Subway in Wirral

I ordered two foot long subs to be delivered. They arrived on a brown roll, no cheese, no garlic mayo,wrong salad,not toasted, had some horrible sauce on it so we couldn't eat it,they went in the bin.Messaged the place, got offered a quarter of the bill total as a refund! I said no I wanted a full refund,they said it's been done and closed the case. Today I was emailed to say I'll be getting a quarter of the whole bill refunded.Absolutely fuming!

The new method of preparing the steak & cheese wrap is terrible! Everything is put into the wrap at the same time and microwaved. Absolutely awful I must also say that their other subs are absolutely fine but avoid the wraps

I called here today to collect lunch for family. There where six people in the shop but only three wearing masks 😷. I was amazed that the staff made no comment to these customers one who worked in rightway as had overalls on . How can this bad practice continue do individuals think they are special and immune from catching covid. Get on it subway !!!!!

We ordered subway for our lockdown lunch. Me being fussy and unable to pick exactly what I want on the order apps. Wrote in comments about certain salad toppings etc and for subway woodchurch road It was no bother and they accommodated without bother. Lots of fresh salad toppings and lovely fresh sandwiches. We ordered a lot for our lockdown lunches as it was so fresh. Thank you subway woodchurch road Prenton 😄

I never have a subway anything .my preconceptions about this food had originally put me off.However out Inca limb in the pyramids with the grandchildren, I decided I would give one a go very reluctantly lol.I was amazed that the young girl asked me what I liked .Bacon crispy, "no problem" came the reply.onions, cheese, roast chicken, and sweet chilli sauce. Onion sauce and a little Caesar sauce.on a white cold baguette. You can have them warm or toasted too.A little miffed that there was NO BUTTER BUT I never even noticed that.i thoroughly enjoyed it. They wore hygiene gloves to make it too on a sterile sandwich greeseproof wrap paper aswell.it was all done clean and that itself impressed me .I always thought of these places the opposite to what it actually was .I had tomato too salt n black pepper crispy lettuce.i enjoyed it no end an will go back there for sure.The counter an food was wrapped an clean as well. Just thought I'd mention it as I had been given a book of vouchers too.ya know buy one get one free type things.a drink an crisps free for the kids too.impressed I was.give it a try .

Perfect for quick and tasty lunch. There are only a few tables and lately the sugar tax has stopped them from using Pepsi classic. But apart from that the restaurant is great.

Have been here many times, as live locally. The food is always fresh and the hot food is cooked to order. Not given five stars as it is only a small place with only a few tables, probably as they are in competion with all the other eating places so close by. But it is still worth eating there or collect to take away.

Always friendly, polite and happy, Deliver to my workplace. Fast and efficient....foods not bad either, basically it is what it is.

When I got there - 2 hours before closing there was a cleaner sweeping the floor and washing down etc. She then proceeded to serve me - although she did put on new plastic gloves! I cannot believe this practice is in accordance with the food hygiene laws. I was then told the only bread they had was "herb & cheese" or "brown" - neither of which I wanted! I wan not at all impressed and walked out.

Good selection with low prices, nice clean shop with efficient staff, great for lunch, eat in or take away.

This place is always clean and nice staff. Subways are always the same. Good prices and afew tables and chairs if you want to stay to eat.

Breakfast , lunch , informal, sandwiches, paninis etc .Outside tables , to sit and chat .Fine if you want some quick and tasty bite .

What has happened to this place?!.. I have been a very regular customer here for 10 years and have always been happy with the quality of Sandwich and got on great with the staff there. ..NOT this Sunday!!! Went here to buy a footlong ham and pepperoni to take away (a sandwich I must have purchased at least 30 times previously ). I have always understood that this is not a standard sandwich and that it is basically the Italian BMT without the Salami and therefore I happily pay the BMT price of £5.50 - although on occasions I have only been charged £4.90. When ordering on this occasion, the girl at the counter grumpily advised me "you will have to pay extra for the pepperoni you know.."....to which I replied yes that's fine (assuming she meant as above). However when I received the sandwich and went to pay I was charged £6 40!!!.... I politely enquired how it could be this price and was told 'it's £2 extra for the pepperoni...I did tell you !!" I pointed out that she had not in fact told me that a few slices of pepperoni would cost 2 POUND EXTRA , and that this in fact made this the most expensive sandwich in the entire shop and the best part of a pound more than an equivalent sandwich (the BMT) but WITHOUT the salami in I was basically told tough and that's what I'd ordered and that's what I had to pay. I did so, and left, never to return!!

The grandchildren were hungry and asked to go to subway. I was suprised how quick we were served. We ate in and the food was nice and tasty.

The best value for money. Meal deals provide great choice of breads, fillings and combos with sandwiches, drinks and snacks. Also great coffee. Ideal for take away but we actually sat in to eat, although not many tables. Very fast service.

I went to subway for lunch. The food here is bad. I ordered a spicy Italian sub. The salami was like 10 years old and it probably had been left in the container for ages. The Salami texture is like plastic. The lettuce is not...

The food is awful, bread tooooo hard, service one of the worst I have experienced. The people cooking the food take no notice of what you have ordered and you end up being give someone elses order. Being fair they are prob not being paid...
