Subway in Calderdale

The fillings are ridiculous, i'm sure they counted the individual sweetcorn on my sandwich. I've eaten subways around the world and Halifax subway is by far the worst

Asked for gluten free meatball sub. Bread was gluten free , meatballs weren’t. Staff need training. Enjoyed the sandwich but very poorly since.

Food portions are so small that I had to ask for more salad on my sandwich! Staff complete orders before serving you! Stood around for ages waiting! Some staff are friendly and some aren't at all! Used to do NHS discounts, but only if in uniform and NHS staff are not allowed to wear their uniforms outside of work due to contamination! So pointless, even offering the discount! Overpriced, and you get naff all in the sandwich! Delivery prices are silly, too!

I visited on 9th Dec 2023 and the customer service was terrible. A member of staff kept me waiting to pay for about two minutes while my sub was going cold, while he rearranged the cookies. It's unbelievable that staff are not trained to prioritize serving a customer first and do other less time sensitive tasks after when no customers are waiting. I mean really this should be basic common sense and shouldn't need training, but hey, there you go.

I like subway a lot but since I found out is not halal I stop buying it in halifax town,im hoping they do halal. Thanks

We have been visiting this Subway for many years. Went in, yesterday, to be told they no longer do the sandwich we always have. We left and we won't be going back

My grandaughter chose her lunch from here, Really good as she could pick exactly what she wanted, not too busy, social distancing still, thank you. Sanitising equipment, thank you. Staff very patient while you choose.

Nice sandwiches as usual but didn’t like some of the clientele outside, not subways fault. Did put me off though. Nice staff .

Firstly if you are fussy then its a great place, you pick what you want in your sub, if you like a large foot long fill your self up here, Staff are friendly happy to help, its clean and price it ok. negative is very little choice for gluten free customers
