Subway in Portsmouth

Using yesterdays bread - can’t guarantee that they’re not using old meats aswell. Don’t fancy food poisoning so no thanks

Added black olives to my sub and I don’t eat them, rest of order was fine though, just keep finding black olives inside it

Order was wrong in multiple ways

Pretty bad experience, quite possibly the worst subway, for service i have been into. Got a strange look when politely asking for a coffee. Spent 2 min explaining i wanted a latte. And then got a sarcastic attitude back. Server also was coughing into same hand as was serving and passed proceeded to hand coffee to me. They are still serving while blowing nose and coughing. As type. AVOID!

They offered a free cookie to leave a positive review. I'm very easily swayed by cookies, however, that was months ago so I've made it a 1*. Because it's not cool.

Great subway! They are amazing there, they even put in an extra cookie which really brightened my day!

Went there today.. some young boy with a moustache was working and probably had the worst customer service ever. Didn’t even acknowledge us. Just walked out in the end. Feel sorry for the owner with people like that representing them.

Friendly staff, fresh food and the place is looked after. They put more food than other Subways I’ve been to. I left full and happy. Definitely recommend.

Only wanted a cup of tea. Puts hot water in cup, then milk, gives me the tea. Sits down. Only luke warm.

Absolutely appalling the 2 men that work there now don’t speak a word of English they get your order wrong every time bring back the old staff and manager as there were brilliant ! , these new people are so bad I would give 0 star if could

Not properly packet due to which it was pressed completley flat, didn't enjoy , very disappointed.

My sandwich was missing all but 2 toppings, and my order was missing multiple items.

Usually subway serves lightly salted Doritos for nacho, but got totally different brand of nachos on my last visit.

All in all a good Subway experience. Nothing special.

Fast polite service. The sandwich was well presented and very tasty. The meal deal is great value. A clean & spacious seating area made it a very good lunchtime stop.

We'd driven for over 150 miles to catch the ferry, got there early, looking for breakfast and Subway hot the spot. For once, it was hot and properly cooked, too.

Excellent covid layout, very helpful with my allergy and pointing out what was available... quick service but with out compromising the taste.

I can't recommend this place, food wasn't good, chewy sandwich and horrible coffee.

Normalmente no comer en metro, pero estar a menos de 5 minutos a pie de nuestro hotel fue la mejor opción para cenar. El hombre que trabajaba detrás del mostrador fue muy útil al sugerir lo que deberíamos tener con nuestra elección principal (es decir, qué verduras irían mejor con nuestras elecciones). Sin duda usaré Subway con más frecuencia ahora

Delicious, fast and really cheap

I ordered this through Deliveroo and the food was garbage, it gave me a bad stomachache, I believe the food is half cooked and should be illegal for being commercially sold. Hopefully someone investigates their food standards. disgusting 😡

Very disappointed. Ordered a veggie footling through Deliveroo (the first order didn’t get delivered) and when it came (took over half an hour) I bit into it and it was chicken. Absolutely appalled.

Extremely pleasant shopping environment

This place is in a very convenient location. The food is great and got my order right to the T. It is very good for students as they get very good discounts. This is a very popular subway as a friendly staff member will welcom you. They are always willing to help with any of your questions or concerns. They are very good with preventing allergic reactions. For example, I was recently there and the person in front of me asked them to change there gloves as it had touched cheers and they did it with out any problems. It is a very nice place overall.
