I would just like to inform you of the behaviour and actions of one of your employees this evening. (11.08.22) It was my misfortune to witness a 'lady', at 19.00, verbally and physically abuse an elderly gentleman who was exceptionally intoxicated of alcohol. This woman was in the centre of a group of teenagers filming the said gentlemen whilst shouting & attempting to physically assualt the man. Onlookers had gathered & were attempting to intervene, as she began calling the man 'a peadophile'. Unfortunately, this woman was claiming to be a manager at your company and was clearly wearing a subway uniform. This altercation lasted for over 40 minutes. The woman in question was roughly about 30 years of age, foul mouthed and very aggressive. The group and herself, were fiming this behaviour. Please, please, as a company, can Subway please act on this matter immediately as this behaviour was completely unacceptable & distressing to witness. This behaviour from a manager of one of your stores local to portsmouth is inappropriate!

Despite 4 staff working service slow and painful. Would not use them again, take my advice go elsewhere.

Visited today, not busy however staff were useless. Dirty tables everywhere. 3 sandwiches ordered. Cheese and olive, steak and cheese, ham and turkey. On setting it prepped, found a hair in ham, asked for chipolte sauce on steak but got ketchup. So ended up with just a cheese roll. Only for them to charge for a chicken. Absolutely shocking, service, hygiene, and staff. We even had to clean our own table.

Popped in for lunch on the way home from work. Slightly tiled floor, Radio 1 pumping. Closest I've been to a night out in at least a year. 10/10 would visit again

The staff was very friendly and much quicker even they were very busy. They are doing good job with care. well done guys

Myself and my partner came in for a subway today to be served by a rude and grumpy member of staff. I had to consistently repeat my self on what I was asked for. At the end i gave the staff member £20 note as it came to £14.38. He then grumbled at me "want your receipt" I replied nicely " no thank you but can I have a tray" he grumbled at me once again. So I loudly replied "can I have a tray please" I was given my tray. So I put our food and drinks on it and left as the man behind me was getting funny. Once I had sat down I had realised I didn't receive my change of £5.62 so straight away went back to the till to be served by a young lady I said I've just paid for my lunch with a £20 note to not receive any change what so ever shes then told me to sit down and wait. 20 mins later she came to the table and questioned me about the chance I showed her my purse was empty. Then she came back and gave me my chance to be told I was in the wrong for not checking. I made a comment about the staff member who served me. I politely said I wont be returning here but in future get your staff to pay more attention and not be so rude to paying customers. he was making comments about me while I was sat down. He was questioned on the shop floor about what had happened and he twice said two different stories about what had happened. This is why its important to have CCTV above the tills to prove who is right. Disused with his attitude.. !!!!

One man working there used the same gloves for meat and salad and did some cleaning in the middle while my sandwich was being toasted (with the same gloves)

We went here for a quick bite to eat we both choose the breakfast sub which was delicious and a cookie for after which both meals were very well prepared and quickly served it was quite a cold morning but the table we choose to seat at had the sun coming through the window so we had picked a great spot with some tasty food definitely visting here for early lunch again

The subway was fine and the staff behind the counter was friendly enough. The guy cleaning the tables needed to be taught how to do it properly as he left crumbs all over the table he'd just cleaned. Also maybe tell the staff to look like they enjoy their jobs too.

... very quick and friendly ..food as usual top draw .. just a shame there is not a lot of seating ..

I love this subway. The staff are efficient and you have your order on the table in about 3-4 minutes. They are not shy on the salad and the bread is warm. The sub is prepared in front of you and you have control every step of the way. A good place to sit and watch the world go by in the precinct.

It is difficult to review a Subway as they are a franchise, but this one is good. It has ample seating, kept nice and tidy and the food is tasty, fast and served with a smile. Apart from posh coffee shops, there is little choice for what might be termed cafe type places in Fareham town centre so I'm pleased that this Sub is here.

When we visit Fareham town, we always go in for a quick bite as the food is always fresh and made in front of you,and just as important to me are the staff who are always friendly and helpful when serving you.Well done to them all.

i tend to use this place before 11am so to get the breakfast deal, it is what it is food wise, never had any cause to complain the staff are a bit nutty when you get to know them, if you re a regular like i am, decor is the standard subway decor, but it is clean

Good for lunch or a quick bite to eat, I work around the corner so sometimes pop in a lunch time, it is all ways busy but you get served quickly

As the title suggests ,,, I've ran in this place a couple of times and used the toilet in the morning , the Toilets by the bus station don't open till either nine or nine thirty am! That's a complaint about the council, The toilets in subway are for customers only, so the staff aren't allowed to let you use them without buying something, so I've said I'll get something.. But I've just got off the x4 or x5 bus and need the toilet really desperately!! They looked a bit Bewildered, but I did buy something, the subs are nice and the restaurant is the standard subway decor etcetera, this place can be a lifesaver for commuters from or too Fareham if the public lavatories aren't open yet!! I know that's probably not very flattering for subway, but this is trip advisor!! You'll probably get quite a few extra customers from this!!

My wife and I (both OAP) went in here last Monday, more or less to get a cup of coffee and shelter out of the icy wind. We were met by a very pleasant young man and after we told him that we had not been to a sub-way before we did know what to do. He kindly took the time to explain what the establishment was all about and what it had to offer. He showed my wife everything that was available on the menu and what we could choose . We chose our coffee and our meal and was absolutely delighted with it . We will return and if the owners of this franchise read this it is all down to that young man who served us. You should be very proud of him.

I love the salads in Subway as you can pick exactly what you want in your salad and the dressing. That means you do not get bits you do not like! The portion size is great and you get subway points as well!

Took 20 mins from start to finish. Staff unable to cope with volume of customers. Food ok so can't complain about that! Fast food should be just that.

I had not had a subway in absolutely years, do not like them. Well for quickness decided to try again and sorry to say this is not for me. Staff were polite, but I just do not like the bread - so big failure for me.

Good value- lots to choose from-healthy options too. Fast food but tasty snacks. Quick service and often special offers.

My son's favourite fast food in town. Usual fare, usual service and prices. Very handy for a snack before or after a film as it's just round the corner from the cinema.

Good food for a quick snack. Service was friendly and quick even though we arrived very close to closing time.

Although it's quite a small branch the staff are polite and the food is good quality and tasty. Prices are very competitive too...for less that £8 in total we both had a coffee, one salad, one six inch sub, one cookie, and one bad of crisps.

Great quick sandwiches- healthy option available. Good value for money, often vouchers available. Cheap and cheerful.

This Subway outlet is in the centre of Fareham in Hampshire, just off the main shopping street and adjacent to the car park by the bus station. The restaurant serves breakfast subs from 0700 and is open all day until quite late in the evening. Breakfast subs are served until 1100 each day and are very good and tasty. You can have your choice of fillings all heated so everything is fresh. Prices are quite competitive with other restaurants of a similar type. The restaurant is handy for the shops, indoor mall and open high street also the car park which costs £1.50 for the first hour.
