I ordered at 7:42 it got delivered at 9:04. The delivery driver said he thought he cancelled the order but didn’t. My order was made at 20:07 and the receipt says it was picked up at 20:19 however I called the subway at 20:53 asking where it was and they said they still had it because a courier never came. The food is cold, boxes were open and had obviously just been sat there for over an hour. This is extremely unacceptable

I thoroughly enjoyed this subway, I went near closing time but the staff didn’t mind at all they completed my sandwich very well and it was really clean and they used fresh ingredients. This is one of the best subways I have visited.

Service is good, just that the food needs to be served hot - ordered BBQ baller and the meatballs were not exactly hot even after toasting, though the staff did ask her colleague to ensure the meatballs were hot which her colleague touched it and said yes. But in actual fact it’s not hot after biting into it and I ate it on the spot in the restaurant. So this is some feedback for the place to improve on.

food arrived cold, the topping of pizza slice was stone cold and all over the lid of the box, the 3 subs were meant to be cheese and toasted but none of them were just stone cold cheese slices, out of the three cookies ordered only received one and a half. The general overall quality of the order was disgusting. I called subway to discuss this to have a man just laughing down the phone at me telling me i'm wrong he did the order and there was nothing wrong with it. I reheated all the food and we ate some and binned the rest as it was that disgusting I didn't take any pictures and when i explained this the guy laughed and said well you need a picture i said how will i do that i've eaten and thrown it out and he just kept laughing saying take a picture. In all fairness id like a refund as I've never had an order as bad as this and as for the customer service it did not exist he was rude and sarcastic

This is no fault of the driver. Subway had a problem with my order. After waiting over an hour, I called Subway. The lady had no idea and lied to me saying the order has been picked up over 30 mins ago. Another hour later, my food got delivered. I asked the driver when he picked my food up and he said only 5 mins ago. So subway lied and made my food cold. Absolutely ridiculous. Never ordering from here again

With food i have no complaints, the problem is the staff I use Subway app with its QR code so i can get points on the app so they can gather up and then i can get for example: a side for free or a hot drink. I have been SHOCKED how as a under18 they took photos of my qr code,my subsquad etc. For no reason, my qr code also had my name and they asked to double check too..???? They have absolutely breached my privacy,comfort-zone and respect - will go to another subway but this one is not good ' strange staff who also give me weird looks and stare at me while i eat my food

The cleanest Subway I have ever seen (or any fast food)!!! I have worked in hospitality about 10 years and places this clean I have only seen in fine hotels and awarded restaurants. I hope Subway management have seen how this place looks and they realise how lucky they are to have the staff there. Staff that manage to keep a business and the equipment like that would never struggle to find work. Any restaurant or hotel would be happy to have them! When I was there Nimisha and Jisa were there and even though it was quiet they were cleaning. Massive well done to the team on Cowley!

Whoever made my sub for deliveroo just now needs to be very ashamed of themselves. Literally just a bit of mayo and lettuce?? I assumed somehow they had forgot the actually filling but right at the bottom I found a smidgen of Tuna. Appalling for £10. Do not ordering from here def not online. I believe this is the first time I've been to a Subway and I've been greeted upon entering! The lady was very nice and smiley, shame I didn't see her name - We visited on the 8th October at roughly 11am. Parking is a bit of a pain due to being on the high street but I'm sure you'll find a way as we did. The subs, I had the 6 inch chicken tikka which was full of meat and salad, with a good amount of sauce so I can't complain at all. Everything felt fresh and warm from being toasted. The other sub was exactly the same, bar the meat. She said it was one of the better subways she had! We did use the current vouchers posted through our door, so that made this sub even more inviting.

They made a really bad sub in the whole world. They don’t know how to wrap it and even the staff doesn’t understand what the customer is saying specially one who is on till. I have eaten alot of subway’s but this one is the worst. All stuff is coming out one can’t hold it properly to eat. Can someone send them to training and teach how actually it should be prepared. Even i have uploaded a picture in photo session just look what they have made. Shame on you!

I went twice in a week. Normally I really like to have a subway but both times here especially were a bit ruined by the fact that we had to wait at least 15min before ordering (they decided to prioritize the deliveroo orders..), some of the staff had big issues with understanding what we wanted and finally the sandwiches were both too grilled with not enough sauce. I just think the managers should put more effort in the recruitment and on the training of their staff..

Lovely place! The staff is friendly and work really, really hard. Please 🙏🏽 continue to support them as they get so many online orders but are constantly trying their best. I go there multiple times per week and they have now memorised my order so I know the work they are doing. 💯❤️ Excellent experience!!! The entire staff works hard to make me feel welcomed and special. On several occasions, the staff anticipated my order and knew exactly what I was going to get! Their ability to work so well as a team was amazing to see. For example, they were very well organised and systematic! Although it was super busy and Thiozu was helping a customer with at checkout, Lia was able to come back over to my sandwich with clean gloves and finish making it with clean gloves and finish it! I know that Lia works hard to ensure the sanitisation of the restaurant and often switches out gloves between tasks. Great job Subway 🙌🏽🙂

Several times I have ordered here through Uber eats and got the wrong order delivered. Furthermore food looked like it had been dropped on the floor and rewrapped with the bread torn up in the wrapper. The correct receipt was on the package. Refuse to do anything to correct their mistake. Extremely poor service. Will never use again.

I’ve always been a loyal customer of Cafe Nero, more speculation at the High Street store, where I’m consistently welcomed with warm and friendly service. I’ve also occasionally visited the Gloucester Green branch and have generally been satisfied with the service there as well. I’m based in Oxford and commute to Bicester for work via train. This morning I made a detour to Gloucester Green specifically for your Luxury White Chocolate Mocha, which I love. Upon ordering, I mentioned to the male staff member that other stores usually fill the drink to the top. I wasn’t complaining—just pointing out the difference in service. He responded politely, but the female staff member nearby scoffed and laughed, then went on to explain why they “can’t” do that. I clarified again that I wasn’t arguing, just sharing feedback. Unfortunately, my order was then made incorrectly—I received a Luxury Hot Chocolate instead. I returned to the store and joined the queue. The male staff member was kind and apologetic, admitting he misheard and offered to remake the drink, which I appreciated. However, the female staff member—now at the front—looked at me with visible irritation. When I explained the mistake, instead of acknowledging it or apologising, she accused me of placing the wrong order. Her attitude was rude, defensive, and unnecessarily combative. This experience left a very negative impression on me. I typically don’t leave reviews, especially as I’ve consistently received great service from your brand. But this interaction completely shifted my perception. Customer service should always reflect courtesy and professionalism—sadly, her behaviour did not. This is customer service, and what I experienced this morning was the opposite of what should be achieved. Instead of starting my day on a positive note, I left feeling disrespected. I didn’t anticipate that popping in for a coffee to kickstart my morning would become such a negative encounter.
