Delivered the food to the wrong address two hours after ordering, no compensation offered.

The food is good and fresh and the delivery was done before time.

Exactly what we offered and was very delighted with service. Even down ro the delivery driver. Pleasant and polite.

The food was delivered on time and the driver Ahmad was friendly and nice. However, I was charged for fries but it was not delivered with the food. I hope I get refunded my £2 for the Fries.

Me recomendaron esta comida para llevar por los lugareños. La tienda de comida para llevar parece vieja y desordenada, pero está muy ocupada con la comida que se cocina fresca en la parrilla y la zona de asientos traseros está llena. Elegí su mitad pollo y arroz. Estaba lleno de sabor, mucha carne y cocinado perfectamente. El arroz cocinado perfectamente, húmedo y lleno de sabor. La zona de estar debido a los asientos rápidos y la salida estaba desordenada y no había ningún pañuelo para limpiarlos. Se informa que el inodoro está fuera de servicio pero si lo pides te darán el código de acceso para usarlos y están limpios y funcionando a pleno rendimiento, se han encontrado usuarios locales aconsejados en ellos previamente por lo que los cierran al público en general. ¿Recomendaría - sí, ya que la comida es realmente bueno, solo lástima que se ve tan viejo y desatendido. ¿Volvería - sí, pero probablemente tomaría alguna toallita de bebé para limpiar mis manos y la mesa antes de comer.

Over two hours to get a kebab 2 miles down the road. Awful

Worst Burger Ever: I was disappointed would be an understatement. The chicken was extremely dry—more like chewing on cardboard than enjoying a meal. It was just a sad, dry piece of chicken thrown into a burger bun with a dollop of chili sauce. The sauce did nothing to help; in fact, it only made things worse by adding an overwhelming heat without any flavor. No lettuce, no tomato, nothing to give it some life. This was not just a bad burger; it was a waste of money.

Dont bother ordering from here. Items were missing from my order and when i called up to explain. I was told the missing items would be delivered but it never did. Yet they took the money.

Tasty fresh hot variety of Halal food options including kids meals, peri peri chicken etc. I have tried and enjoyed tasty freshly prepared seikh kebabs in chicken and beef options, chicken tikka boti grilled, Naan and Chicken biryani. Friendly cooperative staff. Dine in, take away and delivery options. Highly recommended as per my recent experience.

The food wasn’t warm at all and it was well over an hour late. I phone the restaurant to try and find out what was going on and they people who work there kept putting the phone down so I couldn’t speak to anyone about my quiery … I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN !!!!

it was OK, chips were lovely , when it arrived it was delivered straight to my door . I asked for no salad and no sauce on the kebab but it came coated in sauce

the kebab with fries, the fries were burned as was the meat so that kebab had to be binned . the other was really nice . so it's a very mixed review tonight. it was brought straight to my door so no complaints about the delivery

delivery was perfect straight to my door etc, I asked for no salad and no sauce on the kebab, as this option isn't offered in the menu , but for the 3rd time it arrived with salad and sauce on it . shame I was only able to eat the chips, but they were nice

Very satisfying for the two of us...the taste was good and no need to wait for long. We had half chicken with rice it's only cost 9.50 including a drink.

I had a very disappointing experience at Kebab Kid yesterday. The chicken doner was absolutely tasteless, and the paneer in the paneer doner was spoiled. Both dishes were inedible. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Very poor today. Ment to come between 19:30-19:50 then said it was here when it was still at the food shop. Then they changed the time to 20:15 and don’t get here till 20:20 it’s like he drove around the whole of Oxford before dropping it off. It was stone cold, then my order was wrong worth the sauce as they put hot sauce when I asked for herb and lemon and I paid for rubicon mango but got a cheap Yo! Mango drink. Very disappointed today as they are one of my favourite food shop in Oxford.

Hot spicy half chicken - 5/5 chips - 3/5 quite soggy and soft. Salad - 4/5 not enough lettuce and tomato. Drink - 4/5 was expecting a proper Diet Coke, not a BARR (cola) please be more specific about the drinks, especially when they are off brand. Other than that Thankyou for the food 💙

food was cold and lacked flavour , this is really unusual from this restaurant, even the delivery driver had to call me for the second day running and I had to go and find him , I am disabled and I have ms so this has really shocked me

The worst experience ever and I wpnt buy again to them. We were meant to have delivery at 1850 and it came at 1953 and they came saying 10 mins thebfood will be there. Worst service ever and the food was clod and packaging torn. This is disgusting. I will rate it -0 /10.

Well I am surprised, second day running the delivery driver made we walk to try and find him and they forgot my nan bread , quite as shock as normally this doesn't happen so not sure what to make of this

The food wasn’t even good enough for the small mortgage that it cost me for it and to top it off, I couldn’t even eat it because it was so disgusting, so I tried to give it to my dog and even he turned his head anyway like “ what is this stuff “

I received my order after one hour and ten minutes, despite the fact that I live only half mile away from the restaurant ! One of the kebabs came with the wrong sauce "Hot & Spicy" and supposed to come with mayo... Kebab Kid use to be very good back in the days, but seems like they just don't care anymore about their customers. I will never use them again !

I would rate it 0 stars if the rating was available Food isn’t even worthy of any mention either. The restaurant are dirty and no staff wearing any kitchen clothes or uniform. It arrived quickly and it was tasty. Did forget my sause but I have some anyway. I was just pleased that it came quite quickly and didn't have to wait too long and it was still hot. I know it's not the fault of the restaurants with all these road works going on and of course people causing accidents.

The meat doesn’t even look like it’s been cooked long enough. And then give a poxy amount of lettuce to go with it. Went to Kebab Kid as it’s the only place I know that does naan bread. Starting to wish I got a Chinese instead
