Needless to say, won’t be going again, will go to pub down road, cheaper and you don’t get fined for outstaying your welcome!

Made a drive out of our way as we fancied a coffee..... OH dear. This Stabucks is not dog friendly! Now I must say the staff was superb, so very apologetic about the no dogs at this particular establishment, and the fact it might be one of a few. If he could, he would have allowed us to stay. So a short drive away 15 min at Dearn vally Parkway Starbucks, You are made a fuss of and your furbabby. Water and dog treats out. So a mist if you have a dog.

It is in a very convenient position and is generally busy, however I think something has changed post covid in this particularly branch as whatever time of day I have visited it takes much longer than any other Starbucks drive thru even when there are no other customers/cars waiting. They also seem to have stock issues more so the past couple of years. Constantly run out of dairy free alternatives and don’t have vegan/dairy free cream/seasonal items run out straight away or they don’t seem to get them when every other starbucks seems have these in stock. It use to be a much better more organised so I’m not sure if staffing levels have changed.

Our first visit here for a quick breakfast before a walk at Pugneys. The lady who served us was friendly and very efficient. The sausage bap and croissant arrived as soon as we had sat down, and the coffees were ready not long after. The toilet was clean, too. We will definitely be back, maybe try the toasties next time.

The service is super slow. One server one on his phone and I asked are you doing our drinks as it appeared no one was making our order and then another female said it was her. The toilets were disgusting. I wouldn't normally write a review but to top off terrible service I get a parking fine for being 2 hours and 8 mins. The signs are clearly visible that this is for the car park for Starbucks won't be going back and advise find a new place to drink

I visited the store via drive thru this morning, I had precisely 45mins to Get to work which is situated approximately 9minutes from the store. I waited and waited in the drive thru ordered and paid for my drink. The time between ordering and arriving at the window to pay was ridiculous!! I paid for my drink expecting it to be handed to be straight away with the time it took to get round. Nope! I was still waiting 6-inured until I finally said no thank you and that I had to leave because I was late. A refund was offered but I’d have to provide my card to pop into the machine in order to receive the refund. I did not have my card to hand as it was in my purse in the boot. I had paid with Apple Pay. No more morning visits to this store.

I used to be a daily customer here spending just shy of almost £2,000 annually (a posh coffee a day soon adds up). They had good staff and were perhaps managed differently as I’ve never had issues with either drinking inside or the drive thru. They were always fairly quick and always polite, chatty and friendly which is one of the reasons why I kept going back. Over the past year the place has really fallen off a cliff. It seems to all revolve around the staff, a serious lack of training and overall management - on occasions they don’t even take an order, I’ve been forced to drive to the window to order after waiting 5 minutes at the order point. - the staff are young and inexperienced. - no management seems to be taking control of this circus - you order a drink, pay for it then get notified they don’t have what you ordered! - drinks from certain members of staff can be poorly made and rushed. When paying premium prices you expect a quality coffee, I’ve given these guys a few chances now but will not be returning I’m afraid. I genuinely think this could now be one of the worst run Starbucks in the county, something which is so sad to see.

Met someone for a coffee here. The place is easy to park and looks clean because it’s new. I rarely use big chains so I’m not a regular. Drinks were average, as were the cakes. Staff unhelpful for a new user. Wondering why two basic drinks take so long, I realise that 16 orders have gone to the drive through between me placing my order and receiving my order. The difference in speed of service between the indoor seating and drive through was obviously noticeable.

The coffee is good but the staff are really badly managed. A lot of the team see very young and not fully up to speed with working at a busy drive thru pace. No one seems to take control. Many times I’ve been and they don’t have a clue what Ive ordered by the time I get to the window and have to repeat my order and then it needs making from scratch. Inside it seems unnecessarily chaotic. This could be due to a lack of training and easily rectified. I’m guessing the store has a high turnover of staff which again makes training difficult. Hopefully an area manager picks up this review and the store can make some much needed improvements. For now I’ll jump to Costa at the services one junction down. ☕️

Suggested to a young female member of staff it would be much quieter lifting the chairs than dragging them. Sounds like thunder when you have hearing aids. She just continued dragging more chairs and proceeded to tell me I was rude...toi busy chatting via head set and found it amusing. Glad I only come when my young granddaughter wants to go.

