Subway in Milton Keynes

Place looked a bit run down. Started to make a sandwich without asking about bread, when I asked them to change the bread they looked at me like it was my fault. They then flat out refused to put tuna on a kids sandwich because it wasn’t on the picture board. We left without ordering. We went to the one at Xscape and they served us without an issue.

Visited the store to collect as they seem to not be able to get deliveries correct. So we have been served by a very helpful young lqd while the others just watched him and bossed him about while your customers had to wait for him to try his best doing everything, making subs adding salad and then taking payment. There was three staff working at this point. As I said above the lad done his best under a lot of pressure. The other two staff could of helped him really.

avoid - they get your order wrong constantly, miss items out of your sub and the subs are poor. you could make better subs at home.

Visited store ( my regular as I live 5 mins away ) Charged for bag I never asked for ,had to ask for sauce for the soggy potato chippers , has steak and cheese salad and was then charged extra for cheese from the salad bar

I can't review the food from this Subway as when I visited one of the staff members kept pulling down her face mask to talk to customers then touching the food with the same gloved hand another staff member had his mask round his chin while another was handling meat then straight away handling the salad surely this is really bad hygiene practice I'm not vegetarian but that doesn't mean I want to eat salad with bacon fat rubbed into it

I was shocked how dirty the floor was. Huge cobwebs everywhere- deep clean? Management (gentleman) stood behind counter kept touching his face/lips/mouth and then passed me food Management (lady) sat down doing staff reviews was rude Management instead of micromanaging your staff from behind the counter, maybe pick up a broom and duster and clean the place! Management you need to brush up on your personal hygiene and cross contamination

Called in today for lunch as we were pressed for time and knew we would get served very quickly. We both had wraps ( 1 steak and 1 chicken ) and they were very good. Large cups of coffee as well all for just over £11. The place was very clean and the staff both friendly and efficient without the silly ‘ have a nice day’ Definitely use again if in the area.

Popped in for a quick coffee and a cookie as I was early for an appointment. The coffee was ok as was the cookie although they were all labelled up wrong. My main problem was the toilet! Disgusting!! A drop of bleach once in a while isn’t too much to ask is it!

Popped in to Subway at Stacey Bushes for breakfast because it's by far the best value breakfast feast from all the fast food type chains. Food was the usual fare but the service here is always excellent and friendly. I have read some of the other reviews on here and can only co side that some of them have been wrote with pure malice in mind and not from actual experience of this place. This is a shame as they do not reflect the true nature of the establishment.....try it yourself, I just know you'll want to ring the bell!!!

Service quick in the mornings.but slow in afternoon.though when staff stand around chatting,its hardly suprising.

Stopped in to grab a quick sub. One of the kids pointed out that the chicken behind the counter had a big black hair sticking out of it, which the server sighed at. Then when we finally got our subs & opened them, the black hairs we’re there too. I complained but got little reaction from the staff as if it’s acceptable. Then when I asked for the owner or operator information, they refused to give it to me!

Fancied a quick lunch and the staff were more interested in restocking shelves, ordered first sandwich the server didn't ask if that was all just vanished to unpack boxes, came back for a second but as I didn't recite the order instantly just walked off while I was talking! Genuinely the worst customer service I have experienced in years! I think subway need to improve their staff training programme or hire more staff to improve their service! Food was pretty standard for a subway so they can have an extra dot for that!

Great food salads are just amazing and so low in calories also staff very friendly and helpful would defo recommend going and trying one :)

Nothing surprising if you've ever been to a Subway. Service is as quick as it can be and the food is what you ask for, fresh and quick. Never had any problems

Really tasty , great service and really clean- we ordered a sandwich from a photo and when made it looked better than the picture !

I ordered a meat ball sub and a steak and cheese and they bagged it all up and me and hubby left, as we got back to work we discovered mine (steak and cheese wasn't in there!!) so we went back when we were then reassured with another 12" that it was right and still warm got back to work to find it was totally freezing cold and it was chicken and bacon not steak and cheese! Not acceptable!!! and also I wasn't willing to go back again! I didn't even get a sorry and the first person my husband spoke to was very unhelpful and had to pass the phone. Will not be back here! Very very disappointed

Nunca había estado en un metro antes y sólo pasó por un refresco, pero tengo que decir que el personal amable y cortés, y lo que un establecimiento bien presentado. Me sorprendió gratamente, debe visitar algunas más en la cadena para ver si esta experiencia fue un.

We hit this place when it was at it's peak time (we were visiting Simply Race up the road - def worth a visit!!!) but the service was good and the Sub was AMAZING!!!!

Had Mega Melt Breakfast Flatbread and it was Amazing! With Extra Bacon, Chorizo and Cheese! With a dash of Light mayo! Certainly filling too!

Very nice sandwiches. o lot of varieties, cheap,friendly and polite staff, clean and tidy, very good services.

We were grabbing some lunch for a picnic, so we wanted to be in & out. The service was really good & the food was delicious.We had 4 6 inch subs with different fillings, crisps & a couple of cookies. We had vouchers so this was a really cheap lunch for us.Nothing bad to say about this place, but we didn't eat inside or use the toilets to know what they were like.Carole : )
