Subway in Stratford-on-Avon

The guy who served me was very pleasant and friendly so no criticism of the service. Had a tuna mayo baguette to keep me going while sightseeing. There wasn’t a lot of tuna left in the container and I was a little suspicious as to how fresh it was, but the guy assured me it was. Important to point out that this was all I ate yesterday. 12 hours later I was extremely ill with food poisoning - confirmed by a doctor. I've never been so ill in all my life and wish I'd looked at other people's reviews which mention the lack of hygiene. And, the guy who served me confirmed that because this Subway is in Stratford, the prices are higher than other outlets. My feelings at paying over the odds to be poisoned are unprintable!

Absolutely terrible service, I ordered on the app and was given the wrong bread. The whole place was filthy. I had to bin the sandwich as I felt sick when I tried to eat it.

Will never order via Uber again at Subway. My order did not arrive until 2 hours later. I ordered my food around 6pm and knowing they close at 8pm I was contacting the store and kept saying your next delivery or they are on the way as well as saying I’ve only got one driver and lots of orders to be delivered. Standard is 0…. Finally when food was delivered, it had been sat a while clearly as the bread was soft and wet! I will not order from here again especially that we spent over £50 for a takeaway that was unpleasant. Do better STRATFORD!

I went into subway yesterday in town and The salad wasn't even fresh when it should be changed each time so it fresh each time

I asked very politely if my 3 year old son could use the toilet, I was was told rudely that he wasn’t allowed, he then wet himself in the middle of the road in front of a very busy street which made him cry with embarrassment. Thank you subway Stratford for having no compassion towards other human beings, especially a young child.

Went at 17:09 gentleman was cleaning down.I asked politely if he was still open or closing early.He replied in a rude and unwelcome manner. “What does it say on The sign” “I am open but I’m cleaning down”. Not friendly decided not to purchase food

I don’t like writing reviews at the best of times but you should avoid this place at all costs. The food was sub standard (lettuce was brown, sweetcorn old, meats looked awful) I did not finish my sandwich and am amazed that none of us experienced food poisoning. The guy serving should not be running a food counter - he looked like he needed a good wash himself

Numerous times they have missed items off our takeaway. Tonight they missed 5 items and when I tried to call they kept rejecting my calls. Even answered then hung up. Never using again.

If youre ordering for delivery, order today for tomorrow as I wouldn't sit there waiting for food, you will die of hunger - delivery times are a joke. Says 40 mins tops - then rocks up 2hours later like it's cool. Not cool. Do not eat here unless eating in or collecting.

After a 3 hour wait and excuses from : " yes order is here", "its been delivered", "driver is far away" it finally arrived cold. 3 hours later yes 3 hours. Not even an apology nothing yet a £50 plus order not good enough for them. Clearly not competent. Poor excuses for bad skills makes it yet another place what should be shut down. Avoid its not worth it. Will never use again

U can never get a delivery of Uber eats ect and the staff are abusive the food is cold shut this place down

Have ordered via just eat from this branch a number of times now. They seem to always get something wrong with my order. Today I ordered a vegan sub and was delivered bacon. The order was also half an hour late. Safe to say I won't be ordering from here again. Wouldn't recommend.

My husband have eaten many times in subways in the UK and abroad all good, but this one never again. The food was ok but the staff seemed very irratated and abrupt. We managed to sit upstairs as because of Corvid most of the tables had been removed, the store room door was open and just above before going in was an air conditioner which was leaking water leaving a large pool on the floor. The toilets wasn't particularly clean but there was hand sanitizer there. I appreciate they were busy taking takeaways but no excuse for the place being shabby.

Members of staff are very rood and not familiar with their own menu. Avoid this Subway at any cost, talking about customer we behind their back.

All I can say is I regret ordering food here. The vegan Pattie was hard around the edges, clearly not fresh, the staff weren’t much better and upstairs it’s absolutely filthy, environmental health need to check this place out! Worse subway I’ve ever been in.

Small little place to order vegetarian sandwiches for sun- we were desperate for vegan food. The place served our needs.

