Jake's said it will take an hour to get delivered to us. We live 2 mins around the corner. The food come within 25 mins. This was a ploy to receive high ratings on delivery. Jake's know well and truly it doesn't take that long. The donor meats were hard and at the end of its life. That being said the food was well presented but it was no where near the worth I paid.

Really poor 2nd time now won’t be ordering again such a shame as used to be brilliant. Covered one meal completely in mayonnaise so wasn’t edible as my children do not like sauce. I requested sauce on kebabs which was fine but meat wasn’t nice and just whole meal was a waste of money.

Not upto usual standard arrived cold and they did follow my requests but not much sauce on kebabs and just wasn’t nice like usual.

Last year, I must admit the service wasn’t that great. But it seems like new management has taken over and it’s been a great experience the past few times I visited this year. Staff smiling and manager always delivering great customer service. Well done for the turnaround Jakes!

Ordered two burgers, but got one Phone shop up and they us it will take too long to cook and the traffic is bad so won’t get the other one & won’t be ordering no more food off them no more

I oredred second time .the food very tasty but I was a bit disappointed because now you pout a lot of potatoes and less meat not like the first order .Also second time I've been charged 50 for bag and on first order I wasn't charged 🤣 just taking money from customers for stupid reasons .Anyway make sure next time a large portion that cost 10.99 to be large that's why we pat this amount of money .Thanks

Decided to have a chicken kebab instead of Chinese, and so glad I did. Was one of the best kebabs I have had in a long time, will definitely be having another one

Very dry chicken didn't seel fresh at all and pizza was a massive let down. I never bought pizza from here but I will not make the mistake again. Extremely salted pepperoni and the dough was really not pizza dough- too much baking soda and so rubbery. Not impressed sadly

2nd time in a row after ordering from them there have been items missing from the order. Which is a shame as the kebabs are very nice. If it happened once I would accept it but twice in a row is not acceptable. Very disappointed ☹️

All of the food was stale (old especially the chips the donner was dry and hard and the delivery driver made me walk half way down the road because he couldn’t be bothered to navigate properly worst thing I ate this year

I asked for no red lettuce on my wrap hand when it arrived the wrap was basically in pieces and there was so much red lettuce it had soaked into the wrap itself and made it really soggy

The chicken burger only had little piece of chicken inside the bun and garlic sauce, no salad at all… so basically chicken in empty bun.

Sent the completely wrong chicken wrap, I ordered a mixed wrap with salad and mayo and got sent a spicy chicken wrap no salad and garlic mayo. Ordered a pot of mayo and gpt sent garlic mayo instead.

Chicken wraps were ok but doner wrap was swimming in grease, you expect it to be a bit greasy but this was literally dripping off the wrap before even opening it

Was hungry, decided to stop by for a portion of chips. Asked for some sauce and the guy got so hostile towards me. He told me to wait and started raising his voice at me. Disgusting customer service. Will NOT be going back there ever and do NOT recommend. Nasty human being, should not be working in a food chain as he doesnt have the slightest knowledge on how good customer service works.

I was just passing the area with a friend and we felt a bit hungry, the man behind the counter was very rude and hostile I wouldn’t go in here. Much better food and service elsewhere

I had a chicken burger from here on Wednesday. I have been stuck at home unable to go to work due to being violently sick. This could not caused by anything else as this was the only meat I ate that day. Honestly, the burger was a lump of undercooked and barely battered breast. I did not end up eating it all, a decision that I am glad of considering how sick the chicken made me. This may be a one off but I feel I need to voice this since this is the worst food poisoning I have ever had.
