KFC Amersham - Sycamore Road in Chiltern

Service was very good and the food was hot. It was my first time as I was passing by.

Chips dry tasteless Chicken burnt Corn on cob also dry

perfect KFC no complaints on food or delivery from me thanks.

Sadly it was cold when I got it due to he had other orders to deliver before I got mine.

The staff were very friendly, the restaurant was very clean, and whilst the Zinger burger was good, the gravy seemed really off. It didn't taste nice. Other than that, it was OK.

The buns were dry and like cardboard. Bad batch or not stored correctly?

Kept changing dilivery time ended up having to wait almost 2 hours. Food was mostly cold or slightly warm. 🙄

going by the tracking the driver delivered to an address 10 miles away first but we are only 2 miles from KFC so food was stone cold when it arrived.

It's KFC food was expected, service was slow and deliveries were prioritised over customers inside of which there were 3 families

Took nearly 2 hours to get my food and when it arrived it was cold .they charge a premium price for the food and add extra delivery and service fee. But the service is absolutely awful

I was there with my family yesterday, and that is the last time I will step foot in there. The food is really really bad now., even my wife said what has happened to the chips , it’s really tasteless and very dry , the chicken also was very very bad, and I am sure you know why. also, the burgers really bad. You don’t need much to understand about a food place. Look at it now it’s like a ghost shop hardly anybody there. It’s like they ran you out on purpose. So they can work less. And the new staff completely ruined everything bring back to your old staff. You might have a chance. This is 100% genuine review. Based on my opinion, my wife’s opinion and my two kids opinion who this used to be their favorite place , but not anymore now , the chicken and the fries and the burgers they used to be so much better. I don’t know why. Maybe the chef doesn’t care about it anymore , or something must’ve happened , no communication no good spirit , I think the attitude can affect the food production as well , we had a big lunch in there yesterday, we all felt like we wanted to throw up, no thanks thank you sir

Food wasn’t hot, it was only warm. The can of drink was not chilled it was room temperature. Not a good experience

Food was cold. My drink was hot. The food came late. Everything was rubbish. And then when I went to get a refund just eat refused it for whatever reason. Can’t believe my night was ruined

The service at this kfc is shocking not only as a customer but when I’ve picked up orders for Uber eats/Just Eat from here the wait times are ridiculous even when it’s not busy, and I even saw a customer ask for a refund because of the wait time but most of the time there is only 1 person serving the customers and packing the orders and I feel bad for the staff because it’s not fair on them either it’s clearly poor management, but it’s not good enough when drivers are being paid per delivery and loosing money potentially not even making minimum wage because of poorly run places like this slowing them down👎👎 Reply: I’m sure you will pass it on but I’m not the only customer and delivery driver who has complained yet nothing has changed, at lot of kfcs can be abit slow when their busy but they work very hard but at this kfc they don’t

It felt like a shadow of what KFC used to be, more like a fast-food joint than anything else. The food was burnt and carelessly thrown into the bag. Instead of any real service, your number is shouted across the room, and you’re left to walk up and collect it yourself. No sauce, no wipes, no napkins—just greasy food tossed your way to eat however you can. Disappointing to say the least.

As you would expect, food was good - chicken was cooked. Only a small branch but a table was free. All good.

This is the first time my whole order arrived with nothing missing the food was delivered on time and still hot . The delivery driver was also very pleasant. Definitely a big improvement on the other times I’ve had a delivery with KFC Amersham.

As this is the 5th time JustEat has asked for feedback, I shall oblige. I ordered early for delivery at lunch time. It was over an hour late (outside of my lunch break) and it was not my food when it turned up. I was told to keep the food delivered

only had 4 pieces of original chicken should of had 6 and only 4 hot wings should of had 6 and no popcorn chicken

why do you insist on putting cold drinks in with hot food... it's not that difficult. yet again my food arrived and my drink was hotter than my foodm pathetic.

Drink was missing from order and when I rang to ask for one to be delivered kfc did not pick up and I called multiple times.

Went in and ordered 2 popcorn. Poor girl on front was being ignored by the 2 boys in middle who were too busy talking the entire time ~ asked for my popcorn and fries about 5 times being ignored resulting in this lady angrily waiting 10 minutes and me 7! For popcorn and fries that’s rediculous, they were both cooked already too these boys clearly just didn’t care about speed rather about talking. This girl on front was amazing when I asked she said her name was like suriya ~ she apologised and gave me extra fries. Maybe teach your staff about speed and customer satisfaction, they don’t come there to gossip about their day for 10 minutes.

Ordered online an hour before close, which fair is close but figured that would be fine. Pushed the tracker for later and later deliveries for 50 minutes, before cancelling the order 90 minutes after I ordered it. Absolutely taking the mick.

They gave me the wrong order I then had to wait for the delivery driver to come back with the correct one and that then took half hour. The first was cold aswell as one piece of chicken being undercooked. This is the SECOND time this has happened now! I would like a refund of my order. As this is disgraceful or some sort of compensation for this. Especially happening twice in a row!

Ordered food from this particular branch of KFC even though the reviews were bad and I know why now… In the picture you can see why, I had 2 pieces of the chicken and a wing with my meal, the leg on the right was the normal expected size for a leg, however the breast and wing must of been from a miniature chicken, what an absolute joke!!!

No baked beans, water instead of Pepsi and the worst chips ever.

A very long wait for takeaway but the food was great...piping hot and tasty!

A nightmare for us neurodivergent folks: whole place dirty. Filthy sticky ordering screens (I hate these) messy tables. Waited ages to be served and for food. Staff don’t smile. Toilets need a deep clean. It’s a youth club too with loud teens sitting with a drink for hours. But worse than that - THE CHICKEN AND GRAVY WAS GROSS 🤮

Feel like I wasted £16 on two chicken meals - that’s in the loosest sense of the word meal. The chips with the chicken were almost invisible there were so few of them. The chicken was nice, but the Pepsi max drink that it came with was flat. Glad we were taking away as the inside of the place was dirty and I could see food on the floor - not the best impression for a food establishment. All in all won’t be back and very disappointed.

Food was delivered to a completely different place. Driver rang and asked even though the address is on the order details - said he can’t come to the address and is delivering where he is. Then proceeded to put down the phone.

After I ordered my munch the worker spat in my face and my chicken had literal rats and worms crawling bout in my food, the atmosphere was horrid and was not clean the food was raw and I think had nut stains in it.

Again missing order!! Surely when packed a Colonels order you would think putting fries in would be easy enough. Once again poor service from Amersham.

We ordered from KFC Amersham at 18:45 to be delivered at 19:15 (time suggested and provided by the app) and it turned at 19.48 with parts of the order missing . Every time I ordered though just eat , there was something missing.

The driver was very polite and professional. A+

Cold food and took an hour and a half to get here.

Food was warm when it got to us, delivery time kept being pushed back.. originally due at 4 got pushed x2 and finally delivered at 4.35. Happens fairly often with KFC, have ordered from there about 6times and at least 3 have been cancelled or late

Terrible experience the driver was parking outside on the street couldn’t even be bothered to walk up the driveway. So he drove off without delivering the food and I got an update 2 seconds later saying my order had arrived. Ridiculous behaviour. What a waste of everyone’s time!!!!
