male and female) had gathered - talking loudly, standing around, swearing like old navvies and generally being intimidating, intentionally or unintentionally. Throughout our meal the group increased further, decreased then increase again to approximately 20 and in my view behaving in an anti social manner in a public space. Staff allowed this behaviour to continue and said nothing although 2 drinks were bought during the entire time. Surely staff are paid to create a safe and comfortable eating environment, DO YOUR JOB. It's not a youth club and I would never go back to this KFC in Amersham and feel more at ease in Wycombe!!

Boneless chicken was dry as the sahara Desert, fries was cold, salad was as warm as the weather we been havin. Corn on the cob was soggy and looked like it was a week old. The chicken and fries was very spicy. All in all the food was rank

The burgers tasted very salty. I have been eating KFC for decades but recently there has been a problem with the quality of the food at this branch There were 2 small pieces of chicken in the bun instead of the usual chicken fillet.

I have visited many KFC branches across the country & this is by far the worst KFC I have ever been to!!! Unfortunately this is not the 1st bad experience I have had here, it seems like every time I have been here either the food is stone cold & dry or I get home & have missing items. However this evening I was served by a guy called T or H or something couldn't quite make it out as his name tag was attached to the back of his baseball cap!! (Trying to be a wanna be gangster or something, absolutely laughable & pathetic) He was extremely rude, my daughter ordered a krushem which was like milk he proceeded to stir it with a spoon & told me that's how they make it. I then over heard him telling other customers to clean up their tables so he didn't have to as they were eating. Once my order was ready I went to collect it he then decided to have a conversation & was laughing & joking with a delivery driver & another customer ignoring the fact he still hadn't gave me my order it just sat there getting cold for several minutes . Even after such a long wait he didn't even give me my drink I then had to ask him for my drink which he then said "you are not getting it" he then proceeded to give me my drink after an even longer wait. If I wasn't with my daughter at the time, I don't know what I would have done! It was absolutely disgraceful behaviour from someone who is meant to be trained in the most basic customer service skills. As a result I will never go here again.

Cracking little bloke dropped off my food and was very pleasant. It was a pleasure getting food dropped off by such a respectful young gentleman.

This stuff should now be called unlucky fried sparrow. Went all the way to amersham to collect a 10 piece family feast.only to get home and find no sides.and only 9 dead sparrows at the bottom of the bucket.the chips were cold.when i rang the store.was given 2 options ring customer service and ask for a refund or have a code to to give them next time i go.well i dont think i be goin again.when i was a kid kfc tasted so good now favourite chicken seems to have left kfc in the dust..

ridiculous, i ordered this food at 16;00 hrs and it was delivered at 19:39, how bad is this? im not very happy as i was meant to go to work hence the reason why l ordered the food to be delivered at 18:55.

i bought a trilogy box meal and the chicken was pink, but i didn’t think much of it… until the next day when i had explosive diarrhoea which went up my bathroom walls and had me cleaning it up for day, it even got in my roommates mouth!!

I usually love KFC, but my recent experience was very disappointing. First, the chicken was dry and overcooked, which completely ruined the meal. I’ve been to several KFC locations, but this one really let me down. The fries were soggy and cold, and I had to wait far longer than expected for my order. To make things worse, they forgot to include some of the sides I ordered. Customer service was a bit lackluster, too—when I asked about the missing items, the staff seemed uninterested and didn’t offer any resolution. The atmosphere was electric and buzzing with entertainment and youth.For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. The food was appalling. Despite it being very late it was at one cold and the chicken was very salt t, dried up and possibly left over from lunch. The may I had gone very yellow a a has been kept warm for a long time earlier in the day. They should only make the food to order at quiet times.

At quiet times the food is left for hours before being sold. The best time to order is lunch or early evening.

Order placed at 19:11pm with a 20-35mins delivery. Order arrived late at 7:55pm and my food was cold!

The staff were very friendly, the restaurant was very clean, and whilst the Zinger burger was good, the gravy seemed really off. It didn't taste nice. Other than that, it was OK.

Took nearly 2 hours to get my food and when it arrived it was cold .they charge a premium price for the food and add extra delivery and service fee. But the service is absolutely awful

I was there with my family yesterday, and that is the last time I will step foot in there. The food is really really bad now., even my wife said what has happened to the chips , it’s really tasteless and very dry , the chicken also was very very bad, and I am sure you know why. also, the burgers really bad. You don’t need much to understand about a food place. Look at it now it’s like a ghost shop hardly anybody there. It’s like they ran you out on purpose. So they can work less. And the new staff completely ruined everything bring back to your old staff. You might have a chance. This is 100% genuine review. Based on my opinion, my wife’s opinion and my two kids opinion who this used to be their favorite place , but not anymore now , the chicken and the fries and the burgers they used to be so much better. I don’t know why. Maybe the chef doesn’t care about it anymore , or something must’ve happened , no communication no good spirit , I think the attitude can affect the food production as well , we had a big lunch in there yesterday, we all felt like we wanted to throw up, no thanks thank you sir

The service at this kfc is shocking not only as a customer but when I’ve picked up orders for Uber eats/Just Eat from here the wait times are ridiculous even when it’s not busy, and I even saw a customer ask for a refund because of the wait time but most of the time there is only 1 person serving the customers and packing the orders and I feel bad for the staff because it’s not fair on them either it’s clearly poor management, but it’s not good enough when drivers are being paid per delivery and loosing money potentially not even making minimum wage because of poorly run places like this slowing them down👎👎 Reply: I’m sure you will pass it on but I’m not the only customer and delivery driver who has complained yet nothing has changed, at lot of kfcs can be abit slow when their busy but they work very hard but at this kfc they don’t
