Received the completely wrong order I then rang the store and they refused to replace the order

Part of the order was missing. Food arrived cold. Bread wasn’t toasted as requested! Called subway banbury and they said they couldn’t send the items that were missing! Awful!

good food, the sides are delicious as well as the new mains, however my order may have been accidentally mixed with another as i didnt order jalapeno in mine, even though it was still good.

We come here every week with a student. The staff are always pleasant

Last week visited there it’s a good place to have food very friendly staff specially the lady who served me named harry on her batch she’s doing wonderful job and she was very calm and sweet when she served to me thanku

There was hardly any filling an my meatball sub hadn’t even been toasted it was freezing. When you spend £15 on a sandwich/sub I expect a lot better. Truly disappointing

I never got it, this is the second time this has happened this month, I've wasted so much money on food that I haven't received I'm honestly appalled.

Well what to say… clearly there are some “low intelligence workers” here. And that’s putting it nicely. Firstly, you get the sub wrong. Pay for a 12”, they’ll send you a 6”. They’ll then cremate the wrong sub roll for you too! How lucky are we! On the second sub… well let’s just chuck in what ever salad wasn’t listed shall we? Not what it says on the order! As for the wedges… I can only advise if your reading this, don’t bother as for the money your paying it’s not worth it!

Freezing cold food, terrible quality. Straight in the bin

Everything was fine, except for the 12 cheese bites there was only nine wouldn’t mind if I weren’t being charged £5 for them.

Good food and arrived quickly and on time. Just that my wraps were missing two items I asked for which was crispy onions and poached egg which I payed for as an extra. Disappointed

I watched on the map he went all over Banbury before coming here. Food was cold and not edible.

This food was such a disappointment. It arrived an hour later than I was told which meant I waited almost two hours for it. When it arrived, the sandwich was stone cold, even though I’d opted for it to be toasted. I paid extra for bacon and the entire sandwich had half of a tiny strip of bacon in. I also opted for vegan cheese (as lactose intolerant) and there was non in the sandwich. The hash browns had clearly been left for ages and were also stone cold and soggy. I’ve ended up binning the food which has left me hungry and fed up, as well as being £15.84 worse off. This is the first time I’ve used just eat and unless convinced otherwise it’ll be the last. Also been put off ordering a subway again.

Love this subway, Staff are always happy and chatty. The food is delicious everytime.

If I could give no stars honestly I would First off the staff struggle to understand what you are saying I asked for a bmt and a meatball and instead of doing meatballs he starts making a seccond bmt and uses the same bread when ur was pointed out which in itself is cross contamination. The lady who walked past had AirPods in chatting away and laughing with her friends on t phone, why allow ur staff to do this it’s painting a bad imagine for your store. Then to top it all off the lad who served me tried to tell me I can only use points for one sub and one side and tried to tell me it says it online which is a lie in itself. Then he changed his story and said he can do both sides and the one sub. Whole while he was giggling to himself thinking he was slick even though every subway participates in the subcards. Lastly the bread was rock solid on the bottom which is why you have a tray when u put it in the toaster not just the thin deli paper. Awful store bad staff slow service, don’t know how they pass inspection

Both sandwiches turned up stone cold as it said 25 to an hour and was just over that, felt like the sandwiches had been cooked an hour ago. I also got some cheese bites with sauce but they didn’t give the sauce and they were that cold they were just dried up cheese with nothing to dip in. Won’t be ordering again unless this is resolved.

The order was initially due to be with us by 7:50 pm but didn't arrive until 8:35 pm, this was over an hour after initially placing the order.

Order wasn’t completed to my specifications, sauce was thrown in the bag and ended up all over the food. Had to wait almost 2 hours for the food to arrive.

terrible slow service, staff have ear pods in chatting to there friends on wats app every time i go in this shop. while making orders one particular person keeps flicking through her friends list on wats app to connect to another friend while making food orders chatting away. why do you let your staff do this, i have never seen this in any subway shop before and is highly annoying waiting for food and there having a laugh and joke speaking to there wats app friends what is the point of having gloves on , when you keep pressing your phone with the gloves on

Evan thought my hash browns was burnt beyond recognition and my crinkle cut chips had no seasoning on it the sub was perfect best I have had and followed clear instructions and the cookies were perfect

I ordered this for my disabled partner as I am away working, the BMT came with no lettuce, sauce and only half full of meat, I also stated on the notes for extra pickles and sweetcorn to be added, this was not done either,this was disappointing service as this was a special treat as I am away, there was no food in the house and she couldn’t get out

Went into Subway on the High Street in Banbury today and I have to say, the service was terrible. I asked for a steak and cheese footlong and said I don't want to go for the meal deal today thank-you. I will just have the sub. Then the lady asked what drink I would like. I said again that I only wanted the sub on it's own. She then said.. no meal deal? Again I said no thank-you, just the sub please. She put it together with hardly any steak or cheese and proceeded to close it up to go into the oven. Every other Subway I have been to ask what salad I would like. I said oh sorry, can I have some salad please. She reopened the sub and I said (without her uttering any word whatsoever to me at this point since I entered the shop) Could I have some red onion, tomato and just as I paused to decide what else I wanted she closed up the sub (without a word or asking what else I would like) and put it in the oven. I just thought wow! And just gave up and reluctantly just accepted things the way they were. Shocking customer service.. no communication at all through the whole transaction apart from another girl there who was sat on the stairs who said thank-you to me as I paid £7.99 for a sub with hardly any filling in it. The first and last time I use this branch. What a waste of money and what awful service. We live and learn.

Was disappointed as cheese missing out of some of the order. Normally really happy.

I requested gluten free bread and got normal bread. Therefore I couldn’t eat.

Nachos had hardly any cheese on. Didn't ask for jalapenos. The crisp wedges were soft and stodgy.

Slow staff was in a rush and took ages to get served. Staff was very rude didn’t get a smile or a hello or a have a nice day at the end of service. Staff had AirPods in the whole visit and didn’t swap gloves in between making orders very bad service in general.

Good place to get food especially if you are in no time to cook! Good selection of sandwiches to choose from and you can always mix it up if you are into that sort of thing, however, when you go in, there isn't much of a 'happy vibe' but that being said they are friendly and patient with customers, overall, would recommend if you are into having a reasonably priced sandwich with different options on what you can get. 4 ⭐.

Definitely not £40 quality, delivery times kept changing again. Wouldn’t bother and save your money.
