Subway in Gloucester

Staff messed up order and instead of remaking took out the sweetcorn which i didn’t ask for, seemed like they hated us being there and had no interest in being friendly

Absolutely disrespectful the service was disgraceful

Staff was rude to me towards the end of the night, clearly wanted to get out to go home shouldn't affect the service tho. She was also on the phone to someone while doing my food but not a customer seemed more like a friend or family member.

stupid woman serving me with her headphones in and on her phone and after spending £10 she said they don’t have tap water and that the machine didn’t have water even though i tapped it and water came out….

I have come to this subway on my lunch break twice. The service has been brilliant both times. No issues there. The first time I was here there were flys all over the drinks machine and it was left very dirty with rubbish everywhere. I thought maybe this was a one off. I then came a second time and it was much the same. Food and crumbs all over most of the tables. Drinks area is disgusting. Hygiene is really not this stores priority and it should be.

Usually we come in to the shop on a saturday evening to order our food .Raz is always very friendly and a polite person. Her service is fantastic, quick and very efficent and the shop is never unclean. She always has a smile on her face and never rushes you into choosing what you want so she can serve more customers. She is an absolute asset to the company and its always a pleasure to come in every week . Keep up the good work

I have been to this store last year and I remember loving it,I was served by the same asian lady that served me when I recently went in,the store is always clean and the staff is amazing and friendly,The service is very quick too. 😌 ,would recommend this store to anyone looking for food in Gloucester.

Cheaper than other stores however staff are often impolite and portions small

Undersized portions Soggy and uncooked wedges Burnt sandwich Dirty place and not cleaned

Since "New Management" The portion sizes are reduced, the bread seems to be cooked longer, so the sandwich is always dry, and no matter how early I get there in the morning, it never appears if it's been cleaned the night before, and there are ALWAYS crumbs on the table.

Normally i go to the one by the gas station however i made a big mistake today Rude employee, would rather die than serve you if she could. Only went there bc i was near by however I would always go to the other subway by the gas station, wont waste my money next time. Asked for wedges and she put it without any seasoning i had to ask and when she did it was maybe an atom or two of seasoning you could barely taste it. Then had the audacity to give me the wedges without a dip and when i asked her she put in like 2 drops. If the sauces and condiments are coming out of your paycheck i suggest you leave this job

Awful experience today, stood at the counter for a few minutes waiting to be served, no worries, but then this miserable guy walks out and just says, “so what do you want”. Hardly any breads as it had apparently been busy, yet the meats and salads were overflowing into all the other cambros?

Nice Subway venue with lovely staff and food. The two women that served me were polite and made me a lovely steak and cheese wrap and the other woman made me the best hot chocolate drink I've ever had in ages. Looking forward to call in again.

Subway is our favorite option when we go out. But service in this particular store is not good. They wont talk, nod, respond.. nothing!! Which is definitely weird!

Just had a lovely member of staff serving myself and my daughter. Manisha hope I spelt it right. She was very welcoming and her customer service was excellent. A credit to subway.

This is a subway restaurant that exists. If you have been to a subway and enjoyed their sandwiches, chances are you will also enjoy them here. If you don't like baguettes with food inside this may not be the place for you. Be prepared for such conundra as 'cheese and toasted?' Or 'any sauce?' as these may throw you off if you aren't familiar with the process of ordering a baguette with food inside.

All Subways have three general problems: 1 Rude staff 2 They close early and reject eat in diners. 3 They are tight on portions. This branch likes to skimp and be tight on portions.

** UTTER JOKE OF A SUBWAY STORE **... If you order terakyi, they now use a small scoop which holds around 3 small pieces of chicken as you can see in the photo. If you ask for a double, your serving will be less than a single! The franchise owner for this Subway store is a joke, RIP OFF is an understatement.

It's subway the quality is ok but it's quick, easy and tasty

Improved menu makes it more competitive than before, new saver items are more attractive to customers. Store is simple, nothing extravagant with self service pop machines, toilets are for customer only and access is obtained by asking staff.

Tried subway as had some vouchers to use, very dissapointed with taste of food and not great service, would not recommend or pay full price.

Friendly and Very Helpful Staff. Nice fresh food and freshly made drinks. Closes about 21.00pm. Highly Recommended as it is the only place you can get food that is good quality and decent to eat after 18.30pm.

Had a nice warm chicken salad. Think they need to advertise more for salads and healthy options rather than breads. May be more low carb meals etc.
