Hi, I thought I’d pop into Kingswood to try the Subway but i am extremely upset one member of staff in particular. There was this one lady with a very strong accent (Couldn’t tell if it was european or Romanian etc) She racially profiles customers and is extremely rude towards customers. This is 100% unacceptable and i want to report this onto the subway franchise. Worst staff ever.

Gina was amazing! Made good subs just how we wanted them! Served myself and all my friends just before closing and even remembered us and said hi the next morning!

Used them a few time and poor each time. Only use as close to work but never again. Very poor service and footlong was shocking nearly toasted and only 4 slices of Tom on a footlong. They are trying to save money in the wrong places.

Always have a good experience visiting here, staff always super friendly and really listen to what you want on your food/how much sauce etc. On rare occasions when I've been later in the day sometimes the salad hasn't looked as fresh but staff have never had a problem with me asking for fresher stuff to be brought out if needed. Cannot fault the service they provide. Bought cookies the other day as a sweet treat for my daughter and I and all were super yummy! Especially loved the toffee ones!

As usual we were greated with a cheery hello and smiles when we walked in. My daughter requested a 6 inch gluten free roll. The server went to retrieve one from the freezer and brought it back to the sandwich preparation area. Without having to be asked she changed her gloves and started to prepare the chicken and brie sandwich, of course she's having extra cheese and toasted! The salad was fresh. My sandwich was my usual 6 inch Italian bread with turkey. We were asked if we wanted to make are sandwiches to a meal deal. I chose the white chocolate and macadamia cookie and my daughter had crisps. We were given the cups to vend our drinks. All of the areas were clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and polite without being too familiar. We observed other sandwiches being made for other customers and each time the staff changed their gloves without being asked. Great for those with allergies.

Delicious 😋, great service. The best part is that they always have good and fresh food. I am a pure vegetarian and I saw that they change their gloves after every step. They follow every precaution while making the subs. I really appreciate.

Only after I had made my tuna sub was I told the price of the sub had changed. The amount of filling was miserable compared to the subway on fishponds road which I would highly recommend.

I have ordered 2 vegetarian subways they send me ones with meat not happy as don't eat meat call the store no one answers the phone very unhappy

Staff preparing the sub were friendly enough but the till operator was busy looking over paperwork before deciding to serve me which i thought was not very polite.

They somehow mistook a chicken salad for 2 footling subs... Driver was gone by the time I had checked the receipt and to no surprise... No one answers the phone when you call... Well done subway.... You win at being completely incompetent

The ship was very busy but the person serving us was unflustered and remained polite and professional during the whole order (which was quite large). Some customers were being quite rude, also, but this also didn't faze them. We will be back.

I'm coming at the restaurant always in launch time as regular customer, there is not management at the place and had to wait longer then expeted, there is not staff members, those there can't handle it using their phones and not following food safety rules can be observed, when long hair goes inside food. Love Subway, but bit disapointed.

Ordered via popular app, arrived no problem bar the fact none of the extras were in the sub. No salad, no jalepenos, etc, no anything, bar a bit of chicken and some sauce. Kinda the point of Subway is to build the thing, but they just couldnt be arsed (or couldnt read).

The meatball sub was just about acceptable, a bit cold and a bit lacking in sauce compared to usual. Took 10-15 to make a sandwich, the lettuce was mostly stalk, browning and wilted. Clearly not fresh at all. Plus they charge the same for a meal deal as any other subway yet give you Lidl’s own brand crisps that taste like cardboard in tiny 25g packs. Clearly obsessed with cutting costs than providing a quality product but will still charge the same as other subways that give you fresh lettuce that’s actually green, marinara sauce and quality name brand crisps rather than the cheapest rubbish.

One member of staff, really long wait times for only two people. Salad is never fresh anymore. What happened to the two other women and why is there only one person ever working here? The beef tasted sour and spoiled. I think Subway franchise need to take a look at what is going on here and I will be reporting it. Astonishing

Tried to get some salads on my breakfast sub for extra money, staff refused to do so (foreign little blonde lady). This is first time happend to me, as I always get a little bit of lettuce and onion in any other Subway. Not coming back

The staff doesn't speak or understand very well English.Make you feel uncomfortable by asking you to repeat 2-3 times.Bad customer service,they don't greet or smile.Not going there anymore.

We used to enjoy are weekly visit to this’branch but sullen miserable staff that barely speak English and treat customers badly have changed this.when my mum couldn’t understand what she was saying she tutted at her and shook her head in annoyance and made mum feel embarrassed. Are they not taught customer service in this shop as other branches are a lot friendlier so for now we’re going elsewhere .luckily kingswood is full of cafes

It's a lovely subway. The girls are friendly and I always get the sandwich/salad bowl I require. I love the fact I can have spinach leaves instead of lettuce. Not all subways have sweetcorn and mixed peppers this one does. I also prefer the meatball sauce on my nachos instead of the salsa which isn't a problem. If you are polite to them they return it in bucket loads. Unfortunately I am moving from the area. I am going to miss them

Food is exactly what you'd expect of a Subway -- good choice and tasty. Staff here are very friendly and actually repeated my order back to me, which doesn't usually happen and was very reassuring, although they needed more than two people serving on a Friday lunchtime. The one big letdown was how dirty the restaurant was -- half the tables had empty wrappers and cups on them (not the staff's fault) but almost all the tables needed at least a wipe down.

Excellent customer service. To say we were welcomed and served by a young lady, please, thank you, smiling face, something you don't get very often these days. The food was delicious and the hottest coffee I've had in a long time. Highly recommend.
