When will store be open. i am a loyal customer and im in distress everyday the store is closed

Order never showed up!!!! Didn’t bother to pick up the phone.. I will never order again!! Do not use the app they have absolutely useless!!

Not as expected and it used to be. Quite disappointed. No curry or rice. Full whole chicken was not to standard. Low standard service and sitting not for family. Will not visit again.

During my recent visit to Oxford, I ordered from Kebab Kid one evening, opting for a chicken tikka kebab. However, when my delivery arrived, I received a chicken doner kebab instead. While it tasted good, I was disappointed that my original order was changed without any communication. To make matters worse, the order I received costs less than what I ordered and PAID for. I understand that sometimes certain items may not be available, but I believe it’s important for businesses to inform customers and offer some form of compensation when substitutions occur or a simple communication to let me know and it would've been OKAY. Additionally, I requested utensils and the three sauces that typically accompany the meal, but these were missing as well. While the food was still edible, the overall business practices left me disappointed. It makes me question the honesty and ethics behind the service. I wish the owner all the best, but I hope they take these aspects into consideration. I don't foresee myself ordering from here again.

Quick. Service plenty staff. The food is fresh and delicious. This is the spot after a night of clubbing to soak up some alcohol 😆

I really like the kebab very oily though… sometimes they give me a lot of salad sometimes no and sauce to,service is ok usually very busy so maybe that’s why.. atmosphere is ok there’s always someone staring at you so it’s a little weird..

Had a lamb doner in naan bread and fries. This place has only just opened and it was the best I’ve had in a while. Would go again.

The food was warm and fresh. Perfect serving and taste.

Their manager Rishi did not even pay me my wages, I'm gonna complain to the authorities and the food is not the best here aswell

I ordered Chicken Seekh Kofta Kebab very spicy the salad is like a joke ! They give me spoon of salad , half slice of onion , 3 slices of cucumber and 3 slices of tomatos . For this price !! Meat was spicy but maybe should to be like ... Before this place was much more better, now I don't recommend. I want add pictures of the food but i can't for some reason

Hands down the best Piri Piri Chicken in Oxford. I always come here for my Piri Piri cravings their marinade is so good and unique their chickpea curry with rice and salad is also legendary. Only thing I will fault them on is they are so bloody stingy with their sauces for 1 meal for the family they will only give x1 pot each of garlic and chilli sauces their pots are way too small my recommendation to the management change your sauce pots to bigger sizes. Apart from that top notch!

We didn't eat in and got our food very quickly, and it was super busy, and it was 1am. We forgot to say how we wanted the chicken ie mild and it was hot. Very good still, thankfully. Would recommend it for sure!! Reasonably priced

They added extremely spicy marinade (not a sauce it was the marinate they use on the peri peri chicken) on top of my cheesy chips as one of the employees thought it would be funny. Completely ruined my food. He also did it as another employee was telling him not too.

Delivered the food to the wrong address two hours after ordering, no compensation offered.

The food was delivered on time and the driver Ahmad was friendly and nice. However, I was charged for fries but it was not delivered with the food. I hope I get refunded my £2 for the Fries.

Worst Burger Ever: I was disappointed would be an understatement. The chicken was extremely dry—more like chewing on cardboard than enjoying a meal. It was just a sad, dry piece of chicken thrown into a burger bun with a dollop of chili sauce. The sauce did nothing to help; in fact, it only made things worse by adding an overwhelming heat without any flavor. No lettuce, no tomato, nothing to give it some life. This was not just a bad burger; it was a waste of money.

Dont bother ordering from here. Items were missing from my order and when i called up to explain. I was told the missing items would be delivered but it never did. Yet they took the money.

Tasty fresh hot variety of Halal food options including kids meals, peri peri chicken etc. I have tried and enjoyed tasty freshly prepared seikh kebabs in chicken and beef options, chicken tikka boti grilled, Naan and Chicken biryani. Friendly cooperative staff. Dine in, take away and delivery options. Highly recommended as per my recent experience.

The food wasn’t warm at all and it was well over an hour late. I phone the restaurant to try and find out what was going on and they people who work there kept putting the phone down so I couldn’t speak to anyone about my quiery … I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN !!!!

it was OK, chips were lovely , when it arrived it was delivered straight to my door . I asked for no salad and no sauce on the kebab but it came coated in sauce

the kebab with fries, the fries were burned as was the meat so that kebab had to be binned . the other was really nice . so it's a very mixed review tonight. it was brought straight to my door so no complaints about the delivery

delivery was perfect straight to my door etc, I asked for no salad and no sauce on the kebab, as this option isn't offered in the menu , but for the 3rd time it arrived with salad and sauce on it . shame I was only able to eat the chips, but they were nice

Very satisfying for the two of us...the taste was good and no need to wait for long. We had half chicken with rice it's only cost 9.50 including a drink.

I had a very disappointing experience at Kebab Kid yesterday. The chicken doner was absolutely tasteless, and the paneer in the paneer doner was spoiled. Both dishes were inedible. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Very poor today. Ment to come between 19:30-19:50 then said it was here when it was still at the food shop. Then they changed the time to 20:15 and don’t get here till 20:20 it’s like he drove around the whole of Oxford before dropping it off. It was stone cold, then my order was wrong worth the sauce as they put hot sauce when I asked for herb and lemon and I paid for rubicon mango but got a cheap Yo! Mango drink. Very disappointed today as they are one of my favourite food shop in Oxford.

Hot spicy half chicken - 5/5 chips - 3/5 quite soggy and soft. Salad - 4/5 not enough lettuce and tomato. Drink - 4/5 was expecting a proper Diet Coke, not a BARR (cola) please be more specific about the drinks, especially when they are off brand. Other than that Thankyou for the food 💙

Pethetic service, the first order was delivered to someone else, and I got the second order after 3 hours, this is unacceptable. Bad experience from restaurant staff, no apology nothing.

One meal was cold and drink was missing

The worst experience ever and I wpnt buy again to them. We were meant to have delivery at 1850 and it came at 1953 and they came saying 10 mins thebfood will be there. Worst service ever and the food was clod and packaging torn. This is disgusting. I will rate it -0 /10.

food was cold and lacked flavour , this is really unusual from this restaurant, even the delivery driver had to call me for the second day running and I had to go and find him , I am disabled and I have ms so this has really shocked me

Well I am surprised, second day running the delivery driver made we walk to try and find him and they forgot my nan bread , quite as shock as normally this doesn't happen so not sure what to make of this

They cannot deliver food when you pay, which should be their main job. Not the fault of the staff, the operation is insane

The food wasn’t even good enough for the small mortgage that it cost me for it and to top it off, I couldn’t even eat it because it was so disgusting, so I tried to give it to my dog and even he turned his head anyway like “ what is this stuff “

I received my order after one hour and ten minutes, despite the fact that I live only half mile away from the restaurant ! One of the kebabs came with the wrong sauce "Hot & Spicy" and supposed to come with mayo... Kebab Kid use to be very good back in the days, but seems like they just don't care anymore about their customers. I will never use them again !

Can food service be as bad they are in this place. Absolute rubbish customer service. The attitude of the staff are just zero. I would rate it 0 stars if the rating was available Food isn’t even worthy of any mention either. The restaurant are dirty and no staff wearing any kitchen clothes or uniform. One man was covered in dirt, left me wondering how my food was going to be. I had already ordered and paid