The member of staff who dealt with my order was incredibly rude, so I walked out. Never, ever, under any circumstances whatsoever, should you go to this particular branch of Subway. What makes it worse is that I feel that my overall rating is still too lenient. I think you get the idea...

I have tried to order food from this Subway on a number of occasions, I've finally learnt my lesson. Every time I go the gentleman either has all the food put away and telling me his lists of jobs to do, so therefore I leave to save him anymore work. Or while making my sub is also sorting out a large order on a ticket whilst pulling out each ingredient from the back, while another gentleman stood there barking orders at him but not helping. Fair enough this is after 5pm. Today I have just been during my limited lunch break and there is a sign saying CASH ONLY as their card machine is obviously out of service. I don't normally go out out of my way to write a bad review, but I made the exception with this one. To say it is terrible is an understatement.

Ordered delivery of a Meatball Sub, was correct, ordered a Tuna Sub too, was on the wrong bread, no cheese like I asked for, added jalapenos and they must have put half a tin in there, seems rushed, no care, very disappointing, there are better fast food places in town :)

Segunda vez ahora que me dejaron esperando mi pedido. Esperamos una hora y media después de recibir mi confirmación y ¡solo vivo 5 minutos fuera de la ciudad! Se llama 20 minutos después de la hora de entrega programada para recibir una respuesta no arrepentida sobre un nuevo controlador que está en camino. Intenté llamar de nuevo 10 minutos después para que el teléfono suene y luego no pueda llamar. Finalmente recibí mi orden fría. La comida es buena, pero no recomendaría la entrega en absoluto.

Al llegar te encuentras con mesas sucias y, francamente, una tienda mal equipada.Por alguna razón, este metro es realmente sobre los precios. Diría que se agrega un 35% debido a que es stratford-upon-avon.La fabricación de mi sandwich el miembro de la calle 1 del personal era encantador y acogedor. El servicio de atención al cliente pronto se deterioró después con el tipo de ensaladas simplemente rompiendo verduras y mucho salsa en mi sándwich caro.Tuve que subir las escaleras porque estaba completamente lleno y lleno de gente. Me encontré con una puerta abierta llena de productos químicos, esta es la razón por la cual todas las tazas y envolturas fueron guardadas de miedo. ! ! Esta es una brecha importante en las regulaciones de salud y seguridad.Para ser franco y hasta el punto de que esta tiene que ser la peor visita al metro que he tenido y comí alrededor de un tercio de mi Sandwich, el resto fue a la basura.Metro es una de las ciudades más ricas del Reino Unido y ha fallado masivamente.

It was ok. I mean, it’s a Subway so you know exactly what you are in there to get. BMT is my fav. This place served it as it was expected.

Visitamos para el desayuno y este es el primer metro que hemos visitado donde los precios eran más altos que los precios estándar. Ni siquiera he visto eso en Londres, así que por qué está bien aquí, no estoy seguro. El interior era pequeño y estrecho y 3 mesas fueron ocupadas por personas que no comían ni bebían, lo cual parecía extraño.Tienen un cupé de pequeñas mesas afuera que usamos y fue agradable sentarse en la calle en un buen día y ver pasar a todos. Pero, de lo contrario, probablemente sea el peor metro en el que haya estado: el que está en el sitio de compras "fuera de la ciudad" es 100 veces mejor.

Rude staff and dirty establishment. Should have trusted my initial judgement and left but was hungry and in a hurry. Ordered a salad bowl with chicken and half the salad was frozen, literally. When I took my salad back I was told I was wrong and that all salads are cold not frozen Go to Pret round the corner, you pay a bit more but get what you pay for in this case.

The staff are extremely rude and in a rush!! They wouldn’t even listen to my daughter (7) when she tried to order; they took it from me!!! She’s old enough and polite enough to order her own food.

I visited with my 4 grown up children and husband we were rushed along being asked salad preferences for the toasted subs while still discussing fillings in the other subs all very confusing. We sat upstairs and it was filthy, dirty tables and generally tired. The toilets were a disgrace smelly and dirty will not be visiting again. I know it's just a fast food outlet but we spent nearly £40+ so would have been nice to sit at a clean table.
