Matty and the guys always provide excellent service. Me and my colleagues go for lunch here on a regular basis and they always get the orders correct. The guys and girls are friendly and the service is efficient, considering how busy it gets at lunch.

Went in on a Sunday to get some cookies and ended up getting a sandwich too. There were 2 customers before me and only 1 person serving; Claire. I heard her say that she was on her own as the other employee was on their break. When it was my turn to place the order Claire changed her gloves without me even having to ask her to. She was very pleasant and friendly; making conversation, smiling and building rapport as she prepared my order. She also told me about an offer they had on which ended up saving me money on my order. The place was clean and tidy; well laid out so you can eat in too. The service was very fast, even though there was only 1 person serving, she didn’t let the customer satisfaction drop. Honestly can’t find a fault with this branch 👍🏼

Steak and cheese 6" Steak was awful, couldnt find the cheese. wasn't toasted even though I requested it, one bite and rest went in bin, rude miserable staff... and overpriced ... went home still hungry and £16 lighter for one 6" one 12" and 2 cokes. Can definitely say I weren't be visiting again any time soon......

Very disgusting customer service, I experienced first and second hand racism. Very obvious and sickening. I noticed a customer didn’t speak perfect English and the lady serving was loudly speaking to her as though she was almost shouting. Both women were huffing and puffing whilst doing their job, especially when changing gloves. There was no greeting nor farewell to us but were to others. It was very unwelcoming, this was a horrible experience and even though it lasted for a few minutes, the unkind experience will last for a very long time.

My husband and I were told you will have to wait, as the staff were busy doing take out. We waited then sat down and waited. Then we noticed staff doing nothing walking about fiddling with the till ect. I said to my husband I am not waiting any longer after 12 min ignored by staff. Not the first time staff were rude they treat customers as if you are bothering them. Awful place I told my husband I will never go there again. The staff lack any training in customer service, worst place for rude staff I have ever been.

According to google this place opens at 8am ‘hours confirmed by this place 6 days ago’ Walked in this morning at 8.50 am. Greeted with ‘We don’t open until half past 9’ When they serve breakfast that is not acceptable opening hours. So we went to Greggs next door.

You never know when this subway is open. Gone down hill, staff look fed up, needs a good clean and don't appreciate to find my meat free sandwich has been cut with a knife that has previously cut a sandwich with meatballs on.

I ordered a salad box via Just Eat. I normally get these when in store, and you get a packed salad box. Today I am totally disappointed with the lack of content. They didn't even put the cheese on that i asked for. And the small bit of meat I received was ridiculous. For £6.21 I expect to get the same as I would if I went into store. I won't be ordering Subway online again.

I would give it zero if I could the staff have no manners at all ment to have food delivered waited 3 hr still no delivery but paid for delivery had to go pick food up and when picked up staff did not care what they put on the sandwich and put cheese on it witch I am Allergic to So it was a waste plus wouldn’t listen to me when I told them so asked for a refund and they was disrespectful and refused to refund me if u ask me they want shutting down

I ordered 2 foot long veggie delights. The previous customer had ordered meatballs and therefore the staff member, appeared to be the manager or a person in charge of the Wakefield retail park branch, had touched MEAT previous to taking my order. Not only did SHE NOT OFFER a change of gloves - she was rude and extremely disrespectful, as she muttered something into her colleagues ear about how I had asked for my sandwich to be toasted. I am a Company Director and run a catering franchise business in a busy shopping outlet, therefore am all too accustomed with how to operate a food establishment. If my staff behaved in a similar manner, I would not tolerate it as customer service is of paramount. She breached the food and hygiene regulations, and should I have been a Vegetarian, this would have been unacceptable. Disgraceful We have visited this branch multiple times and have always been asked if we would like a change of the gloves By this same staff member in charge. Not sure why things were different today

Spent almost £30 and all we got was disappointment and bad manners. My partner and I both paid for extra meat and extra cheese for myself. No cheese was in either sandwich and as for double meat the picture speaks for itself. We have some real difficulty with getting our 3 year old to try new things but she promised to eat her dinner after we bribed her with the promise of cookies after her meal. No cookies came with the order. My partner called the store find out what had happened and the young boy who answered the call instructed her to make another order as that is the only way he could physically get the rest of the order out to us! Having worked in the hospitality industry for many years I understand how mistakes can be made when busy but getting the order so far wrong when you know full well that you have "no physical way of getting it out to you" to rectify those mistakes is just unacceptable and then to be so rude to top it off!? I have had mistakes made before when ordering through just eat, such as missing items and they have been deliver minutes after without any problems.

I walk into subway greeted by the divine smell. Although the service is slow the staff do their best to make it faster. The prices are reasonable and the food is amazing no matter what it is. The salad is fresh the bread is fresh what more could you ask for? I have been going to this subway nearly every weekend for 3 Years and the staff are still very friendly but make mistakes, but everyone does, nobody is perfect.

