Subway in South Gloucestershire

I would like to thank the two girls that helped me earlier, you know who you are!! (I phone) 😉👍🏻

Basically at 11:25 am I just came to buy footlong sub plant patty. I just told her to pack separate I need to stay whole day in queen Elizabeth hospital and she saying me that your subway policy to not pack separate if then we need to charge in 6inch price. I also work for subway for 3 years in Somerset but I don’t know any of these policy . They need to understand the customer.

I really liked the sandwich they,ve done. Amazing! Very fast and good!

The server rushed my order despite there being no one else behind me, slapped on the fillings of my sandwich, and was quite sloppy with it.

Very polite lady I asked if I can have 9 chicken nacho she said yes I was happy

Took about 20 mins atleast to get a 6inch sub with only 2 people infront of me.. service was so slow. When making sandwich, it was less than required and minimum amount of stuff. Asked the girl to add more lettuce or salad about 4 times, each time she would add a small leaf.. or one piece of cucumber.. sauce wasn’t evenly distributed. It was a mess. I wasted 20 mins of my 30 mins break.. if not more. I would have minded if it was busy. It’s understandable but for a non busy store. Not good service

Beautiful sub came hot and fresh not stale

Tasty food, but service is horrible in store and outside of store on uber. Always forget sauces, they mess up orders, half the time they don't put the orders in the bag. You'll spend money to get food and you probably won't even receive half of the food.

Nice staff.I work at a subway and the Baines where the salad is had a lot of co-mingling food . My order was was wrong also.

Went in for take out. Had two 6" and one footlong sandwich and 4 cookies for just under £20. Guy who served us was very pleasant and food was good. So hard to get parking in Bearwood now though...

Nice staff every time I go. Store always clean. Meats and tuna and salad clean.

Love eating here it local and the food is delicious. Can’t leave out that the staff is super friendly and polite

Love this place. The staff here are lovely, polite so welcoming and knowledgeable about which sauces go best. The Meatball Marinara tastes amazing, the meatballs are hot and delicious. There's a one way system in place and plastic shield at the counter.

As much as I love subway, I'd avoid this one. Workers seem to struggle with following orders i.e putting correct veggies on a sub and making a soggy mess of it at the end..it isn't complicated making sandwiches and my experience in this branch has been less than satisfactory on a number of occasions.

Subway is one of my favourite places to grab a quick bite when I'm out and about. The menu allows you to tailor your order to get exactly what you want and there are plenty of healthy options with the calories displayed on all of the standard subs. The restaurant was clean and service professional and polite. Bargain prices too.

4 stars because of price of sandwich but the rest of it is amazing

It would be a 5 star but the coffee machine is always broken.

Fast service and very polite staff.

The service is not great dealt with one guy who worked there who asked if I would like raw bacon cooked ? Then tried to tell me people eat it raw it put me right off