Rude and obnoxious staff. Three girls behind the counter, in store was not busy but we had to wait 10mins for drinks! Why… because they served all 7 cars that came to the drive through before us. When I asked what was taking so long, I was told drive through takes priority!! Absolute joke! 10 mins for 3 hot drinks and 1 cold. Then I had to ask which had oat milk and syrups, all the same drinks but different milk and syrups. One word answers, no eye contact and still continued taking orders for the drive through. I suggest if you want a drink quick go to the drive through. I was in no rush but honestly I’ve never waited as long even when busy! Parking is a nightmare, people park and block you in as minimal spaces. My daughter went to the Toilets and said it was dirty with no toilet roll. No clean tables either all just full of used cups. We had to ask for a table to be cleaned so we could sit down. There was Only 5 other people in the store!

Visited here for a meeting, I saw the parking signs with 2hr limit, so left within the 2hr limit.... upon leaving Starbucks I then used the petrol station... 1 week later a receive a £100 fine for being there for 2hr 5mins. I didn't realise that the petrol station was included in the starbucks car park 2hr limit. I did appeal but was told unsuccessful, so paid the £60 fine so I didn't have to pay the full £100 charge if i appealed their decision. Its safe to say I won't use any of this service area again. Ridiculous that they can hand out fines like this to paying customers, even with evidence of a purchase no joy. Posting this review hoping to save others incurring the same fine and hope that Starbucks and fuel station remove this parking limit or make it more clear.

I’ll never visit a Starbucks again. At 35 weeks pregnant I was late to my car by 8mins after stopping for a rest, a hot drink and to use the bathroom. The signs for the car park are not clear!!!! I was Fined £100 for 8mins! I’ve appealed this and it’s been refused despite evidence that I visited the services! I think it’s terrible and that Starbucks allow this and they should take some responsibility for allowing parkingeye to issue such fines! Not only will I not be going this particular Starbucks but in principle I won’t be visit any of their other coffee shops!

I’ve just been to my local Starbucks and seen all the signage for the pumpkin spiced lattes and really wanted to try To then get inside and find they have no pumpkin spice, this is one weekend of the whole year where you’d think there would be enough in stock as it’s haloween weekend and to add this is 7am on a Sunday morning? There is literally one sign outside advertising it so I think you should bring it in before you get a lot of unhappy customers The two girls didn’t look very happy to be there either

Ordered two frappucinos for me and my boyfriend, my boyfriend went to wait while I popped to the loo. As I was gone, they shouted out two frappucinos and gave it to him, and as he was waiting at the door they shouted that it wasn't for him, and it was for someone else. Even though we hadn't drank any yet, the customers asked for a remake. So we had to wait longer for our own drinks. They gave us one of our drinks, and then handed out about 5 others before we got our second drink. The staff were slow, rude and not in a rush at all. This is my first time in this Starbucks, and it'll be my last. Get better staff who care about their customers.

Why does this Starbucks literally never have Cold Brew? Why bring out the special drinks if you then will never have the key ingredient to it? And they always offer to make a different version and it’s always disgusting. Having just completed my first cycle of chemo and starting to gain my appetite back I decided to order a pizza from here. I ordered my pizza at 18.35 and was told it would be with me in 45mins to 1hr. At 19.58 not having received my pizza I rang back to be told that the pizza was on its way to me. At 20.12 still not having received my pizza I was told it was unacceptable but basically nothing they could do about it as the driver wasn’t answering his phone. The pizza arrived at 20.20 - the driver telling me it wasn’t his fault. The pizza was luke warm and congealed and went straight in the bin. I won’t be ordering from here again as it wasn’t just the delay in the pizza arriving it was the ‘just accept it’ attitude of the staff.

Had to ask to change their hand gloves. The other person was touching meat and veg with same gloves. Otherwise food was good.

Called in for a coffee before the train south. The friendly barista made me an excellent double shot flat white.

Good prices, big portions, great desserts, ordered delivery for me and my partner and had really good cookie dough that arrived warm and with unmelted gelato. The cookie dough was perfectly crunchy on the outside and chewy inside. Gelato was as tasty as most gelato. Oreolicious milkshake was thick and creamy with nice Oreo pieces. The gateau was decent, nothing special same with the fudge cake but for the price we were happy with it. Would recommend the cookie dough or waffles over the gateaux. Everything arrived well packed so the ice-cream stayed cold and the hot dessert hot with no split milkshake. Didn't try any regular food just desserts.

Terrible store!!! Rude staff, long waits, low stock, forget to start preparing prescriptions pretty much every visit. AVOID!