Went for a wrap got told only the signature fillings even though I have had different fillings in 10 different subways all over the UK they must have forgotten to tell this one then the staff used the excuse they had run out dissatisfaction to say the least

It's safe to say that subway definitely is 100% a success on the old Burger King site, I was however left waiting half hour in the drive thru, it was crammed! The only thing I don't like about the subway is the drive thru they set up,in this instance it was that busy that cars queuing and cars wanting to leave once there order had been complete had no where to go so it was just a continuous loop... foods always fresh and the staff are always polite and friendly :)

We visited the store at lunchtime today 26/08 2017. My husband brought the sandwich to our table. Sitting on the table next to us was the store manager and his boss discussing members of staff and their performance in their jobs, I found this very disturbing and it ruined our lunch. I thanked the boss and told him this should be done in private. I also said the store manager was swearing.Mean while the boss was herding us outside the shop so people wouldn't hear us. He offed us a refund and a free sandwich at a later date, I will not return to this store again SHAME ON YOU SUBWAY for treating your staff this way. So people use this store at your own risk. These poor servers having to put up the crap management i think they should for a place of work where they are respected.

A regular, quick, but healthy lunch, if you choose a salad. A bit disappointed that prices have gone up, but that the 'Sandwich Artists' can still be very mean on quantities given. This is despite there being a set number of slices of tomato or cucumber due to be served. Also, I wish there was another non-meat alternative, i.e. A cheese salad.

Esta es probablemente la tercera vez de visitar este establecimiento. . . . El servidor. no sonrisa o hacer contacto visual farfulló y aparentemente no escuchaba cada vez que pedimos algo, nos dijeron que para sentarse en un lado del restaurante como él quería limpiar el otro lado aunque el lado nos sentamos en no era limpio. Aunque yo decidí que necesitaba para visitar el aseo antes de dejar algo que me hubiera gustado tener estas no se porque ha limpiado a nivel de cualquiera? ? ? Independientemente de la decoración que necesitan limpieza sucia horrible es horrible! ! !

Have frequented this place regularaly for the past couple of years, they consistently get it right and the food is consistently good. You get the odd clueless staff member but you expect this from your fast food chains. Any problems get out right quickly.

Been coming to this subway for quite a few years but unfortunately it has rapidly gone down hill in the recent weeks. The salads are nice and good value for money, I would come here for one of them but nothing else. Then again you can't really go far wrong with a salad, I would however, avoid having any meat on it!!!Came here yesterday and went through the drive through. They are getting as bad as McDonalds for getting the orders wrong, asked for mayo on the nachos, they didn't do it No cheese on the sandwich, or if there was it was that minimal I couldn't see it! My friend got the BMT, it was certainly tasty but in the wrong way!! We drove away and ate the sandwich in the car, the meat was an awful colour and tasted horrific, it went straight in the bin and all through the evening my friend was ill. Maybe he'd just picked up a big at the same time, coincidence?? Maybe... maybe not!Most certainly will not be coming back here in a rush!

this is a particularly good example of this food chain, clean, bright and airy. Kids love the fact that they can choose exactly what they want. cheap £3 lunch deal for adults is brilliant. Healthy eating but need sugar free drinks.

Call in occasionally for Lunch as it has ample parking, quick service and good price for someone on the move who wants a quick healthy sandwich for Lunch.It is, after all, a Subway ........ the largest sandwich chain in the world - they are all the same, but it is excellent.

Love Subway. Dislike this particular branch. Service was slow and poor. The sandwich - chicken teriyaki was bland. The lettuce was wilting and the olives tasted funny. I ended up throwing most of the sandwich away. Get it together subway!

Having just completed my first cycle of chemo and starting to gain my appetite back I decided to order a pizza from here. I ordered my pizza at 18.35 and was told it would be with me in 45mins to 1hr. At 19.58 not having received my pizza I rang back to be told that the pizza was on its way to me. At 20.12 still not having received my pizza I was told it was unacceptable but basically nothing they could do about it as the driver wasn’t answering his phone. The pizza arrived at 20.20 - the driver telling me it wasn’t his fault. The pizza was luke warm and congealed and went straight in the bin. I won’t be ordering from here again as it wasn’t just the delay in the pizza arriving it was the ‘just accept it’ attitude of the staff.

I usually call in on my commute from Manchester to Nottingham. A great location, ample parking. It can be busy around the car park due to a large business park, fuel station and hot food takeaway's in the vicinity, so have your wits about you in the car park. A huge Starbucks, ample seating, standard Starbucks choices. In general the place is usually always clean with plenty of staff. My last experience wasn't as good, the usual Starbucks standards had rasied it head. Staff milling around chatting and not actioning the rather large line of in shop customers or clearing the dirty tables and cups. In general this is one of the more pleasant Starbucks, let hope my last visit was a blip.
