Subway in Cherwell

Went late on a Saturday night, the girl was working on her own, super polite and helpful despite being near close. Would be nicer to see 2 staff on a closing shift as I know how tough they can be. She did a fantastic job on her own

The girls working behind the counter today. Were very rude. As soon as I walked in they were leaning against the counter chatting. When I dared to interrupt their conversation they both acted very hostile. The one kept rolling her eyes and seemed in a rush to get rid of me (despite me being the only customer) she was very abrupt and didn’t ask me how I wanted my order (if i wanted it toasted or not and if I wanted extra toppings). No social skills at all. Will not be coming back or advising anyone else too whilst those two work there

Hash browns were cold and no dip

Ordered as I’m fasting, food came late and was stone cold

One of the subs had cheese and I cannot eat cheese. Removing it was quite a laborious task.

Frequently visit this Subway and the staff are excellent. The female members of staff and the management staff are excellent, friendly, engaging and always keen to serve. One male member of staff who isn't always so enthusiastic which is what prevents me from giving 5 stars for service at this time. The atmosphere is generally calm and relaxed, aside from the odd rude customer and rowdy student, but the food is perfect every time.

Ordered at 1:30, food delivered at 3:20 missing items and stone cold Inedible

delivery was due at 2:20 didn't arrive until 4 . food was ice cold . just not acceptable.

Never had a cold subway in my life, it was just like it’s come from the fridge, had never even been toasted. Hardly any meat in either sub just salad. Last two inches at either end just empty. Dreadful

good food, the sides are delicious as well as the new mains, however my order may have been accidentally mixed with another as i didnt order jalapeno in mine, even though it was still good.

There was hardly any filling an my meatball sub hadn’t even been toasted it was freezing. When you spend £15 on a sandwich/sub I expect a lot better. Truly disappointing

Courier at restaurant for 20 mins, delivery took way too long, driver simply passed order through window and food was stone cold. Very very disappointing service and not happy

I never got it, this is the second time this has happened this month, I've wasted so much money on food that I haven't received I'm honestly appalled.

Well what to say… clearly there are some “low intelligence workers” here. And that’s putting it nicely. Firstly, you get the sub wrong. Pay for a 12”, they’ll send you a 6”. They’ll then cremate the wrong sub roll for you too! How lucky are we! On the second sub… well let’s just chuck in what ever salad wasn’t listed shall we? Not what it says on the order! As for the wedges… I can only advise if your reading this, don’t bother as for the money your paying it’s not worth it!

I watched on the map he went all over Banbury before coming here. Food was cold and not edible.

This food was such a disappointment. It arrived an hour later than I was told which meant I waited almost two hours for it. When it arrived, the sandwich was stone cold, even though I’d opted for it to be toasted. I paid extra for bacon and the entire sandwich had half of a tiny strip of bacon in. I also opted for vegan cheese (as lactose intolerant) and there was non in the sandwich. The hash browns had clearly been left for ages and were also stone cold and soggy. I’ve ended up binning the food which has left me hungry and fed up, as well as being £15.84 worse off. This is the first time I’ve used just eat and unless convinced otherwise it’ll be the last. Also been put off ordering a subway again.

If I could give no stars honestly I would First off the staff struggle to understand what you are saying I asked for a bmt and a meatball and instead of doing meatballs he starts making a seccond bmt and uses the same bread when ur was pointed out which in itself is cross contamination. The lady who walked past had AirPods in chatting away and laughing with her friends on t phone, why allow ur staff to do this it’s painting a bad imagine for your store. Then to top it all off the lad who served me tried to tell me I can only use points for one sub and one side and tried to tell me it says it online which is a lie in itself. Then he changed his story and said he can do both sides and the one sub. Whole while he was giggling to himself thinking he was slick even though every subway participates in the subcards. Lastly the bread was rock solid on the bottom which is why you have a tray when u put it in the toaster not just the thin deli paper. Awful store bad staff slow service, don’t know how they pass inspection

Both sandwiches turned up stone cold as it said 25 to an hour and was just over that, felt like the sandwiches had been cooked an hour ago. I also got some cheese bites with sauce but they didn’t give the sauce and they were that cold they were just dried up cheese with nothing to dip in. Won’t be ordering again unless this is resolved.

The order was initially due to be with us by 7:50 pm but didn't arrive until 8:35 pm, this was over an hour after initially placing the order.

terrible slow service, staff have ear pods in chatting to there friends on wats app every time i go in this shop. while making orders one particular person keeps flicking through her friends list on wats app to connect to another friend while making food orders chatting away. why do you let your staff do this, i have never seen this in any subway shop before and is highly annoying waiting for food and there having a laugh and joke speaking to there wats app friends what is the point of having gloves on , when you keep pressing your phone with the gloves on
